11i toR12 upgrade:AutoConfig patch hangs on file fnd_txk_bpel_args_type.xdf

Hi,
I am upgrading our EBS R11i to EBS R12 (12.1.1).
Just completed applying American English Upgrade Driver - u6678700.drv.
I am currently doing the Configure and Start Server Process in Finishing the Upgrade Section (page 3-8 in the Upgrade Guide Part #E14010-01).
During Post-Install Check, Validate System Configuration is showing Failed for Login Page with the following error:

I followed Note: +Upgradede Release 12.1 Instance is failing for logon - RW-50016: Error: - {0} was not created [ID 889031.1]+
I changed the Guest user password and executed AutoConfig and autoconfig failed for :
+[AutoConfig Error Report]+
The following report lists errors AutoConfig encountered during each
phase of its execution.  Errors are grouped by directory and phase.
The report format is:
+<filename> <phase> <return code where appropriate>+
+[SETUP PHASE]+
AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
Directory: E:\oracle\IMTAC\inst\apps\IMTAC_dvlp008\admin\install
adgendbc.cmd            INSTE8_SETUP       1
Thought of appying the last AutoConfig patch (7651166) by following note +Using AutoConfig to Manage System Configurations in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 387859.1]+
I started applying patch 7651166 but it is hanging for a very long time as shown:
There are now 3 jobs remaining (current phase=A0):
+0 running, 1 ready to run and 2 waiting.+
Assigned: file fnd_txk_bpel_args_type.xdf on worker  1 for product fnd username APPS.
Please advice.

Hi,
I think the autoconfig fails for me is because the old Host name (DVLP003) is stored in some of the apps tables. I am doing the R12 upgrade in DVLP008. Its not able to generate TNSNAMES.ora and Listener.ora.
NetServiceHandler.log shows:
AutoConfig was unable to generate listener.ora from the database due to connection failure
ERRORCODE = 1   ERRORCODE_END

Could Not Find E:\oracle\IMTAC\inst\apps\IMTAC_dvlp008\ora\10.1.2\network\admin\listener.ora.db
+.end err out.+
Error while generating listener.ora.
