11.3.300.265 installed and recognized.. but still told not right version??!
11.3.300.265 installed.. IE recognizes, Flash Recognizes it.. Crashes in IE and Firefox. and IE tells me I don't have the latest damn version. I need to stay on version 10 which works in order to use FF, but IE won't let me when I need to use IE for my work cloud system
When I go to the page where you see your current version, it shows me 11.3.300.265 installed in IE. Doesn't work in Firefox. However, when I attempt to load content with Flash in IE (thanks for killing my FF!!), IE in it's brilliant wisdom tells me I don't have the latest version, and sends me to the page to download the same version that the "about Flash" displays.
To top it off, When I tried to troubleshoot the FF issue by changing protected mode (see? I'm not stupid, following the damn guides), I'm told that I don't have Flash installed at all, then sent to the about page, where it shows me I have 11.3.300.265 installed.
I have rolled back to version 10 THREE times now! and IE still forces me to download the peice of crap version 11.3.300.265 installed.
I am normally a fairly calm person, who doesn't make posts like this but I am FED UP! Please.. help me.

IE doesn't care if you have Flash Player installed, or what version you have installed.
If you want to install version 10, you must uninstall any later version first. You can obtain the latest 10.x version from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

I cannot get my Acrobat Pro to open. I already uninstalled it and re installed it. But still does not open. The program pops to ask for permission to open the program, but it never actually opens. I trouble shoot it and it says incompatible application.
It sounds like an issue of trying to run XI on VISTA. That combination does not work. Info on both the Acrobat full version (including sub-version) and OS would help. It might also be an issue of running 11.0.0 on a system that needs the updates to work.

need to be able to setup printing for my Ipad2. How do I find the instructions. THe printer is installed and capable, but I do not see it from either my iPad2 OR iphone 4. Please advise.
1. Make sure you've updated the printer firmware and successfully printed the test sheet from the printer.
2. Make sure that your iPad is on the same network as your printer.
3. Try printing from an app. To print this page from Safari, for example, go to the rectangle with the right- facing arrow on the toolbar, choose Print from the drop down menu, select your printer, and click Print.
Printing in apps is usually under the rectangle-arrow symbol, but is also sometimes found under the wrench- "tools" symbol. -

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing iTunes and my pc still will not connect with the iTunes Store. I have tried just about every suggestion on the web to no avail, please help.
When I click on the store it just never opens, I do not receive any message. I try to "refresh the page" and nothing. While having the store selected I go to "help" and check for updates and i get a message; "The iTunes updatte server could not be contacted" and it prompts me to check my internet connection which is fine. None of the items under the "Store" respond with anything.
I ran a iTunes Diagnostics/ Under "Which Tests do you want to run" I check only "Network Connections" and the results that I receive is...

I have installed Adobe Flash but firefox does not show as plugin
I have downloaded the most recent versions of Firefox (30.0) and Adobe Flash Player. The Adobe website tells me my flash player is installed and current but Firefox does not show it as a plug in and a site that requires flash player (google finance) to view charts does not work. The place for the chart remains blank after telling me it has loaded.
Any thoughts?When a page is using a plugin, usually an icon similar to a piece of Lego appears in the address bar. You can click the logo to check that Flash is allowed to run on the page, or approve it to run if it isn't.

Does it matter whether you view it in a regular tab or in a private window? To view in a private window, right-click the link > Open Link in New Private Window. -

I have downloaded, extracted and installed Elements 12 but it will not open nor can I find the Adobe file in the file where I installed it to.. When I've tried to download and install again it says that the "Object Already Exists." It may exists, but it is not visible in the file or in my list of programs on the Startup Menu.

You should not have to uninstall Premiere Elements 12/12.1 in order to install and run Premiere Elements 13 on the same computer unless your computer is overloaded and the computer resources are compromised. Just use one program at a time.
Can you still use 12/12.1 on this same computer that will not let you use 13?
What specific Window operating system are you using?
Let us go through the usual drill...
1. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you using a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
3. Did you install the program with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Disable the SLCache Folder found in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit
Local Disk C
Program Files (x86)
Common Files
Adobe
and in the Adobe Folder should be the SL Cache Folder that you delete or disable by renaming the Folder
from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
5. Are you running the program as Administrator and is the latest version of QuickTime installed on the same
computer as Premiere Elements 13?

I downloaded Firefox 4.0 and it says to re-install the toolbar but I have not been successful in doing so. I went to the forums and tried all the suggested fixes but none worked. Can I go back to the older version? I had no trouble with that and I do not like this new version at all. I tried a system restore twice and it did not fix the problem.
I would imagine it's the MyWay Searchbar which is classified by most anti-malware scanners as adware, or even worse as spyware. I say that because I see "SmileyCentral" in your list of plugins and that's an add-on for that particular toolbar. You can disable that via Tools | Add-ons | Plugins.
There are a number of toolbars which won't work with Firefox 4 anymore due to the enhanced protection mechanisms in the browser.
Mozilla recommends that you only install add-ons from its own security site @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/?browse=featured Generally speaking, those have all been tested and approved. The exceptions are those currently under review which are marked with a yellow banner to warn users that they haven't passed Mozilla's labs yet. -
I am getting the PowerPC applications are no longer supported error, so I downloaded Libreoffice and can not find it on my hard drive anywhere. It did say it would install to Applications, but it's not there. How do I find it and can I put it in my dock?

I bought the photoshop install online and I put it on my laptop. But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer.
