2 iphone 5 accidently with the same Apple Id and password, for i cloud. How do I change one of them ?

My wife up graded her I phone to an I phone 5 and I just recently got a new Iphone 5 . when I put my apple ID into icloud I used my email address as my ID and one of my passwords. What I did not know is that my wife used my email and the same password for her Apple Id in her phone for I cloud. Now when we sinc our phones the contacts and information gets combined. I have been unable to find a way to change her Apple Id to her email address and also change her password. If she could do this on her phone it would solve our problem. If anyone out there can help me do this I would appreciate it. Thanks

go to settings/icloud and delete the account on th ephone you want to change
Settings/imessage and turn off and turn on again with new ID
Settings/facetime turn off and reactivate with new ID

The app is just used if necessary to locate another iOS device from that particular iOS device. To see if both of your devices are being located in Find My iPhone, log into www.icloud.com and select Find My iPhone. Both of the devices should appear. If they do not, then go into whichever of the devices does not appear and make sure that Find My iPhone is activated. It has to be activated through iCloud, and for both to show on the same map, they both have to have the same iCloud ID.

If you wish to use the same Apple ID for all your Apple devices then you need to set them up that way from the start. If you did not use the same Apple ID for them all then you would need to erase the iOS devices by returning them to the factory settings and starting over as if they were new.
However, content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to download or update your content bought with one Apple ID with a different Apple ID. So you would need to decide if your are abandoning extra Apple IDs that you may have created and the content that you acquired with that Apple ID.

Where/how are you trying to replace it and what happens ? You should be able to log out of the currently logged in account for the stores by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you should then be able to log in with a different account, and for icloud email via Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars to delete and then add an account.
