Evertime I open my after effects project the program quits and shows this error. The file has a solid with some masks applied and keyframes on the masks. It claims to be a rendering error. I am using cs6 on my macbook pro retina display. What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks.

Enable capslock when opening the project, then remove any potentially problematic effects. Also flush out the media and disk caches.

Seit After Effects 13.2 Installation lassen sich viele meiner Projekte nicht mehr öffnen. Zum Glück habe ich einen Tag vor der Installation zwei wichtige Projekte abschließen können. Wenn ich nun die Dateien öffne kommen diese Meldungen:
die 7508 ist immer eine andere Zahl. Das "<ae.blitpipe> <2> Making New Context" steht immer dabei.
Ich speichere immer Kopien meiner Projekte und kann so historisch ältere Varianten öffnen. Manchmal habe ich Glück und das Projekt geht auf, oder solche Meldungen erscheinen;
Ich kann leider nicht erkennen, was ich in den fehlerhaften Versionen evtl. mehr an Effekten oder so nutze.
Neue Projekte scheinen zu gehen...
Ich habe schon die Cache Ordner gelöscht und mal alle Plugins verschoben, weil ich vermutet habe, dass eins Probleme macht.
Premiere Pro macht auch Probleme, aber nur, wenn Kompositionen aus After Effects im Projekt enthalten sind (was bei mir eigentlich immer der Fall ist)
Wenn ich die After Effects Datei verschiebe und in Premiere als Offline setze, geht das projekt auf und ich kann daran arbeiten.
Ist das ein Problem mit der Version oder doch etwas individuelles bei mir?
Kann man After Effects reparieren lassen? Unter Programme und Funktionen sieht es so aus:
da stimmt doch etwas nicht. Neuinstallation würde ich gerne vermeiden, wegen der Plugins und Co. Aber notfalls ist das ein Weg...

Ja das Service Pack und alle aktuellen Updates sind installiert.
Ich habe wieder ein wenig herausgefunden. Wenn ich den Capslock aktiviere und somit die Vorschau im Fenster deaktiviert ist, kann ich manche Projekte öffnen.
So kann ich Ebenen löschen und die schuldige Ebene der Komposition finden.
Es ist eine Textebene. Wenn ich die lösche und aus einer anderen Komposition kopiere und den Text anpassen, ist der Fehler weg.
Bei einem anderen Projekt hilft auch der Capslock nicht.
Bei einem weiteren kommt die Fehlermeldung "Plugin abgestürzt Zertrümmern" erst, wenn ich in den Eigenschaften auf "Gerendert" wechsel. Beim Drahtgitter kein Problem. Anschließen kommt diese Meldung:
Mir scheint, als ob die Grafikkarte falsch angesprochen wird. Gibt es da Möglichkeiten Standardwerte zu laden?

I have two units with same hardware specs and same drivers but the other working properly but the other is not and displaying error message.

After Effects crash 'making new context'

My AE CC project has started to continually crash on me. I get 'making new context' and 'check connection: 2' in the error window.
Project is fairly simple, with one piece of footage with another masked and tracked into a window using Mocha. Footage has been keyed with keylight. I can replicate the crash everytime roughly around the same frame
Running 10.8.5 with all updated CC apps with a Quadro 40000 GFX card.
Any help would be much much appreciated.

The next time that the crash happens, submit it through the crash reporter, and be sure to add your contact information (email address).

Your crash is somewhere in the mask code, perhaps because of mask feather. You say that you're using mocha.
Do you mean that you're using the mocha Shape plug-in to get the mask into After Effects?

You will need to try changing the email address on the first account and see if you can then re-use it on a new account - you can try changing the email address via http://appleid.apple.com or by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes (if you don't have a spare email account then you can create one via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com)

Creating a new context in OID and extending DIT

I am developing a portal. I need to create a new context in the OID and extend the DIT so that i can store Subscriber information in it. Please help me with the procedure, and sample schema.

You can't create a subfolder in Sent. Mail does this automatically for each account you set up. If you wish to organise messages you send by some criteria or other, why not consider a Smart Mailbox?
I assume by your second question you mean can you change the columns in the message viewer? Yes you can. You select View -> Columns and check the ones you want. You can adjust the order of the columns by dragging the titles around in the message viewer.
If you didn't mean this, maybe you could explain what you are after in a little more detail.

HDV batch capture is making new clips...

i have imported batch lists into FCP with name, media start, media end, reel and log note just as the FCP manual instructs. they import fine and i have them all in their own bins.
i batch captured a few tapes to day and i noticed that FCP is making new clips at times. for instance i'll have a clip "dogs" in the original batch list. after the batch capture there will be "dogs" and "dogs -1" the starting time code of "dogs" and the ending timecode of "dogs -1" are the original start and end of the clip. so, FCP has spit this clip in two for some reason. why is that?
i thought it might have to do with the setting "make new clip on Start/stop" thats listed in the clip settings tab of the log/capture window. so i made sure this was unclicked and then tried another batch , also making sure to uncheck "use original clip settings" in the batch window. but, the problem still persists.
i have 30 tapes to digitize and i'd prefer the clips matched the batch lists. any ideas i can try to solve this problem?

Is it a new media drive?
how is your media drive formatted? highlight the drive on the desktop and press command(apple)+i to get info...
Where it says 'Format' it should read Mac OS Extended... does yours say FAT 32 by any chance?
FAT32 is a different format that can be read by PCs and Macs... it can only store file sizes of 2Gb, so has the knock-on effect of causing FCP to break captures into smaller chunks.
If your drive is FAT32 you need to re-format it using Disc Utility. When you do this, you will lose everything on that drive, so back it up if possible.
If your drive is formatted correctly, post back with your media set-up, ie - what drives you use, how is your capture scratch configured etc.

IC Webclient - Creating new context node

I am trying to add a new Myfavorites functionality in AUISearch.htm (Inbox Search View). While creating a new context node under SearchAuiItems using the Wizard the following attributes have been entered:
Attrib. Name - FavoriteName
BOL Entity - BTQueryAUI
BOL Attrib - FAVNAME
and after confirming I get a popup for entering the 'Name of the Derived Class'. When I enter a class (ZXXXX) which isnt existing I get a short dump.
The current ABAP program "CL_BSP_WD_ENHANCEMENT_API=====CP" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed.
My questions are:
1. Is this the right way of creating a new context node under an existing standard view?
2. Has anyone come across a similar short dump?

It sounds like when it askes for a derived class, that the it wants a class that inherits from some SAP class. I would assume that this derivied class is something you must create to handle the processing of your additional nodes.

Problem when making new connection with user "sys"

Hi, I'm having trouble on making new connection with user sys against local 10g installation, the password is correct and I've tried making new connection with other
users which is fine.
when I click "test" or "connect", the error msg is strange like this:
"ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied"

Have you used the "Role" drop-down to "SYSDBA"? - if not, you get the ORA-01017 error.

Alias always starts in a new context

Hi experts,
i defined an alias for a statefull BSP page. If i open the thame alias url in a second browser window, everthing starts in the same user session (seen in SM04) but in a new context. All data are lost. After starting the second browser window also the first browser window show the data from the new context.
If a try this without alias, the second browser window shows the same data like thie first window.
I tried this with an alias for a copy of the page "session_test.htm" of the bsp application "system" an a NW 70.
Is this a feature, a bug or a mistake of mine?

Ok. I found the answer.
I just used the alias as browser url without any information about the page. The error handling then read the default page of the BSP application and always add an 'sap-sessioncmd=open' to the header fields.

Macbook Pro "13 (2013) returned from repairs making new noises internally.

I recently turned my Macbook Pro into Jump Plus (an apple retailer) for what turned out to be a Hard Drive cable issue. My repair invoice says, "Front Hard Drive Bracket W/IR/Sleep/HD Cable". The tech who repaired my macbook said this problem was a common issue because of the structure inside and could also be caused by toting my macbook around a lot.
Since getting my macbook back after a quick repair (and replacement of this cable), I have noticed my macbook making new sounds. Occasionally there will be a tinkling noise, a chinking noise or even a sort of rubbing noise, mostly heard on the ride side of the macbook (but it could just be where I am putting my ear). It doesn't happen all the time and I find the noises are more frequent if my macbook has heated up a bit (for example after watching several long youtube videos). I do not find the fan to be overactive at all and my macbook is not overheating at all.
I do not know if these noises are simply caused by the shifting of parts when it was opened up and repaired. From what I have read I'm assuming it could be from parts rubbing together inside but I am really not sure.
The sounds aren't very loud and I usually only notice them if the room is very quiet or if I am watching videos or what have you on my stomach and my macbook is resting on my bed.
I am just concerned as to whether this is just a normal occurance due to the layout or could indicate a further issue that may need to be repaired.

You should not be complaining to users about this. Return the computer to the repair shop and tell them what you told us! Let the repair shop make you whole like they should have done in the first place.

Capitalisation and Number mode while making new co...

Is there any way to ensure that all new words have the first letter capitalised while typing the first name or last name when making new phonebook entries. That is because I generally enter several words to identify a contact such as his location or words i might remember him by and have to always press shift to capitalise the new word (the phonebook looks really disorganized with small letter words). Most phones have feature this by default.
Also when entering a new contact, it mostly happens that I type the number first while taking it from a new person and then type his name later. However when I return to the Name section, the text entry is still in number mode and I have to change it manually to alphabet mode. Is there any way to do this automatically?

New context node doesn't appear

Hi,
I added a new context node using 'Create node' wizard into the ICCMP_BP_DETAIL component for the view ICCMP_BP_DETAIL/BuPaCreate for add to the BP creation the tax number information.
When I access vía tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB to the view and go to the configuration, the node appears. But when we access to the configuration of the view via Ic Webclient the context node not appears, and it`s not possible to add the field.
If the field is assigned vía tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB to the view, when we access vía IC Web Client to the view return a short dump.
The GEt SET methods are also created on the new field but i can't see this field in UI config. I need to use this new field in RESULT list. I have tried using 'Assign to design layer' but it didn't work.
What could be the problem?

You want to add one field right. if this is the case why your creating context node. instead of that create one value attribute under any context node. any how that context node is visible in config level and that field too. you can use that field in your config.

Capture Now - Making New Master Clips ???

Now i really have a strange thing going on... I am using Capture Now to start an edit session with HDV Footage and it is making NEW Master Clips when there is a stopdown/startup recording on the tape... (a change in setup for a shot)...
I have gone in the User Settings and unclicked all of the stuff dealing with dropframe or timecode breaks with no luck...
Any Help ???

It will make life harder to keep the bin's organized... because i am going to have to view each clip separately -vs- scanning one clip that has all of my b-roll or my uppers / interviews to find the story...
yea i did restart the whole computer and had to reset the capture preferences and such...
I do know about the grief that is associated with timecode breaks in the middle of a shot... dealt with stuff like that in school 7 years ago...
I do appreciate the help...thanks again...
