100% opacity showing as a screen?

Hi!
I created a pattern of objects and grouped them together. I set a transparency to 30%. Now, I went to set it back to 100%, it reads 100% in the transparency panel as well as the swatch panel, yet the graphic still appears to be screened. I also checked the appearance panel to see if something got hidden in there to make this happen. No luck.
Is this a glitch?
Also, for some reason I'm having difficulty creating a clipping mask, to mask off my pattern. I have large letters, set to outlines, I placed them on top of my pattern --> make clipping mask, but it's not working. (always has in the past) Any ideas about this as well?

For problem 1:
Try ungrouping. You can apply transparency t individual objects in a group independently of the group. For example, the windscreen of a car might have 15% opacity. If the group for the car has 50% opacity the windscreen's final opacity is 7.5%, although the only way to know that is to do the math. When you ungroup you remove one level of complexity, making it easier to apply the opacity level you want.
For problem 2:
You need to provide more information. What do you mean by, "it's not working"? What did you do? What was the result? And
ALWAYS
provide the version number.

I'm having some SERIOUS issues with InDesign at the moment. I'm quite well versed with the program, and have never encountered this issue before - I am at a loss at what to do or how to fix it.
I've been designing a magazine layout for a University assignment - the file/template was downloaded from the Uni website, and had 1 existing layer which we could not alter. I've then added a number of other layers of images, text, shapes etc. Some which have various drop shadows and effects on top.
When I went to test print the layout, I noticed that it was though it had been set at 50% opacity - everything was see through and I could see multiple layers of colours. I thought that I had perhaps accidentally mucked with the settings, but after double checking, I was baffled. Originally I had exported it as a high quality PDF file, so I then tried printing it as a CS5 file straight from my mac - I got the same result. I've since tried both the PDF and .idml files on both mac and pc, but nothing seems to change.
The odd thing is, on my screen, both PDF and .idml files are at 100% opacity and vibrant blocks of colour - I am quite confident that the settings on the layers are all at 100%, but I still cannot seem to fix it.
Some advice or answers would be extremely valuable! I have the chance to resubmit, so I'd like to know how to fix it, if possible!

In overprint view it looks wrong - 50% opacity - i think we're on the right track!

But after activing the program ,there is no ALV show in screen 100,I debug the program and find that
all the above object have been created corredtly.
if i create a custom contol named 'CONTAINER',and at Step 1 change the parent's value to 'CONTAINER',
then i could see the ALV　whick i hope in screen 100.
If i create a custom control in screen 100, the size of the alv will be different across different computer,
is it possible to use CL_GUI_CONTAINER=>screen0 as cl_gui_splitter_container's attribute parent value???
and i find that there are 10 attributes named screen0 to screen9 in class CL_GUI_CONTAINER,will you tell me the usage of
these attributes?
now i only konw that ,you could set a containers parent value to be CL_GUI_CONTAINER=>screen0,which you do't have to create
a custom control in your screen ,and the alv will be shown in full screen.and what the other attributes use (screen1,screen2,screen3,screen4 and so on)
now i am confused with the problem,i am sure any words from you will give me help to this question!

I mean go to screen painter and place there CUSTOM_AREA (the icon with C letter). In program's PBO create CUSTOM_CONTAINER
module pbo output.
if custom_container is initial.

Then you work only with CUSTOM_CONTAINER (i.e. as parent to SPLITTER_CONTAINER). Using subscreens here doens't really add the value, so you don't need any.
But how could i stretch the screen and this area to full screen?is it just gragging the screen to full screen and drag the subscreen or the custom control to full screen in screen painter?

If you're on Windows, check out a free program called Audacity--it's fantastic. With Audacity the process of converting a 48.000 kHz to 44.100 kHz is as simply as opening, changing the sample rate, and then exporting again, as an MP3.

1st, u could just restart ur home, pressing the home and power botton together for few sec,if it wont work .....
2nd, try restore ur phone with itune, and it ****** me off last time when i dont normally backup with my itune after the icould thing showup, so restore with icloud backup wont 100% work, if not just try restore from older icloud backup. if it still wont work.....
3rd hand it over the the apple dealer... they are the pro... never ever open it up urself or bring it to one of ur so call SMART FRIENDS, they will freak up ur phone even worst.... i think this method will definately solve ur problem..

I do not know if it's relevant or not, but I got a message on my ipad while on safari saying that my iPhone has a virus. I looked it up and it seems it might have just been an ad from the website I was on, but it happened around the same time YouTube stopped working.

You will find that using the YouTube app will provide a better viewing experience for YouTube videos.

thats tough man, yeah exchanging it is the best option. But why do people always leave a message saying" i'll probably just by an ipod" and it's usually followed by, "even though i don't like apple or ipod" . I mean fine, if u feel like giving up on the zen micro thats fine, i personally don't care if you're going to buy an ipod. for god sakes ipod isn't even the next alternati've mp3 players, theres plenty. I can login with the these AD users and AD direct import is working just fine. We are not using UPS.
With admin user when I click on the user it shows up proper data. But when I login with the same user it does not show me userdisplay/useredit and shows blank data. Also another strange thing is when I add new item in list with these AD users created by
modified by is blank and its really strange. I checked user information list, tried to rerun user sync with direct AD import option but no success.

According to your description, my understanding is that the page is blank when the use accessed /_layouts/15/userdisp.aspx and the created by field was blank when the user created a new list item in SharePoint 2013.
I tested the same scenario per your post, however I cannot reproduce your issue.
For troubleshooting this issue, I recommend to verify the things below:
Check the permission of the user in the corresponding site collection to see if he can access /_layouts/15/userdisp.aspx.
Delete the user from AD and SharePoint, then re-add the user to AD and grant proper permission to the user in SharePoint to see if the issue still occurs.
Did this issue occur with all the users? Add a new user in AD and test the same scenario.

On your iPad, just go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, etc.>Add account>iCloud and put in the details of the account you set up. Shouldn't be a problem at all.

It sounds like your screen recording is doing what it was designed to do, capture what is happening on your screen, with optional voice over with the microphone.
Screen recording is for recording what you see on the screen, it is not a "video capture" option, like for capturing a movie with sound that is playing on your screen.

I use the latest Firefox 13.0.1. I'm using Windows 7. After a day I updated my Adobe Flash Player, suddenly it crashed and showed a blue screen. Please help me.

My Firefox version is 13.0.1. I'm using Windows 7. Adobe Flash Player version is 11.3.300.265. A few minutes after opened the Firefox, suddenly it crashed and a blue screen showed up, it says there are unexpected error occured and forced my computer to be stopped. I need to restart the computer to see either it still show the blue screen or it just fine. After restarted, I use the Firefox once again, but this time, after about 30 minutes, it crashed again. The same blue screen showed up. As I expected, the new Adobe Flash Update crashes with the Firefox 13.0.1. Really need a solution here. Thank you.

Blue screens usually indicate Windows system level problems involving device drivers like graphics card drivers, hardware errors (RAM, hard drive) etc. Malware may also cause this. Searching for the displayed error code would usually provide helpful pointers. The [http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us Windows forum] would also be helpful.
