£2.54 skype credit - cant complete transaction

I've being buying £10 credit via Ukash for more than a year. With the value I ALWAYS split like £7.46 for my subscription and the balance I buy skype credit (2.54).
This month my £2.54 buying credit shows pending (since 3rd septemeber).Note that on my purchase history shown £10 pending, but I typed £2.54 on the aproprieted box.
We all know that when you go to skype buy credit page only two options are available, £10 or £20.
I has been like this since I can remember, so even though the £10 box is selected, when you go to payment method and select ukash, another two boxes are shown, one for the voucher code and another for the value.
As Ive said in the beginig of the post, when this stage of the credit purchase arrives, I submit the code for the voucher and the value for the voucher, even if smaller than the original £10. It always accepted but this month Im having trouble with it.
To make things worst I've contatcted the customer support from skype via email, got back the automathic reply saying they will get back to my in 48 hours but never heard back from them. Sent another email, same thing. Until today I dont have any comments from Skype, neither my £2.54 has being credit.
Please can someone from Skype say something about it. This definitely is not a sort of customer sevive response anyone would like to have .... total silence.

Hi and welcome to the Skype Community,
Please make sure you sign in to the Skype applicaiton with the same Skype name that your purchased the credits for. When checking the Skype name you used to sign in here on the community there is no order registered and the credit balance is "0" as well. Check the order confirmation email to verify which account you purchased the credit for.

  • HT1491 I'm using a prepaid credit card to make in app purchases. Every 2 days or so, I will attempt to make an in-app purchase and it will say "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact iTunes Store Support."

         Like I said, I often play iOS games on my iPhone 4S in my spare time. Sometimes, if the game is good enough, I will attempt to make an IAP (In-App Purchase). Sometimes, I have no trouble with this. Other times it will say: "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact ITunes Store Support. I primarily use a prepaid credit card by AMEX called Bluebird. I always make sure that I have plenty of funds available in it. For instance, tonight, it has roughly $200 stored. So I try to make an IAP for $10 and it works fine. Later I make another for $15, no trouble there either. Then I try to make a purchase on the same game for $2.99 and it gives me that error message.
         This has been happening on and off for the past 3-4 weeks only. Every few days it happens, I contact the iTunes Store Support, and sometime in the next 24-72 hours they get back to me. They then apologize for the inconvenience and fix the problem. But the main problem is that their fix seems to be only temporary. It happens irregardless of how much money I have available on my card. I've even had it happen when I had just redeemed a. $50 iTunes gift card and was trying to make a $5 purchase.  It doesn't seem to matter if I've spent a little bit or a lot of money that day. It doesn't care for which game I am purchasing the IAP. TThis never happened to me before a month ago. Now it won't stop. And it is incredibly frustrating that it seems to happen for no rhyme or reason out of the blue. Then I'm stuck waiting on the support staff to get back to me for the next few hours to few days, depending on the day.
         Is this happening to anyone else?  Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?  Or how can I prevent it from happening in the future. The support folks at Apple are nice, but I'm tired of emailing them every other day with the same problem. I'm sure they are quite tired of getting emails from me at the same frequency. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    P.S. my Internet connection is working perfectly. No technical difficulties whatsoever other than the inability to make an IAP. Also, after it gives that unable to complete transaction message, I can no longer buy anything with my apple account until tech support fixes it. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated.

    it fills 20MB of log file in 10 minutes. Where does this error come from?

    This is bug 6871612 which has been fixed in 4.4 but not yet back ported to any 4.3 patch yet, however you can request one if you are or you have a supporting customer

  • Skype credit - NOT

    I added $10 US to my credit 2 days ago.  I received an email notification "we're happy to confirm your payment and we've updated your balance".  I have logged into "my account" "Purchase History" which shows the $20US as "delivered".  but when I log onto Skype, in the top left corner of the window there is just $0.08 listed as my credit, and when i try to  make international phone calls the call is immediately cut off, and I get a message"you need to get skype credit to make this phone call"!!
    Please fix this!

    I can see at your account that the $10.00 credit purchase transaction has been completed but that the credit has not been applied. Try logging off from your account, waiting for 5 minutes and then logging on again to force the client to refresh. This usually works.

    When i go to make a call it hangs it up before connecting and tells me to buy credit.

  • Please fix Skype Credit page - it does NOT load pr...

    I cannot get the Skype Credit page to load on many of my personal computers (4 to be exact) and also seen this problem on some friends' computers too. I get a page with a "Loading" text and a blue dot above it. That is all.
    What I've tried:
    - Latest browsers (Chromium, Firefox, Opera)
    - Latest Adobe Flash version
    - older browsers (FF 3.6, FF 24, Opera 10/11, and IE
    The results are consistent across these and the Skype Credit page simply refuses to load/display. All of my personal computers are virus and malware free. In fact, I recently did a fresh Windows 7 install on one of them, and tested the Skype Credit page right after that only to find it didn't work.
    Is there some special requirement for that page? Java? Security settings?
    Honestly, this is very frustrating! I have never had such problems with any other website before. And if a certain website didn't display properly for me in one browser, I never had problems getting it to work in a different browser.
    I should note that *most* other Skype pages work (though not all of them). In any case, I really can't be bothered to go checking each one for you all. All I want to do is Log In so I can Buy some stupid Skype Credit.
    Please give me some suggestions on what to do or how to go about this.

    Hi, sorry it took me so long to reply. I finally had some time to troubleshoot the issue, and fortunately I found what was wrong .
    But first, I must say that I am deeply ashamed, and I apologize to for coming here and blaming Skype, because it turns out the fault is completely mine. The problem was that a while back, a tech buddy of mine sent me his Windows "hosts" files (the hosts file allows a simple way to block unwanted and dangerous websites, as well as advertisements from loading on your computer). Most of the time, I do pay attention when I compile my hosts file, but this time I assumed my buddy's list of blocked websites was reasonable.
    Turns out, he had the following entries in there (without the quotation marks):
    "skypeassets.com"
    "secure.skypeassets.com"
    That means, any web page that needed to access these was blocked from loading. As a result, this is what broke the Skype Credit page.
    I attached a screenshot to show what the Buy Skype Credit page looks like when it is blocked, so that way, if anyone has this issue and wonders why it's not working, check your hosts file (found in "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc").
    The Buy Skype Credit page now seems to work fine in all of my browsers (Firefox 32, Firefox 24, Opera 12/11/10, and IE8 ). I also tested IE6 just for giggles, but it gives a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error. This is very common with IE6, though. I'm just stating this in case anyone is still running that dinosaur browser (please don't, it's not safe or compatible).

    I have an issue with my skype credit.
    Last week I did the payment to recharge my Skype credit.
    My Skype credit history says it was 'DELIVERED' however I didn't see any recharge in my account.

    I purchased $30, but I of Skype credit and went to purchase an online number with it, but I keep getting the same message to sign in to my account to purchase.  I am signed in, it says hello to me.  So the next thing I tried was to sign out of Skype completely and Quit it on the desk top, then sign in again.  nope same message.  I selected a special number for this and now it is expiring because I can't make skype take skype credit!  What so I do, time is short.  With the plan I purchased I was suppose to have live chat with skype to troubleshoot the problem, but I don't have access to that either!

  • Can´t buy Final Cut X, "cant complete your request, try later" Help please

    I´ve been trying to buy Final Cut X for about 1 hour, but when I click buy, a message comes.  "We cant complete your request.  There has been an error in App Store, try later".
    I had tried for about 45 minutes and the error stills there, I need the software urgent.
    Early in the morning I downloaded the trial version but when I installed, it told me that the package couldn´t be opnened.  Many problmes for something made by Mac, this is not normal.

    I have succeed installed Final Cut X.
    Here's what I figured out to solve this problem:
    I changed the credit card again to another one from a friend.
    The problem was actually with the credit card because the value of Final Cut X is $299.99
    The budget limit of my credit card was the issue.
    After changing the credit card I went to App store and choose Final Cut.
    It started to download.
    But there was some problem to download it too.
    It stop downloading after 100Mb or less and an error windows pop up saying an error to download.
    So I opened again App Store and did run an upgrade on OSX.
    Mountain Lion had to do some upgrade with iTunes and that's what I did.
    After that I reinitialized the iMac and then the download was ok.
    Everything seems to work good now.

  • Charged twice for skype credit reload

    Hi, I reloaded my Skype credit with $35 and it didn't seem like it was going through the first few times I tried so I did it until I knew it had gone through. Turns out it loaded twice instead of once. I don't need that much credit especially since the expiry date to use it by wasn't extended along with the purchase so there's no way I'll be able to use it all by the time it'll expire. Who can I contact about either refunding one of the transaction or to extend the expiry date by another year or so??

    Just make sure if it wifi is connected. if this doesn't work reboot your iPhone. If it's still doesn't work contact the game service center or something. lastly, make sure u have your credit card sign in. hope this help.

    Hi Claudius,I am wondering if you can help ,I have been trying ,for weeks ,to buy more credit,I am in touch with Customer Service for the last week,and the only advice I am getting from them is to check my cookies,etc.
    I have told them ,over and over,that I have done that,and more,I have used several computers,laptops and iPad,and disabled cookies and protected mode,to do this operation.
    All of them stop short from transferring funds from PayPal to my Skype account,and the message I am getting is:

    What that is,they will not tell me!
    Now,I have done this several times this year and before,and seldom I had any problems.
    I still have around $ 16 on my account,as credit.
    Can you be more creative than your customer service people,that basically are giving me the standard "computerized" answer?
    Right now I have no clue what is the problem that the Skype page has with accepting my payments,they have done it a number of times before,and this is just a pain in the neck,and that is an overly decent statement.

    Same problem. When using mastercard or visa, the error is "Something went wrong there".
    When using PayPal, the transaction is OK, but after that, Skype refund the money... So, the money go from my bank account immediate, and after 3-7 days go back.
    My cards are OK, my PayPal is OK, but Skype refuse the payment when using credit cards and refund the payments when using PayPal. From the live chat - technical support they say that nothing is wrong with my skype account and to try after 24h... They see that skype refund the money charget with PayPal, but they can not explain why.
    As I see, this issue occurs since 2012... Just do a search with Google:
    "Something went wrong there" skype
    Or...
    Can't buy Skype credit
    But, no explanation from technical support, just suggestions for change browser or the computer... or try after 24h...
    I will try tomorrow again Any other suggestion?

    Hello. Until yesterday I had $9.xx in Skype credit from a previous purchase. Now I have $7.xx and went to my account to figure out why. Turns out someone has been using my account to make calls to Malaysia while I was at work or sleeping. Any help/suggestions on how to get my credit back and secure my account completely? I have already changed my password and I'm considering looking into blocking the number they've been calling. I know I'm not missing a lot of credit but I'm really more concerned about how secure my account is now. I have a screen shot of the call history if necessary.     Were you signed in to Skype recently on a public computer (internet cafe, computer at a friend's place etc.) and maybe haven't signed out there? - Good news ist you will have blocked this option now by having changed your password.
    Other option: If you have linked your Skype with your Microsoft account and your Microsoft account is used to sign in on a Windows 8.1 computer the Skype app there will use this account to sign in.
