16:9 to 5:4?

Dear Friends,
I made a movie with my handycam and used 16:9 (widescreen) -- accidentally. However, I do not need 16:9. Can I do anything about this? I think I need 5:4, so normal.
Thank you.
Pal

You can edit in a 4:3 sequence and either fill the frame, which cut's off the sides, or leave it letterboxed with black bars top and bottom.
Of course, all HD is widescreen.  There's no such thing as 4:3 anymore.  That's old school.
