15.1(4)M7 - Cisco Feature Liscneces not showing as Acitve

Question

Hello Guys,
We have just purchased two new 2nd IGR 3925 routers which came in apart of the 3925 Voice Budle/w/ PVDM3-64 FL-CME-SRST-25 UC License PAK x2. On top of this we procurded an extra FL-CME, FL-CME-SRST100 X2 and FLM-DME-SRST-25 feature licenses.
On the devices; The CME-SRST license is still showing as not activated and still in evaluation mode; I have attempted to accept the end user licesnse agreement by (Router(Config)#license accept end user agreement) and then issusing the show licsense detail CME-SRST however the feature license is still showing as EvailrighttoUse and it states that the Liscense state is still not in Use, EULA not accepted (See below output.)
I have attempted issuing a reload; We have not been provided the PAK from the supplier therefore I can not download a licesnse from Cisco manually; Is anyone able to assist? This is the first time I've attempted to enable FL on a cisco router..

Hi Eliotfoye
please enter the following commands to activate the license
1. "license accept end user agreement"
2. Give in "show version" and check if "UCK9" license is active or not.
3. To activate the UCK9 license, give in following command
"license boot module module-name  technology-package package-name"
4. Give in "sho license detail cme-srst" and check the license state.
5. If it still says  'EULA not accepted'.
Give in following command
2901_Router#config t
2901_Router(config-telephony)#ip source-address 192.168.106.1 port 2000
2901_Router(config-telephony)#max-ephones 42
2901_Router(config-telephony)#max-dn 200
2901_Router(config-telephony)#exit
2901_Router(config)#exit
Now check "sho license detail cme-srst"
