Hi,
my nokia 2330c-2 can not download games & applications, when i click download, written downloading and it fail after few mints and can't download! While it download songs and video by pressing save buttom, what i can do? reply plz...

It sounds like there is a problem with that particular tracks, so what you need to do is contact Nokia Care and they should be able to handle this.

Nokia Maps Downloader Error

Hello. I have an E-72. I was able to download the maps perfectly with ovi maps version 3.03, and then I installed version 3.04 beta but didn't like it so I switched back to 3.03. I cleared the maps using nokia map loader. When I tried to download them again, they all download except for Saudi Arabia (which I had before). I even hard reset my phone but still keeps doing the same thing, downloads and midway through, says "item: 52f40.cdt" "Message: File couldn't be uploaded. The file or folder might be in use."....and the Nokia Map Loader says: Download Error..An error has occured while downloading data to your phone"....and then Nokia Map Loader freezes. I even deleted the cities folder and re-installed both map loader and ovi maps. I'm using a mac if that makes a difference. Please help.

Delete the entire cities folder and qf file on the root of your memory card.
Run the Ovi Maps application on your phone (it will re-build the cities folder and qf file). Exit the application.
Download the map you want.
Saudi Arabia
Now you must extract the contents of this zip file to your MicroSD.
Extract contents of the file to cities\diskcache (overwrite / replace files if prompted; it's completely normal).
Download the Index file.
Index Asia
This is for offline searches for the entire Asia region (which Saudi Arabia falls under).
Extract contents of file to cities\diskcache\ClientIndex (create ClientIndex folder if it doesn't exist. Overwrite/ replace files if prompted)
Now you need Voices.
See the Voices section of this topic
(you may also prefer to grab entire continents instead, which is covered there).
Disconnect the phone. Start Ovi Maps on the phone.
You should have it working.

Ovi store download error

i get an error in red everytime i want to download from ovi store an application for my N8... how can i fix this??? thank you

i have had the same problem, and i phoned up nokia support and they said its some thin they are working on.
just keep looking for updates is all they said to me.

I keep downloading mac os x lion upgrade in app store and when the download reaches above 2GB it says "errorr has occured".
I've got a low interet connection and so it takes 12 hours for me to download 2GB and each time I get this error and I've downloaded about 10 times.
I'm greatly annoyed with this problem. I saw similar problems in other posts and it said to disable proxy or something and I dont know how to do it.
Is there any other way to download this upgrade somewhere else..??
I'm totally f**ked up. Some one please do help me soon...:(

I don't care one way or another what country your are from or how tensed you are. You asked if there was someplace else to download it from and I gave you alternatives. If you don't want to take the time to seek out some other locations, then nobody can help you. Ask your ISP if they have a 2GB file size limit.

Mountain Lion App Store Download Error

Trying to download Mountain Lion from App Store. It tells me that program size it's only 53.25 MB. When download completes (partially) tells me that download can´t be verified... Please give me a hint. Thanks

I encountered the same error "…can't be verified…" on my 2010 MBP too. Tried six times and finally I could get it installed. Here's what I did:
Went to "Users & Groups" in System Preferences, checked that the Apple ID specified for the current user is the same Apple ID I used in the download purchase of ML from the App Store.
Rebooted in Safe Mode.
Went to Disk Utility -> Repair Disk Permissions
Downloaded ML at midnight (and the download was significantly faster!)
Rebooted in Normal Mode.
Ran the ML Installer.

Mac App Store Download Error

I was downloading an app and then had to pause it then start it then pause it again. Now it can't download at all and next to the download button are the words "an error has occured" in red. I have tried restarting the computer, signing in and signing out, hiding the app then unhiding it, and still the error is still there and when I click download it says error has occured after a few seconds when it says "waiting".
I don't know what else I can do. Any suggestions?

There are two ways to recover from this condition.
1. Select
Store ▹ View My Account
from the App Store menu bar, then select View hidden purchases. Stop or resume the download.
2. Open LaunchPad and find the icon of the app you're trying to install. There will be a small progress bar below it. Click the "X" to stop the download.

Windows update & store download error on proxy

i cannot update windows and it so some error. and i use the proxy server so i cannot to down load the apps . please help me to resolve it , please remember i know very few basics about computer

Do you mean that you use the proxy in Internet Explorer and can’t download windows updates and store apps as normal?
Is this computer domain-joined or personal?
If the computer is domain-joined, we need to contact the IT department administrator and check if the attempt to manually install the Windows updates and store apps meet the policy.
Do you receive any error message when you use the Windows updates and try to download Windows store apps?
Please take the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check if we can normally visit the webpage without proxy
2. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories, run Windows updates troubleshooter and share us the error message.

5800, Nokia Maps download error

Hi all,
I've just performed a factory reset on my nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. Now I cannot get the maps to download, I keep getting a server error after a few minutes.
I can run on the phone, but with no maps installed can't see a lot, though it does obtain GPS connection.
I also cannot install the update for OVI maps (currently running V3.04)
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Ovi Suite (3.1.1.85)
I've updated firmware and other apps through Ovi Suite (FW: 52.0.007)
I'm about to reinstall the Firmware to see if that helps.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Does anyone have a fix?
I can see a few N8 issues today, but that seems to be with bluetooth, whereas mine is plugged in with the usb lead.

IMessage & App Store download Errors

Since a couple of day I am not able to download anything from App Store it show an unknow error as well my iMessage has stopped working, I am unable to sign into my apple ID on iMessage on my MacBook Pro 13inch. What should I do ?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

Store Download, "Error -36"?

I have a season pass for a TV show, and have been trying to download the most recent episode for several days. As a whole, I have tried downloading this episode more than 10 times. Every time, I get the same situation. The episode downloads entirely, and iTunes shows it as "Processing File". After a time, during which the computer stalls, it shows me "Error -36: The Disk Cannot Be Read From or Written To". I then have to start the download over, with nothing. I keep all my iTunes videos on my second hard drive, but this has never been a problem before. I have tried downloading it away from peak hours, and tried with and, then later, without, my iPod connected. I repaired permissions on my computer, and I checked permissions in the folders this episode would lie within. I have no further ideas. Has anyone experienced this problem and can help, or does anyone have any ideas that I have not tried? Thank you very much,

My situation is very similar to original post:
I was downloading a movie in iTunes (7.1.1) and the download was interrupted. I am also storing my iTunes Music folder on an external hard drive. When I "Check For Purchases" or simply "Resume All" from the download screen, the file begins to download again, but stops with the following error:
"... The disk could not be read or written to. Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again."
In the download screen, the movie file (after the amount downloaded) says "stopped (err = -36)"
Since the problem, I have been able to download other files, including videos, with no trouble.

Nokia Suite Download Error?

Hi Nokia! I am currently experiencing problems regarding Nokia Belle update with my Nokia Suite. I already have downloaded parts of the file (I think it was around 282 MB or so) but then the download stopped and it said " The Nokia Suite update service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I only have to download 57 MB to complete it, but sadly, can't because of the said problem. I have tried many times but I always stumble against this problem.
Can you provide any solution to this problem? My phone E6-00. I just want to update to Nokia Belle. Any response would be appreciated.

IBook store download error messages

Every time I launch iBooks I receive a pop up alert which states that "George RR Martin's 4 book series cannot be downloaded at this time". In spite of the fact that I am not trying to purchase George RR Martin's 4 book series. Any ideas? Thanks!

Aha! It's starting to look very much like a fault with Apple's server! I connected my ethernet cable to my iBook and tried to download QT 7.3.1. update for Panther. The connection was made OK and the download began. But when it got to 49.2mb out of the 50.9mb, the download hung. Then strangely, the connection speed indicated on the download form started to go backwards, and the time to completion increased from 11 secs to 12, 13,14,16, when I stopped it. This was exactly what was happening with the Quicksilver when connecting through Software Update - as though the speed was being sucked out of the line! Has anyone else encountered this problem - if it's not Apple, it could only be a fault in my broadband modem - but all my other internet connections work perfectly. Answers please?

Inability to Access Nokia Store on my E7

I bought an E7 about a month ago and the first thing I did was to upgrade the software.
After doing this, i've been unable to access the nokia store. Error message is ''unable to connect to service''
Even when i access the store via a PC and want to download an app, an sms is sent to my phone. When I click the link, it taakes me to ''download nokia store page''.
the data on my phone is working perfectly.
Pls I need help URGENTLY as my phone is empty without apps.

How about downloading the Nokia store from the page and installing it? Just give it a try... It may be a newer version than the one in your phone. Just compare the version being offered on the page and the one in your phone.

Please contact your Care line who will be able to resend a download link to your phone. All you need is your Nokia account name or your IMEI, which you can find by entering *#06# into your phone.
