10g course completion of sql, admin1 and admin2, want to sit for ocp 11g

Hi all:
I have completed my courses for sql, admin 1 and admin 2 for oracle 10g.
I want to sit for the ocp 11g exam.
What should be the optimum/best/fastest way to sit for ocp 11g.
Please help......

Your post indicates that you have attended 10G courses, but not whether you have passed any certification tests. It is also not clear from your post whether the courses you took were from vendors that are accepted by Oracle for the hands-on requirement for an OCP. 10G courses, from an approved vendor or not, do not count directly towards the 11G OCP certification. In my reply I'm going to make two assumptions:
1 -- You have not taken any certification tests yet. This may not be true, but I would think that you'd have mentioned them rather than just the training if you had.
2 -- The training you took is from an approved vendor.
If the above two assumptions are true, then the "fastest way to sit for ocp 11g" is:
Take (and pass) the following exams to become an Oracle 10G OCP:
1Z0-051 -- Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I
1Z0-042 -- Oracle Database 10g: Administration I
1Z0-043 -- Oracle Database 10g: Administration II
Then complete the Oracle Education course submission form for the appropriate course(s) that meet the hands on requirement.
Once you pass all three tests and the course is approved, you will have the Oracle 10G DBA Certification.
Then take (and pass) the following exam to become an Oracle 11G OCP:
1Z0-050 -- Oracle Database 11g: New Features for Administrators
Alternately, you can take an 11G course that meets the hands-on requirement and take the 11G specific tests. Since this is likely to cost more than taking one additional test and will mean that in the end you will only be 11G certified rather than 10G and 11G, I think the outline above is likely preferable.

Also you could also try the [/forums/buddies new contributors forum], it does now have an Admin monitoring and replying. (At the time of the quoted post Admins were almost impossible to get hold of for forum matters )

Note that the "Use custom settings for history" selection allows to see the current history and cookie settings, but selecting this doesn't make any changes to history and cookie settings. 
Firefox shows the "Use custom settings for history" selection as an indication that at least one of the history and cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes were made. 
If all History settings are default then the custom settings are hidden and you see "Firefox will: (Never) Remember History" (Never remember history means that Private Browsing mode is active).

Trying to create and save a new site for the Bayside Beat tutorial but am having trouble

trying to create a new site as explained by David Powers in this tutorial but I am already getting hung up.
It tells me to go to site and then to New Site. I do that and type in Bayside Beat on the first line. (as soon as I do that you notice a red X on the right side of Bayside Beat.)
I'm told to Browse for my folder which is on my desktop and click ok. When I press SAVE another window pops up.
This time it tells me another site is named Getting Started and I'm asked to enter a different name.
Question, where is this other site that is named Getting Started? What name do I call it now!?
So I rename the site name San Francisco and press SAVE and another window pops up.
This time it tells me I may have further problems still...What am I suppose to do?

Do you mean, are the contents still in the original folder or was it transferred to a new folder?

Vibe X2 security and antivirus want to pay for it

I have X2 more than one month and virus databse is not updated. Message says that database update is only for premium users and I should pay 1,90USD for it.
In my opinion this is really stupid idea to provide such sofware which cannot be uninstalled and want to pay for it.

Security is 100% free.This issue usually happens when you A. Root the phone or/and B. change your SIM card.
Do you have a mobile data connection(3G/4G) on your SIM card ?
Try this:Turn Wi-Fi off(you have to do this with the SIM card Internet connection)->Go to Security->Anti-virus->Press on Update Database->It will ask if you want to upgrade to the premium version/services->Press Yes->Then it will want to send an SMS message ''Security would like to send a message....''->Press Cancel .Now you should have access to the premium version .
Again this has to be done with the SIM card Internet connection! After premium features are enabled you can use Wi-Fi to update the database.

How do you completely disable the installation and use of add-ons for firefox 4? Is there a config setting/file that can be changed to completely disable add-ons?

I want to completley disable the installation and/or use of add-ons in Firefox 4. I don't want anybody that logs onto either of my computers to be able to use add-ons and I can't find a way to disable it in the configuration files. I've found ways to lock down other options like updates etc. but I cannot find a way to completely disable add-ons.

Then use this link https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html and there is no PSE7 in you list the only other place the serial is is on the label that is affixed to original installation CD disk jacket. PSE 7 is 2008 software not as you wrote 2001. In 2001 PSE1 was released in 2011 PSe 9 or 10 would have been the current version. If you bought an old PC in 2011 and it had PSE7 on it unless the original owner and Adobe transferred the PSE licence to you. You were not in compliance with any Adobe licence agreement. PSE is under $100 currently around $60 on Amazon so get PSE 12.....

I have to re-start my laptop every time I open Firefox. It never completed the original updated and keeps wanting to restart my computer.

After reading all the other people who have the same issue, I guess as long as it runs when I do a restart, I'll just keep doing that until I see a fix for the problem...

Did you try reinstalling Firefox? Download the latest version (33.0.2) for your operating system and language here:

Uninstall Firefox in the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then open Windows Explorer, and delete the folder:

And then reinstall Firefox.
Potentially unrelated: You are using an adblocker that hasn't been updated in over two years, try replacing it with something like [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/ Adblock Plus].

I am a teacher and I want a formula for Numbers that will average out A, B, C, D and E's of my students.

As the title says- I'm not much of a formula wizard and any help would be appreciated. Here's an example-
Student A receives a B, C, A, A, D, A for 6 assignments. I want them to average out at the end of the row, as well as an average on a separate page of summaries for all subjects that are assessed this way.
Ive seen it on an excel spreadsheet but was unable to look at the formula.
Please help as the semester starts in a week for us in Australia!

On your posted layout, you have a table showing the letter equivalent of a percentage score:
A score under 40 = E
A score 40 or higher, but under 50 = D
A score 50 or higher, but under 65 = C
A score 56 or higher, but under 85 = B
A score 85 or higher = A
Those numerical scores may be summed, averaged, and a letter grade assigned. With the specifications given in that table, the letter grade will not include a + or -.
Your layout includes nine numerical scores for the first student (all of which are well under 40. My assumption here is that each is the student's score out of the number in the same column of row 3 (ie, the first, 13, is 13 out of 14, the second is 10 out of 16, etc,)
This raises a question:
Does each point noted contribute equally to the final average?
Or
Does each quiz/exercise contribute equally to the final average?
For the letter grades to be averaged, you will need to set a specific numerical equivalent (not a range) for each letter grade.
For the letter grades and number grades to be combined into a single final letter grade, the numerical equivalents noted above must be chosen with that goal in mind, OR the numerical scores must be converted into letter grades, then reconverted into specific numerical equivalents for each letter grade, inserted into the set of (converted) letter grades, averaged, then reconverted to the equivalent letter grade.
As you can see, there are yet a few hurdles to overcome.

Help iMac Problem, And I want to exchange for a 24" model

My iMac (the early models) has several problems (hardware wise) which i will explain to the genius, if apple decide to replace my iMac, Can i pay extra cash and get a 24"?, Or would they give me the new 2007 model 20" iMac?, old 20" model has been a disappointment for me in terms of speed and performance.
BTW would they give me a new or refurbished iMac if i replace it?
P.S. i have apple care and I am covered by warranted.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions!
It is the reported experience that should Apple choose to replace your iMac, they would replace it with a new iMac in the same size with the current configuration most closest to the one that you bought, if your model has been updated or discontinued.
As to whether they would allow you to purchase up to a larger model is a question that you would have to ask Apple Care directly. I doubt it would be the case.

You mean, besides purchase one and set it up? No, but changing your router is like a heart transplant for your network. For example, if you have network printers and they are working normally, you may just need to configure them again.
Be sure to power down your cable or DSL modem before connecting your new Extreme. AirPort Utility should configure it more or less automatically.
If you want to repurpose your Express to "extend" the network created by the Extreme or use it in some other way, Apple recommends performing a "hard reset" first and then reconfiguring it anew.
