10.4.3

I upgrading from 10.3.9 to 10.4.3 opening the dvd and pushing the install button and then restart. my Emac restarts but no installation window appears just the DVD window I have tried restarting and pushing "C" but the result is the same any clues?

Are you using a full retail version, or a gray DVD that was computer specific?
