アップデートとようとすると、エラーの1360200とでます、

過去にも同様の事例がありました。自動アップデートを使わず、手動でアップデートしてみてください。

    Hi all,
    Acrobat 9.0 Pro keeps telling me that there is an update available.
    When trying to install the update there is an error message appearing:
    (translated from german): screenshot see below
    "Update Error
    An error has occured. Please try again to a later timepoint.
    Error: 130200"
    Believe me I kept trying to install this update at least 10-times during the last couple of days always receiving the same message.
    Any advise?

    Hey,
    it is "updating within the application". I need to check what exactly Acrobat actually wants to update.
    As long as it just keeps telling me "there is an update available" I am not quite sure what standalone update to download.
    If it would be a bit more specific like "service pack 1" or "blabla patch 123" it would make it easier.
    I try to find that update and install it manually...and let you know if it worked.

    What is a 130200 error?

    Before you try the reinstall, I would suggest you be sure you are logged in as the administrator and have anti-virus disabled. Then do a repair. After the repair, try the updates again. If they fail, then download the updates from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows and install manually.

  • 'failed to initialise' and 'error 130200'

    Any advice gratefully received - able to install 9.3.4. But current update shows eror messages as above.
    Have uninstalled and sought to reinstall, same issues.
    OS is XP.

    I have Adobe Acrobat X pro 10.1.1 and it won't open when I want to open a PDF or just the program: And I tried to update the program but got error 130200. I had to instal reader for just looking at PDFs. Thats not so fun when I paid for pro and it stop working for no reason... Can you guys help me?

    I'm using Win 7 64 bit. When I try to install a downloaded update for the program I get the following message:
    An error occurred. Please check for updates again later.
    Error: 130200
    This has been going on for a bit. Any suggestions on getting reader XI back up to speed?

  • Error 140300 Adobe Reader X Update

    Whenever Adobe Reader X (10.1.4) updates, it always failes. The error code is 140300. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Reader X and have manually downloaded updates found here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows. Neither of these worked.

    SP2
    32-bit
    Did anyone experience similar issues and how did you fix it?

    Hi Thank you for helping. I have unistalled and reinstalled the file directly from Adobe's download site. Here is what I have done so far:
    1) uninstalled using Programs and Features Uninstall/Change Program
    2) Rebooted computer
    3) went to Adobe's website to download Adobe Reader
    4) After installing and after a couple minutes have passed Avast pop up states that Adobe Acrobat update is available
    5) After selecting to Install, Adobe pop up states that an update is available
    6) After Adobe downloads the update, it will state Update Failed and provides the error.
    I usually get an Error 140300, but this time it is an Error 130200.
    I tried following your advice and uninstalled Adobe X. After rebooting, I went on Adobe to download Adobe XI. But Adobe X (10.1.4) download site keeps appearing (http://get.adobe.com/reader/). Reading some discussions, it seems that Adobe XI is not available for Vista 32 bit.
    Any other ideas?

  • Firmware not compatible

    Nice that there is a place that I can ask questions.
    I had a 7th gen 160gb ipod (silver) that was toast (dropped in juice) so I saved the hard disc.
    A opportunity came by so I tried it in a 120gb ipod. (silver) it worked and showed 127.81GB after restore.
    Now I put the same disc in a 7th gen 160gb and it does not work.
    In MAC OS10.5.8 it need to be restored (it cannot read the ipod) , but can't finish restore because the firm ware is not compatible.
    Now this is strange cause I put a mp3-song on the hard disc and it is readable and playable with an mp3 player.
    Also in MAC when the ipod is found, it shows on the desktop, if I am fast and open it,  it shows a SILVER ipod, info shows CAP 127.81GB
    In Windows (bootcamp) before the restore the apple website comes up that this is a 120GB ipod running 2.0.1.
    If I do the resore I get the same error "ipod "ipod" could not be restored because the firmware in not compatible.
    I downloaded the firmware  2.0.4. IPSW but same error. I wonder if it even tries. I hold option and open the file and the error shows.
    Also in MAC when the ipod is found, it shows on the desktop, if I am fast and open it,  it shows a SILVER ipod.
    So can I NOT put a working disc out a silver ipod in a black ipod (same toshiba MK1634GAL)
    I really wonder where the firm ware is stored. 
    I simply like to learn and solve this problem.

    The only way to install a firmware on your iPod Touch is if it's signed by Apple, and now that iOS4 is out for your device, and they have stopped supporting OS v3.1.x so I don't think you can get a signed IPSW now, unless you have a backup...

  • Adobe-update zerschiesst Win7

    Nur wegen Adobe CS6 kam mein Schnittrechner ans Internet.
    Dabei ließ ich Adobe auch seine Updates machen.
    Am nächsten Tag dann das Elend: Win 7 startete nicht mehr.
    Zwar konnte ich das System nun wieder dazu bringen hochzufahren und die Anwendungsprogramme laufen auch zumeist - nur sind Win-Funktionen wie Hardwareerkennung oder Sicherheitscenter nun beschädigt. Auch lassen sich z.B. Nvidia-Treiber nicht mehr installieren.
    Ein Virencheck der Systemplatte an einem anderen System ergab: kein Virenbefall.
    Der WLan-Stick funktioniert leider ebensowenig wie Audio oder DVD-Laufwerk (unter Windows) - ergo kann ich nicht einmal Creative deaktivieren.
    Aufsetzen eines neuen Systems geht somit auch nicht so einfach.
    So kann man seine Zeit natürlich auch verschwenden.
