2 messages, 1 works, 1 doesn't

Whenever I post a question, and thus am subscribed to the discussion, i get a daily digest of the postings.
Lately, I get 2 messages. One has links back to the discussion that actually work.
The other has links back to the discussion that do not work. Clicking on them gives me a page that says Safari can't find the server.
Why do I get 2 email messages from the same discussion?
Why don't the links work in one of the messages?
Why do I get the message in the first place that says the discussion has been updated when it still has the same number of questions and responses?

Just to confirm that lately came the new strange "two-emails-thing", to my account too.
Also:

The New Discussions software (Nov 11, 2005) is still worked on, working better and better every day.
Subscriptions though, have not gained much and are still close to unusable IMO...
I guess the "two-emails" new behaviour is part of some testings and attempts?

1. messages history may suddenly disappear ,after i restart phone , it comes back.
2. sent text from contacts, wont see message history or crash. after send message, all history will come back.
3. open message app always very slow.
I nv delete my message since 2010. So there is alot of messages ( estimate 40K messages) in my phone. however, when i was using iphone 5, it works fine.

Protocol error usually indicates that the very leftmost part of the URL is not recognized.
So http://, ftp://, rtsp://, usually work.
ableton:// would need to be added by some software somewhere...

How to define Is message worked up by receiver?

I see OK in message monitoring. But JDBC receiver does't insert data. AdapterMonitoring showws only last status - it doesn't help.
How to define Is message worked up correctly by receiver? There is EAI pattern - Invalid Message Chanel. How to implement it?

There are basically two catches while configuring the reciever JDBC adapater.
1) Are you using the correct Driver Class and connection URL.
2) Are you using the correct data format as there is a specific pattern prescribed while configuring JDBC reciever adapter.
3) Are you using correct conventions while naming the Message types etc.
Please check this things.

Verizon Messages App doesn't display incoming texts

The VERIZON MESSAGES APP doesn't display all incoming messages.
This is true for the WEB APP i use on my windows 7 PC
Iv'e tried multiple browsers and this does not help
It is also a problem with both my android tablets running the google play app from verizon
I'm not sure but, it appears that maybe this is related to ATT users.

This does NOT work on the Galaxy S3.
Airplane mode ON, Wifi ON, No network mode is available in Airplane mode. So...only wifi is available. When I try to send a text with only wifi available I get "Network not available. The message will be sent when the network is available"
BUT...On my Galaxy Tab 2 (non-verizon), This DOES work. On the tab 2 with only wifi available, I CAN send text messages using Verizon Messages.
So....again...
On Galaxy Tab 2 with only WiFi available...texting with Verizon messages DOES work.
On Galaxy S3 with only WiFi available...texting with Verizon messages DOES NOT work.
Please fix Verizon Messages to work over WiFi using Galaxy S3.

You aren't attached to a bluetooth headset or other device for some strange reason? Or even an automobile bluetooth, I have a friend that has this issue with his Prius because even when it is not running the bluetooth is still active and connects to his phone.

Bug: The message list doesn't refresh SOLVED caused by HWA (hardware assist)

I am using the latest Thunderbird from the beta channel, v38. I was seeing this in the stable release channel as well, so I thought I'd try the beta channel to see if it was fixed there, but it was not.
The issue is that the message list doesn't refresh all the time when switching folders. If I an in my Inbox folder, for example, and then select my Junk folder, the message list will not update/refresh, until I drag my mouse over the message list. Then, it will refresh line-by-line as the mouse enters each line.
I am on Windows 7 64-bit, with an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM. Nothing else on my system is running slow. This will happen when Thunderbird is the only app running. I also have a skin applied to my UI. I've tried a few different skins, and this behavior happens with all of them.
A second issue I noticed this morning was that when I received a new email, the entire app seemed to freeze momentarily while the notification for this new email was spawned. As soon as the notification became visible, the app because responsive again. Perhaps a threading issue here.

Yes, it is intermittent for me as well. I just recalled that the last time I saw it was when I changed folders. It may not be limited to that situation.

sometimes you only have to restart your pc. STOP SUP SERVICE ( AS ADMINISTRATOR ) and START SERVICE ( AS ADMINISTRATOR AGAIN ) ...
That happens to me very often!

When trying to log into itunes i get this message:

I had to reset Firefox (due to slowness and shockwave error message that I kept getting). Itunes was downloaded after the reset, but I can't get into it? Any ideas?

I ran into this same problem after Firefox auto-updated to v24! I'm on the Beta Channel and I had Firefox set to automatically update.
What I did to correct the problem:
1. Turned off all automatic updating.
Options> Advanced> Update [tab]
Firefox updates
[x] Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them
[ ] (unchecked) Use a background service to install updates
I also unchecked;
[ ] Search Engines (I will turn this back on after I'm done with my experiment.)
2. Googled 'Firefox v23 download', downloaded and installed: Firefox_Setup_23.0b1.exe (version 23, Beta 1)
Since I reverted back to v23, I haven't had any problems.
