13 year old unable to create itunes account

My daughter wants to create an iTunes account for herself instead of using my wifes. She has been trying to do this for over an hour with her real DOB and no matter what she does she keeps getting an error message "You cannot create an apple id becasue you do not meet the minimum requirement". She is almost 13 1/2 and we do not understand why she is getting blocked. The TOS said she just has to be 13 to have an account.

I was having the same trouble with my MobileMe sub-accounts (MobileMe Family Plan). I went through all the support emails and calls with no success. I fixed the problem by removing the affected sub-account/email address and then re-established the same sub-account/email address. When you re-establish the sub-account/email address it will tell you that you cannot since it already exists - but there is an option to re-establish the sub-account/email address by entering the correct password. After I did this, I could manage the sub-account/email address with no problems whether it was in iTunes or in the management of the AppleID settings.

I have a new iPhone 3GS and I want to sign up to iTunes to get apps etc. However, during the sign up process it asks for my address including my postcode. I live in Ireland where we have no postcodes. I tried my usual tricks of putting random numbers, writing "none" etc but it continues to say my postcode is invalid. Good luck there, I've also had a bad experience getting an iTunes account, yet impossible on my end. I'll be going to the apple store tomorrow and try to straight it out because so far its ridiculous.
1st. Im in Malmo, so I set Sweden as the country, it asks me for a card (if I never ever buy anything from them, they would simply store my credit card information?), I live and work here, I pay everything with the card that Im using, yet it tells me its not a valid card...
2nd, Im originally from Costa Rica, so I figure I'd try one of my older cards. The card validates now, but it now says my postal code is not valid... I mean, first it says my card is no good, and second that I dont know where I live?

Unable to create iTunes account for MobileMe Family sub-accounts

I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem. I am attempting to set up iTunes accounts for a family member who has a mobileMe sub account on my family pack. The MobileMe account works fine in all other respects except when I go to iTunes and enter the id and pass word I an taken to the screen to accept the terms of service and select the country (Canada in my case) and all goes well until I have to enter the address and billing info. At that point the system says sorry can't proceed try again some other time. several other times later it still won't work.
Is this a limitation of the sub-accounts on mobileMe?

Your past purchases are not on the computer. By choosing download all, those purchases will download to the computer.
Once authorized to your iTunes account you can control the computer.
When syncing the iPad the first time you will get the warning " this iPad is synced with another computer, syncing will erase all contents and replace with the contents of this computer"

The primary email addresses on iTunes accounts have to be unique, you shouldn't be able to create a new iTunes account with the same primary email address unless the existing account had been deleted (only iTunes Support can potentially delete an iTunes account).
Had you asked iTunes Support to delete your existing account ? If you did then that would also have deleted its purchase history. Or had you changed the primary email address on the old account ?

You can reset your Apple ID password via the steps in the first article below. I would try the option to answer your security questions. If those steps do not work then you may need to reach out to our account security team to reset this old Apple ID password. Once this is done you should be able to access your old DRM protected purchases.

No, you need to be in a country and have a valid billing address in that country to be able to use a country's store. If there isn't an iTunes store in your country then unfortunately you won't be able to buy any content from iTunes.

2008 Failover cluster unable to create computer account

I have created a 2008 R2 Failover cluster and I am trying to add a Fail over File server to this.
I get the dreaded
Cluster network name resource 'OfMaClusterFS' failed to create its associated computer object in domain 'xxx.domain' for the following reason: Unable to create computer account.
The text for the associated error code is: Access is denied.
Please work with your domain administrator to ensure that:
- The cluster identity 'OFMACLUSTER$' can create computer objects. By default all computer objects are created in the 'Computers' container; consult the domain administrator if this location has been changed.
- The quota for computer objects has not been reached.
- If there is an existing computer object, verify the Cluster Identity 'OFMACLUSTER$' has 'Full Control' permission to that computer object using the Active Directory Users and Computers tool.
I have created clusters frequently in the past, on my own Domains that I am a domain admin of. Now I am trying to make one on our larger corporate domain that I am not a domain admin of and get this error.
By default, domain users can not add computer accounts to our domain. I do however have an limited account that can add computers to the domain... but I have tried all the tricks I can think of to try and add the Network name to AD and no luck.#
I have tried running the cluster service with this account, but it is still trying to use the OFMACLUSTER$ identity to create the Network name. I have tried manually creating the network name using my limited account, but that doesn't work either,
same error. I don't have the ability to change permissions on the computer name I added for the network name to AD.
I have raised a ticket to our wintel team to try and get them to help, but they aren't exactly the most responsive bunch. I'm just wondering what the best way around this problem is if I am not a domain admin and I can't make the changes I need, or
what concise instructions I can give to the domain admins so that they can help me out without saying that it is a security breach etc.
I would appreciate any advice on this as it's now urgent and also something I will have to do in the future fairly regularly and don't want to get caught in the situation in the future.

Today I tried create iTunes account in my windows 7 pc. I have apple ID. But don’t have iTunes account to download apps.
Check the screenshots. After logging in I’m seeing the following error. It is telling "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (-1202)"
I don’t own any Apple product. But I want to use that apps via iTunes. So I could not able register any product in apple website.

Unable to create webOS account to set up HP Touchpad

Alright, so I got my Touchpad Saturday, and tried to set it up the day after. So in order to actually use it, you have to create a webOS account, but every time I try, I get the error "We are unable to create an account for you. Please try again in a few minutes or contact HP for help resolving this problem. Visit palm.com/support for more information." I tried countless times, still getting the same error, even after starting the setup process over, restarting the touchpad and my router, trying different wireless connections, trying it at different times during the day, as well as changing the security question, password and email to see if that had an effect. I have tried going to the site suggested and trying to chat online with them, as well as calling them, but they were busy, so I was hoping I could find an answer here.

Did you go to the path I indicated? In there, for each company code, you need to maintain which budget billing procedures you allow.
0 means no BB procedure.
SAP says:
"If you enter 1 (statistical procedure), budget billing requests are managed as statistical items in the Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) component and do not affect the general ledger.
If you enter 2 (debit entry procedure), budget billing requests are posted as partial bills.
If you enter 3 (payment plan procedure), the budget billing amount is requested as the new bill amount instead of the bill amount determined by billing and invoicing. The difference between the actual bill amount and the payment plan amount is managed in a special item. This procedure is used for monthly billing.
If you enter 4 (payment scheme procedure), the bill amount is integrated into the budget billing plan. The bill can no longer be paid separately. The budget billing requests are posted as statistical items in the same way to the installment plan.
If you enter 5 (down payment request plan), a special payment plan is created for industry customers. This plan is suitable for industry customers with monthly periods as the down payment plan for the month after next. To use this procedure, establish the settings in Customizing."
After that, you need to maintain all the activities related to the BB procedures you want to use, in SAP Utilities / Invoicing / Budget Billing Plan. Check all activities and see what you need to customize.
