2 awful hrs trying for help with Comcast RE: billing...finally reached great agent.

Question

This is really and account issue but that was not a choice. I hope to reach someone at Comcastcares...please respond...Comcastcares! I spent 2 hours trying to call Comcast and barring that using chat yesterday.  I finally was told to call...and tried again (the chat person gave me a wrong number btw!) After being on hold with a potential solution for a long time I was disconnected.  I called back...got an abrupt agent that did not care I had been through so much bad service...finally got transferred to someone who cared and listenend and helped me.  BUT...I did not receive the follow up e-mail to verify that call.  I cannot tell if the account has been changed.  I also did not catch that the change was effective yesterday 7/15/15...when we are already paid through to 8/01/15.  BUT...I don't want to talk to another agent.  I have the name and ID of the agent I spoke with...can I reach the same agent again?  If so how? I also would like to contact Comcast about my experience...giving credit to the agents by name that were good representatives and those who were not.  It seems as a business they would care...I did the survey but the story is bigger.  I realize there are a lot of frustrated customers so I would like to say something nice about the GREAT employee!  Thanks.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
