2008 Macbook Partitioned HDD Upgrade

Question

I want to upgrade my Pre-unibody 2008 Macbook HDD with a larger drive. I have partitioned my drive to run Win7 and I would like to copy both OSs to the new hard drive. If I buy the case to first use the new hard drive externally to partition it is there a way to copy OS X and Win7 onto seperate partitions on the drive? I would like to avoid having to do the whole boot-camp process again if possible.
Also, if there is a preferred brand of replacement drive for best compatibility I would appreciate any help on that too. Needs to be 9.5 mm high thats all I know so far.

To transfer your current hard drive I like the free application Carbon Copy Cloner. It makes a bootable copy of everything on your hard drive http://www.bombich.com/index.html You'll need a cheap SATA external hard drivecase. Put the new drive in the case then partition and format the new drive and clone your old drive to the new one. Then replace your old hard drive with the new one.

For your Windows installation I've used WinClone http://winclone.en.softonic.com/mac It makes a copy of your Windows Boot Camp. After you have your new drive setup you just use Boot Camp to create a new partion on the new drive and use WinClone again to copy your Windows back.
