2 urls to same website?

Question

I have created a website for my brother's vintage store. His store has been called Popular Culture for almost 30 years. The url I want to use is www.popularculture.com....that name is held by a company that wants to sell it for lots of $$, which i can't do. The urls: www.popularcultureonline.com or www.popularculturedenver.com are both available. I would like to use both names and have them forward to the same site. My question is, "am I creating any problems doing this, am I violating any standards?" I also know it might be better to pick a name and just stick to it...I am open to ideas, opinions, and suggestions

Along with a lot of other things, I'm trying to put together some guidelines for SEO.
There are a lot of misconceptions about this.
I messed up on the first domain name suggestion. It should have read "populerEculture".
E is as in Ecommerce, Ezine, EBook etc.
To help negate the fact that you can't use your domain name of choice, you can name your landing page Popular Culture.
What most people don't seem to get is that SEO is something you plan before you even start building you site. You have to put keywords into your page titles, captions, and text.
The key is well written and informative text. Everything that is locked up like Albums, Photos, flash content, music, photos and movies MUST have descriptive captions and a text description containing keywords.
People rave on about meta tags, pay per click etc but none of these things can touch good text content with well chosen keywords.
SEO is not something you do once and forget it. Its continuous. Most web designers really suck at SEO. Look at all these fancy flash sites. There's almost nothing in them for the spiders to search for information.
Pay per click may boost your ratings in the short term but at what cost?
You have to keep adding new content, always be on the lookout for new keywords, get quality inbound links to your site and keep updating your sitemap and entering it into the major search engines.
Everybody talks about Google but they forget that a lot of people use Yahoo, MSN and Ask.com.
This is why I use Rage Sitemap Automator as it does all this with a few clicks once it is set up.
I update my sitemaps at least once a week.

I haven't even had the time to focus on SEO for iWeb for Musicians but I did try to set it up with this in mind. I am continually adding new content and updating the sitemap. This site was first published in January of this year and has now had over 1.5 million hits according to the Webalizer on my server.
Although I'm not selling anything on this site - just asking for donations to help others - this would be considered a reasonable number of hits for a small business site.
I hear about people having problems with iWeb SEO Tool but you have to remember that its freeware and also make sure you have the latest version 1.3.1.
