11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3

Version: 11.2
Platform : Solaris x86 (64-Bit)
I want to upgrade my 11.2.0.2.0 DB to 11.2.0.3.0. I realise that , starting from Sep 2010 release of 11.2.0.2, patchset comes in a single Installable. This is very usefuly when we do fresh Installation.
But , now i want to upgrade my 11.2.0.2.0 DB to 11.2.0.3.0 (on the same ORACLE_HOME) . I searched in MOS for this.
For Patchset 10404530 , I could only find the below files which is one complete installable. Does this mean, that I need to install 11.2.0.3.0 on a separate home and do an upgrade of 11.2.0.2 (Like a normal Upgrade from 10.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2)
from readme.txt for patchset 10404530 in Metalink

p10404530_112030_Solaris86-64_2of6.zip 1.1G
Oracle Database (includes Oracle Database and Oracle RAC)
Note: you must download both zip files to install Oracle Database.I remember upgrading 10.2.0.1.0 to 10.2.0.5.0 using patchset upgrade which was done by OUI . Don't we have a similair thing like this in 11.2 anymore ?

Correct - starting with 11.2.0.2, you need to perform "out-of-place" upgrades - i.e. install the new software into a new ORACLE_HOME and perform the upgrade (like you used to do from 9i to 10g etc). Pl see these MOS Docs
