1130 AP won't clear config

Hi,
I have the above access point and I can't get it to work in our lwapp environment because it seems as though the "clear lwapp private-config" command isn't available. I've had this happen before, and doing the reset always seems to clear the problem. But on this ap it doesn't work, I'm not sure why. I noticed that the ios ver is a little different ( 12.3(7) JA1 ) than the others. Is there anything I can do to clear the config on it and set the lwapp params?

The problem is that this is still a fully Autonomous AP the IOS image is not a LWAPP base/recovery image. This AP will need to be converted using the LWAPP Upgrade Tool. This will load an image like 12.3(11)JX and allow the AP to join the WLC.
Preparing for the Upgrade
You must complete these tasks before beginning the upgrade from autonomous to lightweight mode:
1. Prepare the infrastructure so that the upgraded lightweight access point discovers a controller.
2. The autonomous access points must be running Cisco IOS Release 12.3(7)JA or later to perform the lightweight mode conversion. If necessary, upgrade the access point to Cisco IOS Release 12.3(7)JA or later. For C3201WMIC, upgrade to 12.3(8)JK or later.
3. Prepare the controller for the upgrade process.
4. Download the Autonomous to Lightweight Mode Upgrade Tool and the upgrade image file from Cisco.com

Cisco IOS Release 12.3(11)JX provides support for the lightweight access point protocol (LWAPP) for 1100, 1130, 1200, 1230, 1240, and 1300 series access points. When you use the Autonomous to Lightweight Mode upgrade tool to upgrade one of these access points to this release, the access point communicates with a Cisco wireless LAN controller and receives a full LWAPP configuration and software image from the controller. This release also functions as a recovery image if the access point fails to receive a full image from the controller.

Calendar icon won't clear notifications

My Calendar (aka iCal) icon won't clear the notification 'bug' (the little red/white number in the corner) even after I've cleared my pending calendar notifications. If I quit Calendar, the icon remains. When I restart it again, the icon remains. If I get a new notification/invitation, the icon is updated with the new number of notifications, but then the new number remains.

Check under the View menu/Show Notifications. If it is grayed out, you don't have any invitations. If you can select it, see what is there.

PO release workitem won't clear - 'Check FM ends with exception'

Hi all,
I've got a workflow with multiple approval steps even after all steps in the PO complete successfully, i have one work item in the middle of the approval process that won't clear and the event log shows 'Check FM ends with exception' even though the PO is released successfully.
i've got the BUS2012 RELEASED event set as a terminating even to task TS20000166 as standard but i think the release code might not be getting received correctly. How can i debug this or fix it?

Unfortunately it is not a customer function. ME_REL_CHECK_EVENT_PARAM is a SAP standard Check Function and has trapped me before. Basically it checks the workitem container (before image if you like) against the event container. (see Below)
Get the release code from the workitem container.
swc_get_element wi_container 'RELEASECODE' wi_release_code.
if sy-subrc ne 0.
    raise container_error.
endif.
Get the release code from the event container.
swc_get_element event_container 'RELEASECODE' evt_release_code.
if sy-subrc ne 0.
    raise container_error.
endif.
Compare the two release codes; if not equal: raise exception.
   if wi_release_code ne evt_release_code.
     raise release_codes_different.
   endif.
Weird, huh.

Iphoto library inconsistencies says it is 100% complete but it still shows it is running and the message won't clear

Iphoto library gave message it had inconsistencies. I clicked the button to complete the changes and it shows & says it is 100% complete. The message won't clear and it is still running the app but it is completely frozen and won't let me do anything.

Alert 'There were problems downloading some purchased items' won't clear for the same 6 songs (see screenshot). Every time I download something new this alert comes up, yet when I check for available downloads there aren't any (see second screenshot). Also the 6 songs that are being flagged as having problems are already downloaded to my library, so literally it's just the alert/ notification that seems to be stuck. I've tried signing in and out of iTunes, re-installing itunes, re-starting the computer, emptying the cache etc, and but everytime I sign back in or re-open itunes the alert comes straight back up and it's driving me insane.
Can anyone help either clear the alert or stop it so that it doesn't pop up every time I try and download something else??

P.S the error message i got during the download is (err = - 5000)

Message about iCloud backup and it won't clear. It also won't allow me to do anything else. iPad. It is plugged in and now locked, the slides for getting in and the power off don't work, but the message stays. I have hit ok numerous times.

Try restarting the iPad and seeing if that helps.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.

The first back up to iCloud may take some considerable time. Just how long isn't really possible to say without knowing how much is in your back up and your connection speed.

"Clear config all" in IOS

Is there any CatOS equivalent command of "clear config all" in IOS.

ok I see your issue now. Then the answer is: this option does not exist in IOS based systems. The only option would be to use "no" with all configured commands, but this is clearly not amusing in case you have a large config. If only one interface needs to be reverted to factory default, use "default interface ..." in config mode. Similar "default" commands exist for other parts of the config ("default ?" in config mode to check the options in your specific IOS).
So with IOS based systems the best practice procedure involves a reload after the steps described in the first posting.
Reason: There is no real equivalent to CatOS "clear config all" without reload.

Text/Email notifications won't clear

I was having issues with my text/email notifications not clearing on the dock and was told I had to do a factory reset. So i did that and I was still having the problem after i set my phone up again. I found that once I went into the Developer Options and chose the option "Do not keep Activities," so I unchecked that box and it fixed the problem once i got a new message or restarted the phone and haven't had that problem since.

I have already checked 'no' to all emails, which is NOT what I want. If there are more comments to my questions, I would like to see them, but there is no option for that. I have 2349 emails, certainly not related to MY question. (And I am NOT shouting... trying to make a point.
How can I keep up with what is going on in the Apple Support Community if I say NO to all of the emails?
And why can't we copy or cut & paste here????? If one copies or cuts it won't allow paste. It gives only options ot insert links & such???
How do you people keep up with this community IF you don't get a gazillion emails?

Satellite Pro A60 won't boot: config.sys missing or corrupt

Hi,
I turned my computer off on Friday, went back to his Monday - and it won't boot up. I'm told that the config.sys file is either missing or corrupt.
I've tried all the usual methods - safe mode, last known good setting, OS etc but none of it works. The computer doesn't recognise that the recovery CD is in the drive, either.
As I don't have an original installation CD - the computer came with the software already installed - I can't try that either.
I don't particularly want to recover the whole system but if I have to, I can live with it. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I checked out the recovery disk and it attempts to work in another non-Toshiba computer and it attempts to loadhe local computer store (PC World) tested my laptop and told me the DVD/CD drive was faulty (they'd only replaced that a few months ago) and I need a new one. However, that wouldn't have anything to do with the original non-bootup error, as far as I know (config.sys missing or corrupt).
The drive recognises CD perfectly.

Entries in the location bar drop down list with a yellow (blue on Mac) star at the right end are bookmarks.<br />
You can remove such a bookmarked item that shows in the list if you open that url in a tab and click the yellow star in the location bar.<br />
This will open the "Edit This Bookmark" dialog and you can click the Remove button to remove the bookmark if you want to remove such a bookmarked entry.<br />
