2 on 1?

I'm re-posting since my first post used wireless router and wireless access point interchangeably and got moved to the other forum...
I am currently using a Linksys Wireless Router (WRT54G) at home with no encryption. The reason I'm doing this is because it had become problematic when people came over to authenticate onto my WEP network. I'm looking to add a network drive onto my network but don't want it open. Is it possible to have 2 wireless routers on the same network using 1 cable modem? This way I can have one open for guests and one encrypted for my personal machines and drives.
Thank you.

let the first router be connected to the modem as it is...
get the second router connected to the first router
( from one of the LAN ports to the WAN port of the second router )
change its LAN ip add to 192.168.2.1
u can enable the wireless security to one of the routers and get the network drive connected to it ...

OK, I see lotsa advice about dealing with MTS files...if they're in their proper folder structure. Well, that'd be easy, and I'd be importing them now if they were in their proper folder structure. But they're not...I have 503 .mts files, in a folder
