10.6.2 Update installed two times
Hello!
When I installed the 10.6.2 Update it was installed two times.
I made a screenshot of it:

And why is the update installed two times? The first was 127 MB and the second was about 700 MB.

No. I opened software update and it shows me the 10.6.2 update. I installed this (ca. 170 MB). Then restart, but still 10.6.1.
After this I re-opened software update and do I see there? A 10.6.2 update but bigger, 725 MB.
So why was the smaller update installed but obviously faulty and installing the 10.6.2 update again?

I am using SCCM 2012 to deploy critical and important updates through Automatic Deployment Rule it works fine but i have noticed recently on the client machines i see the same KB / update is installed multiple times.

My computer also have duplicated updates installed. I uninstalled one of them that needed a restart. Then uninstall another one after restart, it hadn't asked for restart and the uninstall process was very fast. So I think the update only installed one time,
the others are duplicated records.

Hello, my itunes app is getting shut down every time I want to open it.

i am receiving updates everyday for creative cloud, always the same updates (sometimes even two times a day . Is there a way to stop that?
Checked out that link and everything seems to be in order on this machine at this time.
I only have CC installed on this one machine, not even my secondary machine like is permitted. it seems odd that I'm asked to re-accept the Licence Agreement as often as I am. If I had to guess, it's almost every week, if not multiple times some weeks, that all the software will decide I should have to view the licence agreement.
Edit: I've never had any noticeable "errors" activating or anything like that. I just get asked to do it quite frequently.
This activation screen isn't too annoying (it involves clicking one single button), but like I stated earlier, if I'm trying to launch the software by double-clicking on a PSD, AI, PPROJ, AEP, etc... that file will fail to open.
I feel like that's probably not really a bug, but it is frustrating, since I did launch the application with the intent to edit that specific file I tried to open.
Again, something that you guys may consider working on.
Another annoyance is that: agreeing to the licence agreement is a per-application task, so if I see that Licence Agreement dialogue window by opening Photoshop (for example), I know that every other piece of software I have in the suite (Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Audition) will be showing me that screen on it's next launch. Probably deliberate for legal purposes that I can't just agree once for the whole suite, but heck, it would save me a lot of minor headaches if it was a unified agreement. -

If you have Keynote 6.1 installed and working; ignore the update message, there is no need to download it again it just a minor bug in the update system.
not opening Keynote files
Most problems are caused by trying to open version 6 files in the version 5 application.
Right click on the Keynote file select open with and choose Keynote 6. -
why is it when i update my status on facebook from iphone it splits the updates into two differents boxes with some funky symbols at the beginning.. I have uninstall facebook and installed it over and it still does it. only the facebook IPHONE app where it says to update staus text to FBOOK i have already update my phone too.
if i go on the facebook site and update there through a brower on iphone it will work fine just cant us IPHONE mobile upload, . But its a pain of not using my IPHONE APP for facebook cause it does that.The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

My new iMac has recently had OSX Lion installed on it and now when I start the machine it looks like its updating something every time, and the wireless doesn't work. So I restart and everything is OK - until I have to start up again the next time - then I have to repeat this again! Any help appreciated.
I've been having the same issue, but have just discovered something on my own that hasn't been pointed out in any of the forums I've visited. In what I thought would be a vain attempt to help myself, I went to System Preferences, Users & Groups, and then clicked on Login Items. I discovered that one of the Items that was listed to open automatically upon login was iTunes Helper and that there was an exclamation point beside it indicating that it was incompatible. I simply deleted that item and now I don't have the situation you described and my wireless is connected. Hope this helps!

Than I wanted to download FREE application from AppStore and I was invited to confirm my creditcard informations due the security reason. When I have done it, it automaticaly withdrawn from my creditcard 1.89 EUROS!! Today two times!!! WHY????

Remote Desktop Client Update 3.8.2 v.11 remains in Software Update queue but, is listed (several times) under "Updates Installed in Last 30 Days". This is also the case with HP Printer Software update 3.0 and Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 6.03. Clicking the "update" button for these doesn't appear to install the software, but lists it in the "Updates Installed in Last 30 Days" without removing it from the Software Update queue.
Thank you. I tried that and even gave it a few days to do its thing, but I still get the same results. Remote Desktop, HP Printer, Digital Camera all still appear in "Available Updates", but the same versions appear under "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days". BTW, I had to manually install the Safari 8.0.4 update because it also wasn't updating.

I have an iMac that I am running OSX 10.8.3 on. I keep trying to install 10.8.4 but it will not install. I tried updating and installing several times and it restarts the computer but it will not install the software. My machine is about 8 months old so, it's in the newish range. HELP!
Sometimes the App Store version doesn't work correctly. In this case, install 10.8.4 with the Combo version > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1659?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
The Combo installer is the safest way to update OS X, and it allows you to update more than one computer with a single download -
Trying to download the latest update for Epson printer/scanner but although it starts (up to about 5KB of 26.8MB) it stops without completing. The download list shows it is installed ( 8 times!) but there is nothing in Finder downloads. What can I do to download this update
Try re-indexing Spotlight.
