2 computers; Add Outlook calendar data to T3 only from 1 computer; sync with the other
I have 2 computers. How do I add the Outlook data from one computer to the T3 without syncing totally (adding the T3 data to Outlook). Then I need to do a total sync with the other computer. Any suggestions.

A word of caution: When setting a conduit to Overwrite, any existing data in that PIM database will be entirely replaced by the overwritten data.
Your situation sounds like you wish to add work Calendar items onto a personal device. Will you be comfortable having no personal Calendar items if you overwrite the Work Calendar when you arrive at work until you can sync with your home computer?

I use the "Tripit" travel app on both my iPhone and iPad2. While I have no problem getting my Tripit info synced to the Gmail Calendar on my iPhone, I am unable to get Tripit to sync to the Gmail calendar on my iPad, even though the setup information (email address, settings, etc.) are exactly the same. I know that Tripit is installed correctly on the iPad, as I am able to go to that app directly and correctly see all of my info. However, even though I've set up the secondary "Tripit" calendar feed (to Gamil) on the iPad, it's not synchronizing and showing up. Is anyone else having this problem?
All I had to do was complain. I synced my iPhone to the Windows machine, checked the other account at iTunes prompting (where no apps had shown up previously), reconnected the iPad, and 140 apps downloaded including the App Store. I have no idea why.

When I originally downloaded i tunes and bought match all 3 of my computers synced. Now when I download a song from Amazon into media or burn a cd into media they are not syncing. I go in and update match thinking that might work, it hasn't. I have all of my boxes checked in preferences on all 3 computers.
Yes i've tried all of that. I've turned it all the way on and off and erased all of my music and put it back on and nothing works. And with the breaking up CDs and putting into compilation categories i have already fixed all of that stuff. It's fine it just doesn't show up in the list of artists. I can find the album in the songs category and the albums category it's just it doesn't show tha name of the artist. All of the other albums that i downloaded before i updated my itunes to th most recent update are fine. It's just the two that i downloaded afterwards. Thanks for trying though.

I have a big problem.
I have define all the data server from all the technologies I want.
All the tests are good.
I have created interfaces all the first work well
But.....
When in my interface the Source and the target are not physicaly on the same server there's no data transmitted to my target.
In the Operator I see that my interface have been executed without error but that no data have been inserted...
So source on server A, Target on server B and even if there is no error during the execution, nothing is inserted on the target.
Moreover, The SQL generated on the source is correct and when I execute it on a query editor i have the good data...
But nothing in the target
I'm passing by an scheduler agent installed as a NT Service.

Through SE16 Display your table select necessary entries goto menu table entry-> transport entries. There it will ask you for TP no. Store entries in TP and then transport it to required system.

The devices do not sync with each other, never did. They sync to a server (iCloud, Google. Yahoo etc).
So which service do you use for your calendars -
Iphone is syncing with the wrong calendar in Outlook 2010
In Outlook, I have two calendars for the main account. There is only one profile, so this is not a profile issue. I am not sure how, but I have two calendars set up.
When I am in outlook and take an email, and select to make an appointment from that email, Outlook sets up the appointment in a calendar (For this purpose, I will call it calendar #1)
When I sync my iPhone, it will sync with the other calendar (calendar #2)
I tried to delete the calendar #1 and the option was greyed out. It will let me delete Calendar #2, but I am wary of doing this, as I don't want to lose all my calendar items.
Suggestions?OK, so I deleted the calendar, and nothing changed. Then I unchecked the box to sync calendars, in iTunes.
I sync'd, then checked the box again in iTunes to sync calendars, and then specifically checked the "selected calendars" and selected Calendar.
Voila, it worked. I tested the input and syncing both ways and whether I input an item in the iPhone or Outlook, it does show up in the other.
So I solved it myself, but decided to post this so others would have access to this. -

I have the a similar problem - only I can't actually get the calendar to show up. I've added the account and it's showing Mail and Notes but not Calendar. But I'd like it to show the outlook calendar.

Go to settings > mail contacts calendar
select your account that's affected
But under that account there isn't a calendar showing and I can't see any options to add it? -
Our exchange server crashed and we lost all contact and calendar data. We found an app to get the contacts off of people's phone to import but can't find the same for calendar. How do I get my calendar info off my phone and in to new exchange server?
You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

I have an imac 24 , imac 27, mac book pro, airbook and Iphone 3G. I have switched to icloud from mobile and all the computers synch with each other but data entered from my iphone in ical won't sync to the other computers.
Is there a setting on the iphone that will allow ical entries on the iphone to sink to my other computers

First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings. -
I am facing a problem with my iPhone 4. I applied the first syncing with outlook 2007 by choosing the "merge" option. At the end of the process, some contacts are correctly sync, but most are only sync with the names. Numbers are lost. Any suggestion?
I would love to do this as well. All I need is my calendar appts from outlook. Right now I am using google calendar sync, but I would like to move to the cloud and away from google. I find it hard to believe there isn't an option to do this.

Home sharing is turned on on both of my computers but only one computer is showing the icon.

Is it possible to enter events into a specific iCal calendar, then print a list of those events with the name and date on a single sheet? I don't need the calendar grid. I just want a list of events on a particular calendar, and their dates. Is that possible?
Not easily. Two possibilities:
1) If all the events have some common feature (eg you have included "XXX" in all the summaries), search for that feature then select and copy the found items at the bottom of the window. You can then paste them into TextEdit or a spreadsheet for printing
2) You could write an Applescript to locate the events and write them into a text file for printing.
The first one will probably give you what you want. -
Why can't I add appointments to the calendar anymore? I can add to my iPad and they show up and sync with iPhone but I can't add appointments directly to the iPhone calendar. I am on the latest OS version available for iPhone 5s.

You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.

I use outlook 2007to manage both contacts and calendar. I have a new iPhone 5. Is the bestr way to update iCloud to do manual iTune updates and then sync to the iCloud.
You want to avoid syncing calendars and contacts with both iCloud and iTunes. Doing so will result in the creation of duplicates. If you want to sync your iPhone calendar and contacts with iCloud, consider also syncing your computer with iCloud (requires Vista SP2 or higher and Outlook 2007 or higher). iCloud will then keep the calendar and contacts on your phone in sync with Outlook without using iTunes. (You would still, of course, continue to sync with iTunes for your other iTuens media.)
