200 message limit during one 24 hour period

on several occasions I have been locked out of my ability to send messages, and have gotten a message saying that I had sent more than 200 messages in the last 24 hours. How can I change this so that I am not locked once I have sent that many messages-in this case I couldn't help it-I was required by my employer to forward him all of the messages I had sent in the last several months, and that added up to more than 200-is there a setting like Storage preferences which I can change so that I am not limited by this 200 message limit, which I have hit several times, for the same reason?

Does your employer provide you an email account and if so, why aren't you using your employer's email account with Mail to do their business or for their request?
ALL ISPs and email account providers have sending limits for non-business personal accounts - repeat ALL.
My ISP does not have a total recipient limit for each message sent but does have an overall recipient limit for all messages sent in a 24 hour period which can be reached with a single message.
There is also a limit for the number of messages sent in a 24 hour period but I've never reached or exceeded any such limits imposed by my ISP or by Apple with my .Mac account but I don't use my personal .Mac account for my employer's business or their requests.
I'm certainly no baby and I've always used either account for personal use only which is what non-business email accounts are designed and intended for and the reason for such restrictions along with part of an overall effort to prevent bulk spam mailings emanating from an ISP's or email account provider's domain.
Your employer should provide you an email account which should be a BUSINESS account and have no sending restrictions or more liberal restrictions.

  • 200 mail limit - prioritizing of inbox?

    I really wish for a "prioritize inbox" function when syncing my mail inbox on my iPhone.
    One thing is that the limit of syncing 200 mail on the phone is irritating - but personally this would not be a problem if it just made sure that I could see my whole inbox (and no, it does not contain more than 200 mails - but it does contain everything I need to do something about).
    I am using exchange to sync my gmail account.
    Is there anyone who knows if it is possible to get the iPhone to prioritize like this? Or where to suggest Apple to create this feature?
    Or just feel the same lack?

    There is no 200 message limit per mailbox for syncing. That is a Show the most recent messages setting. If there are more than 200 messages in a mailbox and you have Show 200 Recent Messages selected, there is a Load More Messages selection at the bottom of the mailbox below the 200th message, and there is a search feature. If the account's Inbox mailbox has less than 200 messages, what difference does it make? It does make a difference to those with a limited data plan.
    Can you see all however many messages are in the account's Inbox mailbox at once without having to scroll or do anything with the email client used on your computer for accessing the account or when accessing the account via webmail access using a browser?
    How do you prioritize the messages with the email client used on your computer for accessing the account or via webmail access using a browser?
    How about making use of additional user created server stored mailboxes to sort received and sent messages by category? All server stored mailboxes will be available automatically when accessing the account with the iPhone's Mail app along with all server stored mailboxes kept synchronized with the server.

  • WRT110: I want to create an access rule for one client for one application during one time period

    I have a problem with one of the clients on my LAN which is running uTorrent to detriment of everyone else. It saturates the pipe. I have been unable to prod this user into bothering to tweak their settings to throttle bandwidth back and so have resorted to an access rule on the router which kicks that MAC address off during a particular time period during the day. But as irritated as I am about this slacker sense of outrageous entitlement, kicking them off entirely seems a tad heavy handed even for me.
    So, In the router I can create a rule per MAC address and specify time. But is it possible to limit this to denying uTorrent ONLY? And if so what port or port ranges would I use.
    Alternatively I already use a QoS setting for one of my VoIP TA's. Would I gain anything by degrading the application indirectly by creating a QoS = LOW for that port range? Again, I don't really care about any other application, just uTorrent and just that client. How much degradation is there really in setting QoS to LOW?

    Well it wont make much difference, when you enable QOS service on your router. Yes it is possible to Deny uTorrent application from your Router. When you are Under "Application and Gaming" Tab, Under "Blocked Application" you will find "Application Name" , "Port Range" and "Protocol" so you need to input under Application Name "uTorrent" and under port range you need to input the port number which uTorrent application use and then under protocol select "Both" and click on ADD. Then again in Application you will find uTorrent , select and click on (>>) right arrow so it will block that application on your Router. By doing this it will block uTorrent from your Router.

  • Nada Happened During One Hour

    Hello all!
    I was just wondering if others have had the same issue: since I upgraded for the OS 3.0 on my iPhone 3G, regularly I couldn't send text messages. The "Sending" bar would stop at 90% ish and send I would receive the "failure to send message" notification.
    It happened sometimes only so I was not worried. But then, 2 days ago my phone froze completely during one hour: couldn't send any text message to anyone, couldn't browse internet or send emails, couldn't launch any application using 3G.
    So I decided to restore my iPhone and upgraded to 3.1 at the same time. Looks to be working fine for now .
    I just wanted to share my experience that's all

    I have a serious connection problem with my MVX4i Canon Camcorder.
    First my hardware:
    O/S: Win7 64bit
    What happens:
    I've installed the drivers but I keep getting the error "cannot detect camera".
    In my device manager it claims that the drivers cannot be installed and even though I manually search for them (on the installation CD or the installation directory) it refuses to install them.
    What I have tried:
    I've tried using different USB ports - no luck
    Used different USB cables - no luck
    Tried uninstalling EVERYTHING, disconnecting camcorder and installed drivers again - no luck
    I've tried drivers from your website instead of the CD - no luck.
    What in gods name can I do to get my PC to connect with my camcorder??

  • Error message (M3024) during parallel goods movement

    For publication distribution, collected unreferenced deliveries and goods issues are done in SAP system for a customer group by a program which is triggered by a web service every day. Standart SAP functionalities are used in this program. At goods issue part of program, an error message is occuring "Valuation data for material &  is locked by the user &" with error code :M3024. The user who processes the program is locking himself. Also we have checked the other goods movement types in standart transactions (MB1B-MB11..)and same problem was occured. We have checked the notes that we applied before for to avoid material lock in paralel goods movement. There is nothing changed both in customizing and deveploment after upgrade. So we couldnt find the way to fix this problem. FIRST ANSWER FROM SAP***************************************** Can you kindly review the attached note 70865 with regards to this issue. WE APPLIED.-- We reviewed 70865 and this solution not applicable for our current system. According to note; We set material late lock exclusive time 15 seconds in OMJI. This solution solved material lock error at all plant level. After this solution, We get same batch error during goods movement(m3862), Then We applied note 157423, this note solved material batch lock error during goods movement, At last we have now m3024(Material valuation error lock) error during all goods movement. THEN********************************* As explained in the note 70865 , to ensure data integrity, it is necessary to block the material against updates by other users during good movements. This is achieved by blocking the material plant (lock object MARC) and the material valuation area (lock object MBEW) exclusively against othertransactions which update the material master. What you can do, as advised in the note, is to activate the late block via transaction OMJI. As a result of this change, several users will be able to carry out good movements to the same material and plant simultaneously. The problem is that you will experience a disadvantage of performance loss after this change. Please, notice that with this change in OMJI, several users will be ableto carry out GOODS MOVEMENTS to the same material and plant simultaneously. This change will not allow the simultaneous input of a goods movement and an invoice for the same material (in this case, the material will be locked as soon as the purchase order item is adopted in the invoice and the error message M3024 will occur). The table is locked to prevent valuation, quantity etc. to be updated.     Refer to SAP Note 1744780 - Error message M3024 during Invoice Verification process .
    In the standard system it is not possible the simultaneous entry of a GOODS MOVEMENTS and an INVOICE for the same material and the same plant.
    When you enter the invoice for the purchase order item, the valuation data for the material is updated, therefore this valuation data (table MBEW) needs to be blocked so that it is not changed at the same time by any other transaction (which might cause inconsistencies).
    Resolution
    This system behavior can not be avoided by any customizing setting or any user exit.
    This is correct system behavior to protect the other transactions update the material master.
    As advised in the note 70865 :
    It is possible to activate the late block via transaction OMJI. As a result of this change, several users will be able to carry out good movements to the same material and plant simultaneously, however there is a risk to cause the data inconsistency and performance problems.

    I am getting an issue during a SCOM 2012 R2 installation while creating the SCOM DataWarehouse database. Setup seems to timeout during creating the datawarehouse database. I can see all database files created in windows explorer on the SQL server before
    setup rolls the SCOM install back.
    Has anyone seen this issue before or know how to help resolve it?

    Hi,
    Based on the log, I recommend you use the following way to test SQL connectivity.
    You can use a UDL file to test various connectivity scenarios, create a simple text file, rename the extension from TXT to UDL, fill out the necessary information on the connection tab then test the connection, and troubleshoot as necessary
    if it fails to connect.

  • Message limit exceeded error thrown by Adobe and field becomes blank

    Hi,
    I'm facing a strange problem with Adobe Forms.
    We've created custom MSS scenario to suit customer requirements. In that we are required to display drop down values.
    All drop down values and form is displayed <b>correctly the first time</b> i.e. when MODE='CREATE' and EVENT=space. When we click on 'Review' button to review form, a server round trip with 'CHECK' event is correctly performed. However a strange error "Message limit exceeded. Remaining 8 errors not reported." is thrown by Adobe Reader. After clicking 'Ok' all fields on form are cleared.
    This message is somehow related to drop downs as I've 8 drop downs on my form. (Checked by removing one drop down and then message came as 7 errors not reported.)
    Is it possible that error is being caused by some values in 'ADDITIONAL_DATA' table? Reason is when I removed one set of values (drop down values for one field), form seems to work without error. But there is <b>nothing wrong in values</b> for those drop downs

    Hi,
    Finally got the solution. It was very simple as compared to the problem.
    Firstly the problem, in one of the configuration tables description consisted of "–" (ASCII 150) and not "-" (ASCII 45). On looking at it, it appeared exactly the same. I guess drop down values cannot consist characters from extended character set.
    Solution was simple, just replaced ASCII 150 with ASCII 45 and rest all worked fine.

  • IDVD message, 'Error during formating'

    After adding ILIFE'09
    I have successfully burned a DVD using Quicktime media , WMV converted to Quicktime and MP4 converted to Quicktime with my IDVD program, however after 4 days of burning, I suddenly received an ERROR message, after the "time remaining" message stated that the program was not burning, but in fact was "writing the Lead- out". The computer spit out my DVD disk and an air message said, " Error problem during the formating".
    So I tested DVD media: DVD-R, DVD+R , DVD-RW
    I downloaded MPEG Streamclip 1.9.2 to convert my media to DV. files
    I checked my Utilities Disk Permissions and choose to archive and install, to get fresh start.
    However after all that work, I am still receiving an air message, "Error during the Formating" when I attempt to burn a DVD in IDVD .
    So after hundreds of hours trying to solve this issue I am stumped.
    I pimped out my computer last year with all the extra memory doo-dads
    ...however I didn't change my optical disc drive.
    Did I burn out my Optical disc drive?

    Well, I was right. I burned out the old Optical Drive.
    So I went out, purchased a new drive , installed it myself ...then test burned all the different types of raw DVD disks I purchased ...and I'm happy to report they all burned perfectly.
    It would have been helpful to have gotten some type of warning from the computer that the optical drive had faltered. This important information would have given me some type of clue as to what the precise issue was and how to proceed.
    This is the information age ...hello?

  • Deleted messages remove after one day (one week, one month) not working

    Has anyone noticed that since the upgrade to iOS 7 automatic email cleanup does not seem to be working?
    I have an IMAP email account set up with the following setting: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, [then tap the email account in question] > Account > Advanced > Deleted Messages Remove > After one week
    I have had that configuration on my iPhone and iPad for a very long time, and it always deleted everything out of my deleted messages folder (which, on my system, is called Trash) that was older than one week. It would do this no matter when the message was actually deleted, and no matter whether I deleted it on my iPhone, my iPad, on a computer using Outlook, or through a web interface. (It actually would have been nice to retain a message I had just deleted for the one-week period in case I changed my mind; instead the way it worked was if I deleted a message that was received months ago, it would be removed from Trash almost right away. But it worked consistently.)
    Now, since iOS 7, it does not appear to be cleaning out that folder at all. Has anyone else noticed this?
    I'm not sure if it's not removing any messages, or if it's just not removing messages I delete on another platform (like Outlook). So today I've done a test with a specific message that I will watch over the next little while to see how it works. But in the meantime I thought I'd ask if anyone else has noticed this, and if there is a solution.

    Is this working properly for people? It's not working for me on either my IMAP account or on an iCloud email accout, so I think iOS 7 broke something here. I've submitted a bug report on the feedback form, but it would be nice to know I'm not alone.

  • Resource availability during Non-Working Hours and Weekends

    Hi Gurus,
    Aim: Make the Resource available during Non-Working Hours and Weekends
    Requirement: CRP functionality enabling
    In CRC2 I have selected capacity tab and in capacity header under 'Change Interval and Shifts' button. I have Inserted a new Interval period and given the validity from/to dates(Non-Working day - Saturday) and Saved.
    When i execute the Capacity Planning CM01, there is no change. The Resource availability still shows as "0"hrs for this particular date and for rest of the days it shows as 8hrs.
    I have checked the same even after executing the MRP, No change in Capacity Planning Overview - Still the available Capacity Showas as 0
    Please guide me, how can i use my resource during the holidays. Means make the system understand that the defined day is a working day though it is holiday as per factory calendar
    Please correct me whether am i missing any settings or i should follow some other logic

    In workdays i dont have any such option "2"
    As per standard list I could see only 3 entries in the possible values(F4) popup
    "Blank" - Working days according to factory calendar
    "0" - Non-Working days(Overrides factory Calendar)
    "1" - orking days(Overrides factory Calendar)
    I have even tried with option "0" and "1" its still the same, when i enter the period From and To date the fields for the entries Shift start and end date, workday, Shift Seq, Length of the shift, No.of shifts.........are jumping to the next line item.
    Because of which i understand that the entered values is not corresponds to the newly defined period
    Pls guide me to how to make the resource available during non working days

    I'm having some difficulties in getting the Sales Amount  from one column of period (Fiscal Year containing 2012 and 2013) and put it into 2 different columns (Sales 2012 and Sales 2013. I have 3 fields in my dataset: Sales (for all the years), Fiscal
    Year (more than 5 years) and month (which I can neglect).
    For the moment, my situation is as follows:
    Fiscal Year          Month       
    Sales
    2012                      Jan           $72,500
                                   Feb          $80,200
                                   Dec          $79,500
    2013                      Jan           $51,000
                                   Feb          $62,800
                                   Dec          $85,000
    However I would like to get a scenario as follows:
        Month

         Feb             $80,200                   $62,800
         Dec             $79,500                   $85,000
    Once I have this, I would be much easier for me to do the difference between the two sales period.
    Is there any expression I can use?
    I tried to filter from the Group properties the sales amount for Fiscal Year 2012 on 1 column, and on on another column, the sales amount for Fiscal Year 2013 but it is giving me the same values.

    According to your description, we can use a matrix control to achieve your requirement. For more details, please refer to the following steps:
    Drag a matrix from Toolbox to design surface.
    Insert Month field to the first column.
    Insert Fiscal_Year field to the first row of the second column.
    Insert Sales field to the second row of the second column.
    Right-click the second column to add a column with Outside Group-Right option.
    Type the expression below to the second row of the third column:
    =sum(iif(Fields!Fiscal_Year.Value=‘2012’,CDbl(Fields!Sales.Value),CDbl(0)))-sum(iif(Fields!Fiscal_Year.Value=‘2013’,CDbl(Fields!Sales.Value),CDbl(0)))

  • Can I switch back to Free during off-peak hours and switch to Basic once traffic is up?

    Hello,
    I have a website hosted on Azure. But there are times that it has no traffic during off-peak hours. However, since it has a lot of images in it, during peak hours I can consume the 165MB/Day limit of the free tier in just a few hundred requests. Can I switch
    from Free to Basic during peak hours with unlimited data and back to Free during off peak to save costs? Are we allowed to switch between different pricing tiers as much as we want?

    Yes, you can switch your website mode by you wanted. However when you switch mode, your website will be temporary shift. I guess it may affect your website performance and runtime. And currently, you only can switch mode manually. If your subscription
    is free trial, you may need convert it to Pay-As-You-Go.
