i have late 2009 mac mini 2.26 ghz and 2 gb ram , os x 10.7 run on my mac supurbly but when i update it with 10.7.2 combo update it became very slow and freezed frequently.safari app became non responsive.how to resolve this issue.

try reinstalling lion through the recovery partition. Safari crashing while opening is a good sign lion didn't install correctly.
hold cmd+r while you boot up your machine. it'll take you to the recovery partition. there you'll be able to repair and verify your disks and permissions. exit out of that and then reinstall lion.
