10.9.4 Mail activity shows incoming mail downloading but does not put in mailbox

Been testing all day with no results.
The hosting company says there is no problem at there end. All mail can be found the their webMail.
iMac Mail connection doctors show all good connections.
Mail activity shows incoming mail downloading but does not put in mailbox, they simply disappear.
Still searching for a fix for this serious issue.
Any ideas or a proven solution is most welcome.

Try rebuilding the mailbox. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.
Rebuild mailbox
and/or
Try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.

3days ago my emails stopped showing up, though I am still receiving them on my Ipad. My activity shows that emails are coming in, they just aren't showing up in my folder. Metric shows real time value but does not show historical data

I am using OEM 12c.I am facing an issue and I don't know where to look for problem.
I had created one customized metric for percentage flash recovery area through metric extension.I deployed to it target databases.
When I check it through Database --> All Metrics it shows me real time value for metric,Collection schedule,upload interval and last upload time.IT is all fine.
When I check metric value history,
For all the columns like Last Known Value,
Collection Time stamp,
Average Value,
High Value,
Low Value
it shows no data.It even does not show anything in Metric Value History graph.
Even the metric test in Metric Extension works fine.
All the client agents are uploading the the data to OEM successfully.
Any help,guide is appreciated.

bit late but there are two options on metric creation "Alerting Only" or "Alerting and Historical Trending" - I assume you need the latter to show history so was this option used?

Firefox opens when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail in my Outlook 2003 program, but does not go to the URL in the link. It used to work before I re-installed my MS XP Pro 64 bit OS. Help!

At first, after I re-installed the OS, nothing would happen when I clicked on an e-mail hyperlink. So I went to Folder Options in Control Panel and associated Firefox with the E-mail file type. Firefox then opened when I clicked on a hyperlink in an e-mail, but just opens to the Firefox start page ("Blank page"). Firefox does not open the URL in the hyperlink. I need guidance as to how to restore this function which worked perfectly before I had to re-install the OS due to a corrupted program installer. I have run the MS Office Detect and Repair function twice--both times indicating that everything is fine--but it does not make a difference in fixing the Firefox function.
NEW: An attempt to click on the link in Security Center to go to Microsoft Update brings up an error message that reads: "The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context." I have no idea what this means, but I suspect it is related to the lack of ability to open Firefox to a link URL.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? But after storing the correct password you can manage any duplicate passwords in the password manager.[[Password manager - Remember, delete and change saved passwords in Firefox]]

HT1694 Frozen Mail App Allows Mail Download But Does Not Open Mail

Ok, i have the ipad 3 and i am not sue which ios 5 version i have but i nknow I am current on my updates. Regardless, the mail app locks up after updating for mail. It shows new mail, but when I click on the mail or any other buttons within the app nothing will occur.
Basically the app just downloads new mail and freezes up.

Try:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset : Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Delete the account from the iPad and recreate the account
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPad.

This is correct. It will not show in finder. It is not an external storage device.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases. Open itunes connect ipod, do not sync, click File>Transfer Purchases

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

I have a fat32 formatted drive (WD my passport 500GB) that is showing in disk utility but does not mount. I am using a macbook with mac osx 10.5.8.

Disk warrior came highly recommended on other posts but because the drive is not mac os formatted it won't do its warrior magic...
The drive shows in disk utility but the options to repair are greyed out. The drive ejects sometimes but not others. The drive powers up with light and I can hear noise (not loud just a hum that confirms (i think) that it is spinning.). The drive is as it cames and booted on both a windows XP pc and my macbook with mac os x 10.5.8.
I have tried test disk but after running for a day with no other command prompts other than the first recommend I uninstalled it.
Any other suggestions?

It's quite possible the AC PSU has given out, if It's only Bus powered as it appears, that's the worst idea ever & asking for eventual problems.
What Format is it?
Did you install any WD SW?

Mail is asking for a password but does not recognized nput

I currently have Road Runner Broadband services thru our local cable company. Until recently, my email was no problem. All of a sudden, I'm getting a pop up window requesting I enter my password. I have tried the original password used by the service provider, plus the one I changed it to... says it doesn't recognize the password. Called service provider and after about 30 minutes of diagnostics,to include verification of all settings originally installed as part of the cable service and provider says it is not an issue with the cable, its with the iMac... Any suggestions? Would the problem go away if I deleted the Road Runner software and reinstall it? Very frustrating.

I'm having the SAME issue! It affects both a Gmail POP account and another POP account we have set up. Both accounts intermittently display the "lock" symbol, and even when the correct passwords are entered, they're not always successful in "unlocking" the mailbox :/ Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. The piece I felt I could add to this discussion was the Gmail piece...I find it hard to believe anything is wrong on the Gmail end of things so often. I can't think of any user-selectable setting that would fix an intermittent problem. Apple, if you're reading: bug fix? Please? Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping upward on the app window (not the smaller icon) off the screen.
Then reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

PDF shows multiply-transparent jpgs, but does not print them

Hi all, i have to print some store vouchers with different logos, but too bad some of them are jpgs. I've set them to "multiply" with 60% opacity, and when I export to PDF, it actually shows pages as it should, but when I print them, these logos magically don't appear. What the heck am I failing? While I think your boss is making a big mistake and sacrificing quality in the output, he is the boss. Make a new PDF preset -- start with X-1a, then change the standard to None and check the box to simulate overprint. Does that work? Do you see thin white lines (stitching) around transparent areas? That's a major problem on screen and with digital printing from flattened PDFs.
