12 days of gifts - paused download, to resume the next day
Hi, i downloaded 12 days of gifts and was trying to download a free video. I paused it then completely forgot about it. So can i still continue to download? Will i be charged? Or will it still be free? If i decide to not dowload and just delete it? How?
Sounds like it may be stuck. Follow the directions below:
Log out of the iTunes Store on your device:
Settings>iTunes & App Store...tap your Apple ID, then select "Sign Out"
Reset your device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
After the device has restarted, sign back in to the App Store as above. Then check the status of your download. If it's paused, un-pause it and see if it continues after that. I believe it's a large download (a TV episode in HD) so it may take longer than you're expecting and could be slow just because so manny people are downloading it at the same time.

Your entire second paragraph is so confusing I am going to ignore it.
But I may be able to answer your first and third paragraphs, which seem to address the same question.
I wonder where your iPhone states it was backed up yesterday. I am going to assume that you see this under Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
If that is true, then the backup from yesterday is in iCloud. The one and only way to restore an iCloud backup is to do this on your iPhone:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
That will cause your iPhone to begin a setup process. As part of that process, assuming you enter the same Apple ID you used when you created the iCloud backup, you will be offered the opportunity to restore from it. -

Generally, they will accept a signature from anyone at the delivery address (unless the person is obviouslly under age).
For example, I frequently have stuff delivered to work, and the mail room signs for it, then I pick it up from the mail room later in the day (such as a package I'm having delivered tomorrow).
It is also possible to contact the shipping service and pre-sign so they will leave the package. -

One day my ipod touch 3gen was working, the next day, it just stopped working.
i dont know what happened. it was working, it had half of its battery, i put it on the table downstairs, i went to bed. next morning i wake up and it doesn't work?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?????!!!!!! What do i do? ive tried reseting and restarting. it does nothing. doesnt even flicker!! (i have a ipod touch 3gen)
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

On the Yahoo Homepage the day, date, and time are in EST and I am in PST. The day, month, time, and date, changes to the next day at 9pm and it is not midnight yet.
Example: Monday, February 13, 2012, then at 9pm tonight, it will change to Tuesday, February 14, 2012, before it hits midnight on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Please fix.

I have had Mozilla Firefox for years. My computer is a Dell 9100 , and I use Windows XP. I have upgraded to each version of Firefox that was offered to me. Each upgrade was quick and easily done--up to, and including, Firefox 3.6.10 . I tried many times to upgrade to Firefox 3.6.11 , each time with no success. I have something like 21 copies of the downloaded Firefox 3.6.11 package. The next day, I resumed by quest to download & install 3.6.11 and saw, on my monitor, the 3.6.12 version of Firefox downloading. I don't recall how this happened. I know that I was only trying to download and install version 3.6.11 . Now, I seem to have, by looking at "About Mozilla Firefox" under "Help", Firefox 3.6.12 .
Q1. Is there a way I can check to see whether I have a valid download of 3.6.11 and/or 3.6.12 in my Firefox setup?
Q2. How can I know that all is OK, Firefox-wise? The answer to this question probably can help me a lot, in the future.
Q3. Can I delete all, or perhaps all but one, of those 3.6.11 downloads?
Q4. Any idea on why my difficulties occurred?
Q5. How might I avoid these difficulties in the future?
Thank you for your help.Firefox 3.6.12 is the current version and it was released only a few days after the release of Firefox 3.6.11 to fix a critical security issue that was discovered. The security fix was prepared and released within 48 hours after discovery.
I do not know what caused your problems in trying to upgrade to Firefox 3.6.11, but the point is moot now. Should you have future problems upgrading, please post back here and someone will assist you.
You can keep one copy of version 3.6.11 if you wish; I usually keep 2 prior versions plus the current version.

anybody know how i can fix this, i already tried to turn off itunes match off and on again on the iphone but it does not seem to work, also artwork once downloaded into the iphone it does not stay there, the next day its just a blank artwork and after the internet circles in the top left of the iphone stop spinning, i go back to my music library and then back to the song and it downloads it, but it does not stay there forever, any fix?

Deleting songs downloaded to your device
You can delete a song or album from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch at any time. Don't worry; it'll still be in the cloud.
Tap the Music app.
Tap More > Songs at the bottom.
Scroll or search for the song you would like to delete from your device.
Swipe right to left on the song, and then tap Delete.
Note: You must be in Artists, Songs, or Albums view to delete songs from your device. Deleting from a playlist won't remove a song from your iOS device.

Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.
If you have iOS 7, this will delete the song from local storage, but the song will still appear with a cloud symbol in the Music app, as you've noticed. To hide the iTunes in the Cloud purchases, navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store, and disable "Show All: Music”
There may be a few orphaned songs on your iPhone that were partially downloaded or corrupted in some way. If that is the case, you can erase all of the music from your phone. Follow the instructions below and select the Music app under Usage:

did you turn 'find my mac' ON your MBA BEFORE your it was stolen? if not, you will not be able to do anything to the stolen MBA

a couple of days ago i purchased an itunes card, but for a couple of months i was unable to download any sort of app or song, because it wanted me to post my credit card on my billing address. i had not purchased anything, yet the next day on my credit card it said i had purchased $22 worth. i dont know why if i had not purchased anything.

Under Windows 7 you will want to use the Programs and Features Control Panel to remove your installation. I would recommend verifying that Photoshop Lightroom is removed from the list of installed applications. -
I am trying to download movies and it almost gets fully loaded until the last second when it says that an unknown error has occured and that I need to try again later because of an error in itunes. I have tryed again later 5 times, even the next day and will still not work. Help!

ok, so i downloaded three albums (sic) and discovered the next day that on two of them there were songs which did not completely download. I quickly reported it and expected a reply within 24 hrs but Ive heard nothing back and now I cannot re-report it because it says Ive already reported it. Should I just wait? It's been three days.
