12 MONTH Subscription Suspended!

I am writing to you because my account has been blocked again, there is a restriction on my account and I cannot use my 12 month, 120 minutes subscription that I purchased on April 11. 2015. Also, I noticed that Skype has posted on my account payment history the $227.88 that I paid for the 12 months, subscription as “fraudulent.”  But I wanted you to know that the payment for Order No. xxx is not a fraudulent one. The transaction was a valid transaction and the payment was successful. I had a conversation with my bank about 3 weeks ago regarding Order No. xxx after they contacted Skype Customer Service and I was informed by my bank that the Order was a valid purchase and the payment was successful according to Skype. So, I don’t understand why Skype has put a restriction on that valid subscription that I have been using since April 2015 and now has indicated it as  “fraudulent” on my payment history on Skype.I know well that order No. xyz was the invalid transaction (fraudulent one) and my bank disputed for it in April, 2015.  So, please if you can explain to me what is going on, why this confusion and restore back my 12 months, 120 minutes subscription for me, I will appreciate.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.P.A 

Hi,
Minutes are reset every month on the same date you made the initial payment.
If you purchased subscription on the 10th then each month on the 10th minutes will be reset.
Note: Unused minutes are not carried over to next month.

    I have a problem with the monthly subscription. Last time I used skype to call I used the last minutes I had on my account. It was a couple of days ago, and my subscription was suspended with the following information:
    "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Nov 1, 2013."
    That was understandable, as it starts on the first day of the month. Nevertheless, today, the information has been changed to:
    "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Nov 2, 2013."
    How can this happen? Anyone experienced the same problems? I did not make a mistake, that is certain, as I always take a screenshot of my account, just in case. Is this some kind of scam to make users buy another subscription or pay extra?

  • Why I can not connect more than one device at a time with a monthly subscription?

    There is no Adobe Story Premium, it is Adobe Story Plus that is included with the Creative Cloud paid subscription.

    Your internet connection depends on access to a wifi network. When you leave your house you go out of range of your own network, so the only way to connect is to find a free or paid public wi-fi service in the location you are in at the time; the alternative is to use your iPhone for what is called 'tethering' (providing a wifi signal you iPod can connect to) but it you have an iPhone you would want to use that anyway (and many service providers don't allow it - in any case it comes expensive as you are using a mobile data connection).

  • Can't successfully install Photoshop under month-to-month subscription

    I bought a month to month subscription for Photoshop CS6 several days ago, but I haven't yet been able to use the previously-installed copy, so I deleted it. Now I try to install again, and I get, "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support advizor to detect..." Then Adobe Support Advisor says, "Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support..." Monthly subscription continues to tick away, but I can't use Photoshop. This is on Mac OS 10.6.8 on an older Mac Pro with 10 GB RAM. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

    If the installer is failing to initialize then you will need to manually review the PDApp.log as the Adobe Support Advisor does not review or upload this file for support.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret this file at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

  • Your trial has expired, I have a monthly subscription but photoshop is asking for a key, what gives?

    I have a valid monthly subscription to photoshop/Lightroom.
    I keep getting this message when launching photoshop cc.  Lightroom works fine. 
    I uninstalled everything via the adobe uninstaller, I ran the adobe cc cleaner and rebooted. 
    I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed both lightroom and photoshop AFTER signing in, they were both installed from the creative cloud menu.  It says my programs are both up to date, yet when I launch Photoshop I get the trial has expired page, I click "License this software" sign in with my valid adobe ID email, hit "sign in" and it keeps prompting for a license key.  I was NEVER given a license key so what gives?
    What is going on.....I'm getting very frustrated with this software, was working fine, have been using it for months now.
    OS: Mac OSX 10.9.2

    There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
    Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
    Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

I authorized one purchase for a 6 month subscription to Grindr and then I was also charged for a 1 year subscription please remove the one year subscription and refund my card... My bank said to go through apple to get the refund or it would be fraud and we would have to go through a long process. please help me out over 60$ is a lot of money for anyone ...

    You can't edit a file with PDF Pack, but you should be able to convert it to a Word document, and if you are really lucky edit THAT and make a new PDF. Don't expect too much though!
