20/20 via watchabc keeps disconecting after 5 minutes

Question

We were able to watch 20/20 via WatchABC on our appleTV up until early December 2014. It seems like WatchABC was upgraded and now it cuts out about every 5 minutes. The AppelTV reboots and I have to go back in to WatchABC app and select 20/20 to Resume playing were it left off. I do not have this problem with other content on the appleTV outside WatchABC. Is there a setting I need to change for WatchABC?

Appears to be working now.
I just got a messgae back from WatchABC.  They informed me that they are aware of the problem and attempting to fix.  There are some steps you can take on your own to see if it fixes the problem, see below.

My name is Jesse and I will be happy to help.        I am sorry to hear that you keep having our WATCH ABC app reboot on you while trying to enjoy 20/20. We are aware of this crashing issue with our WATCH ABC app on Apple TV devices and we are working on a fix. We have had reports of some viewers being able to resolve the issue and I will provide you the steps we have found that have worked for them. I hope these steps will help you to enjoy our WATCH ABC app on your Apple TV again.       
Here are the troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue for you:       
1) Clear Viewing History. (Go to "Viewing History" -> Select "Clear all".)
2) Sign out of the WATCH ABC app by going to settings> Sign out while in the WATCH ABC app.
3) Restart your Apple TV, On your Apple TV home screen, choose General> Restart.
4) Activate the WATCH ABC app from a computer if you can and please be sure to follow the steps below. 
  - If you are using an iPad/iPhone/iPod touch, please do the following before activating: Go to settings, Safari, clear browser history, clear cookies and data.
  - If activating from an android device, please do the following before activating: Go to internet, settings, privacy, clear browser history, clear cookies and data.
  - If activating from a computer, please do the following before activating: Clear browser history, cookies and cache. (On most browsers you can select CTRL/CMND - SHIFT - DELETE to bring up this browser menu.)
  5) When you attempt to play back the episode use the Play/Pause button.        If this does not resolve the issue still, then please respond to this email and I will continue to follow up with any more information we get in on this issue.
