2 Apple ID's on 1 computer???
Hi!
Ive just bought 2 ipod shuffles. I want one for me and one for my husband, weve both got seperate IDS. I've plugged my husbands in and moved his songs to his ipod, but when i go to do mine, firstly i have to download everything from icloud but it keeps coming up saying 'this computer is already associated with an Apple ID and cannot be associated with another for 88 days'?
HELP!?!
That is not a good idea. Anything purchased under his ID will remain under his ID.
Go to any big store (Lowe's, most supermarkets, etc) and purchase one or more iTunes gift cards.
Enter the gift card into your Apple account.
That will give you an account balance to purchase stuff without needing a credit card.

When I start to download the media for a second account on the computer, I get a message that the computer is already associated with an Apple ID and if I continue the download, I won't be able to download content for the first account for 90 days. Update it from the original Apple ID or delete and redownload the applications when signed into another one; the second option may require repurchasing them.

I am trying to get all the music I have purchased within the last 2 years, all $400 worth of it between two apple accounts, Unfortunatley stupid apple wont let me authorize two apple ids to my one computer....so how the **** can I get access to my content that I PAID FOR!?!?! I have to back up every single one of my songs because they are going to be removed from my ipod when I update it. Why the **** does apple do this? How the **** do I go about this ridiculous situation!?!?!
You can authorize one computer for more that one account.. To do some thing you will have to sign out of one account in iTunes>Store>Signin/SIgn-SIgn out

I recently updated to Yosemite and never had this issue before.I'm not 100% sure of the ins and outs, but it's some sort of known issue between Yosemite, Airport and wifi. All you can do is wait for a fix and keep restarting your equipment as and when needed, unless you have the ability to connect your Mac via ethernet.

My daughter is currently using my Apple ID with her ipod touch. I will be upgrading her to an iPhone 4S and would like to use a different Apple ID and a new computer and still keep all the current music and Apps that she has now. How do I do this?
Make a new Apple ID for her.
Use it on her iPhone 4S for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime.
Use your ID on her iPhone 4S for iTunes and App Stores.
Sign in with your Apple ID on iTunes Store (on iTunes app of her new computer)
Authorize her new computer with your Apple ID in iTunes (iTunes menu>Store>Authorize this Computer)
Check "Share my Library on my Local Network" in iTunes Preferences in your and her computer
Sign in Home Sharing of her iTunes with your Apple ID.
Copy all the Music she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Copy all the apps she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Export all playlist as xml files from the old computer to the new one.(right click on the playlist to export and "File>Library>Import Playlist to Import)
Sync her iPhone 4S with all content she wants from her new computer (all data from the old computer will be deleted)
Are you sharing Contacts or other data from iCloud?
Be careful or ask for help about moving from iCloud account to another one. -

Thats how the majority of people use iCloud. All you need to do is sign into the same account on all of your devices.

I have two iPhones. How do I have two seperate apple ID's on one computer without them syncing.
You can either do as sberman suggested - create separate User logons on the computer
or
You can make sure that you are syncing Contacts, Calendars, and Mail via the individual iCloud accounts.
Then, for Apps, Music, Movies, Books, Photos, etc. you would set up each individual iPhone's options to only sync what you want to have loaded to each of the phones from the iTunes and Photo libraries. You do this by setting up the individual Device Profile pages to have only what is selected for that particular device. When you hook the device up via a USB cord, you will see the device Profile pages to the right of the sidebar. Select each Profile page and set it up as desired for the particular device.
Also, turn off Automatic downloads in Settings>iTunes & Apps Store>Automatic Downloads on each device.

I rented a movie a few hours ago and never finished it. I can't view it on my Apple TV nor on my Computer. When I go to rent it again it says you have already rented this movie, but I can't find it anywhere. How do I watch the remainder of the rental?
I had the same issue with my apple tv 3rd generation. I rented Sinister and selected the "rent and watch now" option. Half way through the movie I accidentally pressed the menu button. When I looked for the rented movie on my apple tv I could not find it. Not even above the movie pannel where "purchased" and "top movies" comes up on the main menu. the apple tv suggests to go to settings>downloads but I don't have that option. I did go to settings> itunes store> check rentals but that didnt work either. It took too long to even check. Thank you because this SOLUTION worked great.
SOLUTION: How to reset apple tv 3 3rd generation to view rented movies:on the apple tv remote: press and hold "menu" to go to the main menu. Select SETTINGS> GENERAL >RESET >RESET ALL SETTINGS. After the apple tv resets, input all your information again and your rented movies should be visible when you cruise above the "movies" section. THANK YOU!!
Apple needs to solve this issue because honestly it took me 3 hours and a half to watch a movie that only lasted 2 BECAUSE I wast trying to solve the issue, reseting and all. blahh. -
