11g Opmn startall perl.exe has been moved to virus chest by avast antivirus

Hi,
On Windows 7 64 bits, I issue opmn startall before starting the Weblogic Server.
At the moment I'm working on Forms 11.
Today when I tried to start opmnctl, I got a message from Avast (Free edition), about moving the perl.exe script to the virus chest.
I does not prevent Weblogic from starting.
I'm concerned because I also use Apex 4.2. on the same pc.
I recovered perl.exe from the virus chest zone but obviously next time it will be put there again.
Maybe if I stop avast before starting opmnctl I would have a workaround?

Usually the winlogon.exe, explorer.exe are Microsoft execution files and these files belongs to Windows OS and should be placed in C:\Windows\System32 folder.
If this is a case then these are not viruses.
However, you can try the free Antivirus application called Avira Antivirus Software.
Google for that you can download it for free.
Scan the system and check it again.
As last option I would recommend reinstalling the system using Toshiba Recovery disk!
This would erase everything from HDD!

I'm moving an internal hard drive from an old computer to a new computer. How do I transfer the catalog data to my new computer so the Organizer of Photoshop Elements 6 will find the data on the hard that has been moved to the new computer?

I'm moving an internal hard drive from an old computer to a new computer. (My new compute runs Windows 8.1) How do I transfer the catalog data to my new computer so the Organizer of Photoshop Elements 6 will find the data on the hard that has been moved to the new computer? Is this possible or do I have to use the procedure of copying the catalog along with the photos to a back up hard drive and then restore them on the new computer?

The 'normal' procedure is to do a PSE organizer backup (not a copy or a backup from external tools) to an external drive, then a restore to the new location.
The advantage is that you have a backup of both catalog and media files and you don't have all disconnected files, which would happen with external backup tools. Also, if you restore with a more recent elements version, the catalog will be automatically updated to the new format.
The drawback in your situation is that you'll have either to overwrite all your files or restore to a custom location, creating a duplicate photo library (which supposes you have enough free space).
It would be possible to simply use the organizer in the old PC to move the catalog to a new 'custom' folder just under your C: root drive. The catalog would be accessible once the drive will be installed in the new PC. Then you would have all files 'disconnected' due to the fact that all your media files are now on a drive with a different letter. Reconnecting a whole library is a hard job with PSE6, less so with PSE11/PSE12.
If the idea of fiddling with the sqlite database with external sqlite manager tools is ok for you, I can describe the process more in detail. You only copy your catalog folder (as suggested above) to another location. Instead of trying the 'reconnection' way, you install the sqlite utility on the new computer. When the old drive is installed in the new computer, you simply edit a given record in the catalog database, catalog.psedb, and start the organizer with your copied catalog by simply double clicking the 'catalog.psedb' file.
Even if the last solution is much, much quicker, I would still create a new PSE backup : you have never too much safety .

Sounds like you may have moved the RMX library folder?
Is RMX fully updated (for Lion)?
Check your hard drives for a file called SAGE:
It (or an alias of it) is normally found in the <USER>:Library:Application Support:Spectrasonics.
Note that on Lion, the <User> Library is 'hidden'... quickest way to get there is to hold down Option (Alt) whilst using the Finder:Go menu

I'm using a gridstyle treeview datawindow with 2 levels.
What I want to do now is when I move the most right column on the screen e.g. 2 columns to the left the information in the level 1 should stay at the same place but the information in the detail and the header level should move to the left.
I wrote a function that is doing what I want and it works fine if I call that function in a clicked event of a button: e.g. I move the most right column to the left and then click the button to simulate that a event has been triggerered after moving or after I resize a column and then hit the button.
So my question is what can I do to trigger my function after a column has been moved or after a column was resized?

1. Create a ue_lbuttonup user event mapped to pbm_dwnlbuttonup in DW control.
2. Create another user event named ue_checkmodified. This is not mapped.
In ue_lbuttonup, enter the below code:
This.event post ue_checkmodified()
In ue_checkmodified event, enter:
If this.Object.DataWindow.Syntax.Modified = "yes" Then
... Your logic goes here...
End If

Microsoft Office 2008 Powerpoint "cannot open the file because it has been moved or deleted"

I am trying to open some slides my professor posted on Desire 2 Learn. It is a .pptx file. Everytime I try to open it I get an error message that says, "Powerpoint cannot access +I (drive) beacuse the file has been moved or deleted"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office. And yes, I know just moving it to the recycling bin does not fully uninstall it. I followed the directions given in a different thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

Go to iPhoto>Preferences...>Accounts...and remove the MobileMe account. Then go to System Preferences...>MobileMe, and sign out.

HT1097 Unable to export movie "because file _ has been moved"?

I just made an entire movie in Imovie 08. When I try to export it, I get a box that pops up that says "searching for File (some number like 8 or 10)", at which point the only button I can hit is "stop". Then another one pops up about how it is unable to locate the file because it has been moved, and then I have the option to Search or Cancel. I've tried "searching", but I have no idea what "File 10" or "File 8" are. I have thousands of video files, and none are labeled that way. So I have to hit Cancel and then the whole export is cancelled.
Its obvously saying my files have been moved, but I have no idea where to...nothing has been moved since I started the project.
Help. I've never had a problem like this before.

in case, you're using an ext. HDD - is it 'Mac'-formatted? Or fat32, ntfs, etc.?
but this doesn't mean alone the target-disk, but the internal, 'MacOs'-disk too.
things to test:
• simply relaunch your Mac - maybe some 'pointers' are simply .. kaputt ..
• did you partition your internal drive? - if so, the 'macOs'-partition needs at last 20-40 GBs free for any conversion-process.

"The template has been moved or deleted" error. But the template works!

This is really an annoyance as it doesn't prevent me from using my template, just sick of this error message every time I create a new document in Pages.
Each time I create a New document, I get an error message: "*The template "company.template" couldn't be found.* The template has been moved or deleted."
However the template "company.template" still exists at /Users/<me>/Library/Application Support/iWork/Pages/Templates/My Template, and I can open the file from there.
I've already tried re-saving the file to the My Template folder and restarting Pages; I still get the same error message. How can I resolve this error?

It sounds like the Pages preference file may be corrupt. Quit Pages & go to HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences & delete the com.apple.iWork.Pages.plist then restart Pages.

Well you can try this, but I'm not sure it's going to work if this is an entirely new ID.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
