2 routers - computers connected to one can't "see" computers on other

Router1 is WRT54G 192.168.0.1 subnet 255.255.255.0 doing DHCP starting at 192.168.0.10. This is connected directly to my cable modem.
Router2 is WRU54G-TM and ran through the default setup from TMO. Despite the urging of the setup, I didn't wan't to replace my WRT54G with the new one. So, it's set with IP of 192.168.24.1 subnet of 255.255.255.0 and is also doing DHCP starting at 192.168.24.100.
Computers on both routers route fine to the internet. The problem is computers on Router1 can't be seen by computers on Router2.
From Computer2 on Router2 I can ping Computer1 and (on Router1) get correct IP address (192.168.0.16) but get "Destination host is unreachable".
I'm guessing this is a subnet mask issue? Or do I need to do something with routing tables? Or am just demonstrating my ignorance

That sentence is fully unclear to me. Where is Computer 1? You first write you can ping computer1. Then you write you get an error. When do you get the error exactly? What do you get when you ping computer1? Which computer gets the "correct IP address 192.168.0.16"?
Your problem is neither a subnet mask problem nor a routing table problem. You have internet from both routers. If there was a subnet mask or routing issue you would not have internet.

We're connecting through aim because my .mac account won't let me sign on and my google one won't either. With newer versions of AIM for a PC there has been problems with AIM posting that AIM 6.5 will not Video to iChat.

AIM have yet to post any Support pages for AIM 6.8
Having said that some people do say they can get it to work.
The PC end certainly needs to to this though.

It also pays to go to the AIM Preferences (in the Buddy List Menu Bar under Edit) and then to Enhanced IM and reselect the camera.
The sound input devices needs to selected and calibrated in the relevant Control Panel to be used by the AIM App. (if it is disconnected it has to be done again)
iChat to iChat will Video chat with a GoogleID as it invokes the A/V Protocols iChat uses.
GoogleTalk itself is a Jabber server and uses different audio Protocols (Jingle) and therefore will not connect to iChat even with a Google ID
An @Mac.com ID currently has to be added as an AIM type Screen Name and the whole name including the @Mac.com suffix typed in as well

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

Set up as New now, or set up from iCloud back up if you have this. Then you can Restore from Back Up on iTunes at a later time.

This is normal behavior and you could only see your own feedback and idea.
Some feedbacks might contains information related to a system or crash and they are private between your and people in Windows Team for troubleshooting.

ACE 20 | When connection to one serverfarm/VIP cross 1000 all other serverfarms and VIP of that context are facing very very slowness

We are Facng a typical issue and scraching Head since sometime Now and Now seek help and sugesstions
I have a ACE with 10 Context. Now There is a Particular Context which have 6 server farms and all have under different VIP.
Have raised Multiple TAC cases and Captured Millions of Packets but no reason. The ACE resource and CPU Usage is Normal and no increase noticed.
Issues Happening is that when connection to one serverfarm cross 1000, all other serverfarms and VIP of that context are facing very very slowness ,and they have no relation with each other both Physically and Fictionally
If any of you have heard of similar issue can you refer me a solution if the issue is with ACE

Outlook 2013 shared calendars show "no connection" and users can't see other's free / busy time in scheduling assistant

Outlook 2013 Pro Plus - Windows 7 64bit - Exchange 2007 Hosted by Rack Space - everything fully patched....
every user in our company on Office 2013 now has the same issue: shared calendars won't populate with the following error: "no connection" when they try to see another user's calendar in scheduling assistant, it just shows those diagonal lines
(like they don't have permission)
Based on "research", reaching out to Rack Space and some desperate Googling, I've tried the following to no avail:
run full repair of Microsoft office 2013 and also reinstalled Office 2013
turn off /on cached exchange mode, turned off /on Work Offline mode
rebuild OST and email profile
start Outlook in safe mode with no add-ins running
check auto discover records and add auto discover server address to local intranet zone in Internet Explorer
modify calendar permissions for both ends of the calendar interaction
check Outlook OWA access, confirmed everything is fine there
anyone have any ideas for me? people in Outlook 2010 have no issues BTW; just Outlook 2013....

Video chat connects, but I can't see my buddy.

Every time I video chat with a friend, it connects and I can hear them and they can see me, but I am unable to see them.
Any suggestions?

Make sure that you enabled the appropriate iChat ports on your router, that SPI firewall is disabled on your router, and make sure that NAT & UPNP are also enabled on your router. Also, make sure that your Apple firewall is either off or set to allow iChat communication. Then, if the problem still persists, reboot your computer.

2 connections, either one can throw an exception

In my application I have 2 connections open to the different DBs at the same time. Either operation ( select/update etc ) can throw an exception. I don't want to embrace every SQL statement with the different "try ... catch" block, because it will be too messy. Is there any way to determine what connection threw an exception.

I have an application up-and-running for several months already and "2 DB instances" requirement came up just recently, so I am not planning to redesign an application but to handle SQL exceptions properly.So what do you want here? What are you asking if you're not willing to redesign anything?
You're probably not even aware of two phase commit. What happens to your app if the insert of the data succeeds but the metadata does not? Ooops, out of synch. Do you roll back manually? How does the app alert you to the need to do so?

Windows 7 - USB Connection - Windows & iTunes can't see ipod Touch

I've gone through the 5 Rs, and tried associated articles there to see what's going on, but basically...
My iPod touch has stopped wanting to sync with my Windows PC. Over the past two months, I've found iTunes hangs when connecting the ipod touch (just freezes, can't move the window, and then 'frees up' after about 60 seconds.)
The iPod is connected okay - it's charging - it's just neither iTunes nor Windows spot it's connected.
I've tried a variety of ports, cables, etc. I've even reinstalled windows on my PC (drastic, I know, but I was going round in circles, and that's the only thing I didn't have left to do!)
One interesting thing; I can see in the Device Manager that when I plug it in, the Apple Mobile Device driver DOES show in the USB Devices area; so on some level, Windows is spotting it is there - it's almost like it's doing an internal dialogue.
"Right then - Apple Mobile Device Driver, done. USB is receiving power, so I'm charging. And now... talk to the disk system in Windows and iTunes itself.... Nah, I'd rather do nothing."
Any other suggestions and behaviours? I've looked into my security software (but this would only effect iTunes, not the Windows level, plus remember, the driver is spotted and starting - it just isn't going any further...)

I haven't installed that hotfix yet, since it hasn't failed again just yet - no doubt it'll do so tomorrow though grins
Without a word of lie, one of the things that used to get me wondering about the nVidia thing was intermittency of the various symptoms. The way that you're not getting trouble all the time is what is keeping me wondering about it for you.
When I was doing a lot more troubleshooting of them, the other things I'd be seeing a lot (that I can recall off the top of my head) would be device timeout messages, "disk could not be read or written to" messages, and occasional blue screens. But that was back in the early version iTunes 9.x days, so the messages might have changed up a bit.
(Most brand name PC models with nVidia chipsets started shipping with the hotfix preinstalled after a while, and manufacturers like HP shoved links to it on their drivers and downloads pages to catch shipped units without the preinstalled hotfix. So it's a lot rarer nowadays. Tends nowadays to only catch folks with custom systems, or folks who've done Windows reinstalls and haven't caught up again on the hotfixes they've lost.)

My devices are connected but I can not see anything on my iPad

It looks like my devices are connected, my iPad name is visible in Chrome extension and on my iPad I can see name of my computer in the top middle part of the Edge Inspect app. However it's just black page. Nothing is happening while I browse through pages on my computer. What could;d be the problem? I am browsing external pages. Could it be proxy issue?

I can connect, but I can't see networks!

I can connect to a known network choosing the "other" section of my airport settings, but I cannot "see" any networks. I went to the apple store and they told me that they do not know what is wrong with it. I opened the computer to see if all the insides were okay and the antenna was not plugged in, so I did that. Anyone know of a solution?

When you set up the network did you set it upp so it was a "closed" network. Making it invisible unless you click "other".

Mac Pros can't mirror, some Macbook Pros can.
To mirror you must be running Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) or higher, and the hardware must be new enough. See:

TS3276 The mail won't send. The activity window shows 2 gmail connections with one indicating a green and the other just sits there unable to connect with spinning wheel.

My Gmail won't send messages. I used the activity doctor to check what was going on and it lists 2 gmail connections. The first seems to be fine with green light. The other just sits there with spinning wheel trying to connect. I'm not sure what that means but it seems to be hanging up my mail from sending. Please help. Bob
