10.5.7 and disappearing cross hair cursor (using command+shift+4)

I just upgraded to 10.5.7 and noticed that when using the commandshift4 keystroke to do a screen grab, the cross-hair cursor disappears when moving the mouse around. If I slowly move the mouse across the screen, the cross-hair cursor flickers. This behavior happens on both my desktop and laptop.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

This refers to a Mac Pro with a Radeon 4870 card. You haven’t included in your profile what computer you are using, but that may be why neither baltwo or I can not replicate it. I have the same iMac baltwo has.
Other than that, I got nothing
Me either if I can’t replicate it.

In Photoshop CS6 Adobe has added a white outline to the cross hair cursor (when for example using the Marquee and pen tool) making it a lot less precise than before when you want to hit exact pixels. Is there a way to remove this?

No, I don't think so. Your workaround is to zoom in so those pixels are bigger.

There is a conflict with third party software or your system keyboard shortcuts. Lately, there have been many postings about conflicts with Chrome extensions so check there first.

How to duplicate a target and add resources in xcode using command line?

I am trying to use command line tools to create, add resources, build, archive and export to ipa in xcode. I could do the Build, Archive and Exporting to IPA through the command line tools(xcodebuild). But I also wanted to duplicate the target in the same project,add a new Info.plist to the duplicated target resource through command line itself. How to do it? I could not find any valuable answers by Googling. I could not find any proper documentation also in Apple Sites.
Is there any tools that can be used to perform these? I don't want to use the UI. Please, help me out.

The Mac App Store is not appropriate for command line tools. You can use any language you want.

The problem: in a bat file a need make different think based on language an os architecture of windows 7 (are different setup program to be running).

I have resolved the first issue. Now with the script:

My hipotesys is some character wrong inside the %LSOARCH%. But if I use something like this:

and in another alter system set utl_file_dir=dir1,dir2 scope=both;
whther the second method is possible
if i want to have a directory and its sub directory to set in utl_file_dir
what i should do , whether i want to specify main directory and all sub directory seperated by comma or any other method is there

Instead of specifying the directory in the INIT.ora file u can use Directory object.
U need to create a directory object once & use it when ever u require it.
For example
CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY Test_dir AS 'C:\abc'
Now you can use this directoryTEST_DIR in any Pl Sql block provided u have proper privileges.

I can't copy and paste from the Internet (using commands or manually).

There are a range of different kinds of forms. For example, this site uses very simple controls that don't automatically convert Word's formatting to an online format. The site where you are trying to paste your resume probably works differently.
What methods have you tried using to paste? Typically one of these will work:
* Ctrl+v
* right-click > Paste

Cursors turn into cross-hairs sometimes.

I know this post doesn't really help you guys, but I'm also using PSE9 on a Win7 Intel Quad Core Dell computer and the spot healing brush works fine. I only offer this post to indicate that it apparently is not a universal bug in PSE9. Perhaps an Adobe expert can jump in here and help. I can only offer that in Preferences I do have the RAM dialed up to 80%, but I don't think this is related to your problem.

Cross Hairs only on Burn Tool and other Brushes (Elements 8)

Today I sat down to continue work of files I created in Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks a short time ago. As part of the process I often use tools such as dodge, burn, healing brush, stamp tool etc. For some reason the size of the indicator is always the cross hair and bulls eye you normally get when you select a brush size that is very small. (small pixel amount) It doesn't matter what size you select to work with, the same indicator appears. I am used to working with a circle indicating how much of the image will be affected. Without this you have no idea what the scope of your corrections will be. I don't remember making any changes that would cause this problem. Can anyone help?

It sounds like Safari is displaying in 'full-screen'. To reveal the tool bar move the mouse pointer to the top right-hand corner of the screen. You should see two blue arrows, click on those and it should take it out of full-screen mode and leave the menu bar, tool bar, etc. permanently on view.

My CS6 liquify tool won't let me use the warp tool. I only have the cross hair.

Cross Hairs Vanish in White Balance Loupe

If I click on the eyedropper under the White Balance option, the loupe appears on the screen with the white cross hairs in the center (along with RGB values). If I move to an area that forces the loupe to rotate (ie upper right corner of the image), the cross hairs and RGB values vanish, making it impossible to accurately select a neutral gray.

Yes, its a better loupe, but it has the same problem as the other one.
Sometimes it also loses the RGB information, although the conditions that make it happen are unclear. When it happens it also affects the RGB info below the histogram in the adjustment pane. Leaving the loupe does not bring it back. The loupe can cause the problem, but also zooming in.
Some images seem more prone to lose it than others. These images also have a problem with the accuracy of the loupe/pointer. The color information that is returned is for pixels at an offset from the pointer. If it gets too irritating I will crop the image by 1 pixel on all sides, which often helps.
I found that switching the viewer to another image and back again will restore the RGB info for a while.
