2 business phones to share 1 itunes?

My wife and I have iPhones for work purposes. My wife has a 4S and has built up a bit of a library in iTunes. I have recently received a 5 through my work which has an ID set up based on work email, etc.
So neither of us are allowed to share the business content of the phones. How do we set up the iTunes so we can both access this but isolate it from the other functions and data?
A step by step guide please.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can use iTunes independently of other services such as iCloud, messaging etc. Simply log into the same iD in settings > iTunes & App Stores.

There is no need for seperate Apple IDs.
Connect the device to the computer.
Select what is desired to sync.
Sync.

How do i share iTunes with my wifes user account?

I decided to buy an IMac and although im not entirely useless with it, im really struggling to resist the temptation to put it back in the box.
the 2 main problems are our ITunes account and our contracts.
both myself and my wife now have each others contacts on our phones.
i have set up my wife a separate user account, however I cannot work out how to share iTunes with her.
I have set her up a separate icloud account and now she has no contacts whatsoever.
is there any support that could log onto the system and correct a few things here as im running out of ideas.

You have to turn on Sharing and then Authenticate Sharing on the other devices. You can have up to 5.

I hope someone can help me with this question; ok here goes... I have an iphone 4s, one of my daughters have an ipad (we both share itunes ID), recently my two daughters were given iphone 5s'. Ok the problem is that one of them connected to itunes without me setting up their phone to my account, she mistakenly hit the reset button without backing up her phone. I understand that there is no way she can get her contacts back... the question is this.....I understand if she has her own icloud Id she keep her contacts and etc. separate from ours. my question is when we try to remove my e-mail and id from the icloud it won't work..... is there away to create different icloud ids? I don't want to have to create a new apple (itunes) id we want to continue to share music and apps.

Yes. You can share the same ID for iTunes and create separate iCloud accounts with separate IDs. If fact, that't the recommended approach for families.
You should also use separate IDs for iMessage and FaceTime to avoid getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls. Just use the same IDs you use for your iCloud accounts. If you're sharing the same ID now for these services, one of you should go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a separate ID. Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

Yes, you can have two separate Apple IDs, and it's pretty easy to set this up. Go into Settings > iTunes & App Store on your business phone. You should see your current Apple ID. Tap on it, then tap on sign out. You can then create a new Apple ID, using a different email address and password than those associated with the Apple ID on your other phone. Log back in using this new information, and you shouldn't get the texts that come to your other phone.

Have a company based itunes account, trying to share itunes on bank owned devices. can't get all devices to keep our shared password on them without requesting user to enter password (which i am not giving them)

i am an IT manager for a bank. we have several company owned iphones. WE have also implemented a mobile device management system to manage our iphones.
We setup acompany based itunes account, trying to share itunes on bank owned devices. This way i can add bank approved apps to the devices through our itunes account and push out to the iphones, and no one can download any other non bank approved apps.
it has been working ok. but recently i had one user who came in. He went to enter in his itunes account on the phone and didn't work. So then came back and my staff and myself have (as much as we can see) removed his email account itunes login from all sections in settings. and entered in our itunes account information, but when you go to the app store, and hit upgrade, it still shows his email account for itunes. I feel like i can't get all devices to keep our shared password on them without requesting user to enter password (which i am not giving them)
How can i troubleshoot his device. i tried changing password 5 times today, rebooted device, and no change.

i have an MDM application, and i push out the apps i want them to have with our IT apple id account. for some reason when two approved apps needed updating last week, they prompted him for our password. (which i told him to bring phone in and i would enter password).
but somehow he went to try to enter his personal to make it work (don't know why)
somewhere it's keeping his personal email. i went into itunes/apps and our apple id is in there.
there is nothing in icloud b/c we do not allow icloud, so that's clear.

When I added a third phone to my Itunes account I messed up somewhere. I want to unsync my contact's list. Actually I'd like to unsync everything and have each phone independent. But the contact list is the most important. All my contact's now show up on the other two phones and theirs on mine. When I delete from my phone it delete's from their phones. HELP!

It sounds like you have activated iCloud on all three iPhones using the same Apple ID. Just go into the settings for iCloud and sign out. This will not affect your iTunes and App Store account settings. This only affects iCloud. You will still be able to share apps and media acquired from the iTunes Store and App Store if you are set up to do that.
iCloud is a service that lets you sync data between devices and computers. If you want to take advantage of that to sync data between your computer and your iPhone, for example, then log in to iCloud using the same Apple ID on the iPhone you use and the computer you use.
Each iPhone should use a separate Apple ID for iCloud services that way you don't run in to the problem with all iPhones syncing to the same data.

How do I remove and phone from my iTunes account?

My dad and I share an iTunes account. He only has a couple apps so he uses my account to buy them and update them. We both backed up our iPhones to iCloud and we both updated our phones today through iTunes. Now all of our contacts are merged together. I went through and delted all of his contacts on my phone and then there were also delted on his phone. None of my contacts I had before I updated my phone are there. How do I get them back? This is caused by using the same iCloud account on both phones. When you do this any data you sync with the shared iCloud account such as contacts is merged and will appear on all devices connected to the account. Also, any actions you take on one device (such as deleting contacts) is replicated on all other devices. To fix this you both need to have separate iCloud accounts (you can continue to share the same Apple ID for purchasing from the iTunes and app stores).
Decide which phone will be keeping the current iCloud account. On the one that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting the other person's contacts from your account, and vice versa).
Since you deleted your dad's contacts from the iCloud account, unless he has a separate backup somewhere else, they're gone.

Business Phone and integrated camera = no go

just wanted to say, that all our customers dont let people on their premises
when they have a mobile phone with a camera in their pocket because of
security reasons, and i understand that and agree with them.
You have to drop it at the counter...
Evan with a MacBook, you have to drop it, because of the camera.
Its a nice to have feature, the camera, but it would be very good if you
can choose to have it or not. If that option were available, i would buy it
asap, but now, i have to look for a cheap phone without camera and a
cheap laptop without a camera.
Too bad, but a business phone should have the otion to choose which
features are in it and which are not....
I guess here in Germany its a killer argument against the iPhone, how is it
in the rest of the world? Do companys let you in with a phone with a camera?

You can have the camera removed to solve the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 4s was lost, and glad that you were able to upgrade.
If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

Hopefully you still have the original library and can redo the migration...
These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

it's easyer to have 2 users for the computer otherwise you have to change appleID every time one of you have to sync
and if you share appleID you get eachothers iMessages and then you can't facetime or imessage eachother

Yes. iTunes Match is tied to the Apple ID you have set for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores. You can share your ID for purchasing, and thus iTunes Match, and still maintain separate iCloud accounts using a different ID on one or both phones. The ID you use for purchasing does not need to be the same as the one used for other services such as iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc.

I'm a little confused. Resetting a phone (pressing and holding the power and Home buttons until the apple appears) doesn't delete anything. Restoring a phone using iTunes or erasing it through Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings are both pretty hard to do accidentally. What did you do that resulted in the data loss?
