2600 classic not keep settings when turned off and...

I bought my 12 yr old daughter a Nokia 2600 classic as her first phone, and it won't keep her display or theme settings. When she turns phone off and back on the settings are back to originial (default)?
Is this becaiuse we are not unsing it right.
Do I take it back under warranty?

have you tried to create a profile then activate it this was a common fault with the nokia 6500 due to loose back cover and storing items on memo card but thisphone does not take a memo card
try taking out the battery for 5 mins then a factory reset,the code is 12345 then create and activate a profile.

You didn't say which model of iPod Nano that you have, but generally there should be a lock setting, that can be turned on or off, to prevent accidental changes in settings. And, there is also a setting to turn on or off a feature called, "Shake to Shuffle." It allows you to change songs by just shaking the iPod.

It's up to the cellular carrier, but I believe most (if not all) will enqueue the messages when your iPhone is off.
So generally speaking, a few minutes after you turn your iPhone on, your messages should display. Similarly, your voicemails would arrive.

I got my screens arranged using itunes so all the apps are where I want them. I turn the phone off at night, and when I turn it on in the morning, they are back where they started. Am I doing something wrong??

Why not leave the phone on? It'll just go into a sleep state. You aren't gaining any advantage by turning it off and you can keep your home screen the way you want it.

There are two ways to turn off Zoom:
1. Connect to iTunes. Go to the iPhone summary pane and click the "Configure Universal Access" button. Then turn Zoom off.

My ibook loses battery power when turned off and unplugged

I have been puzzled by this since November 2006. I calibrated my battery twice as prescribed and still, as soon as i shut down my ibook and unplug it, it's battery charge goes down. Why is this? Well you might want to try what they call "battery reconditioning" which is 7 simple steps listed below:
1: Charge your iPod fully.
2: Use it till you cant trun it on anymore!
3: Then carge your iPod fully again.
4: Then Use it till you cant trun it on anymore!
5: One more time charge your iPod fully.
6: And then again Use it till you cant trun it on anymore!
7: Then one last time charge it fully again.
Reminder: it is best to let the battery die all of the way each time inbetween chages. for example if it has 60% battery life dont charge it use it till it is dead and then charge it up all the way!
*This should inturn maximise your battey life also!*

Whenever I wear it (It's a watch i ordered the iwatch strap) and turn it off (I'm not playing music), it flashes on after 30 secs and it keeps doing it over and over. Then when i checked it after 2 hrs (or was it 1?), and it was completely shut off. Please help? (it won't flash on when i put earphones on and music plays, but i just want to wear it around (without playing songs) casually without it running out of battery quick.

This only happens "Whenever I wear it"? So, if it's sitting on the table, it does not happen?
If movement is causing the problem, maybe it's the Shake to Shuffle feature misbehaving. Try turning it OFF in Settings - Music to see if it makes a difference.
Do you have any headphones with remote control buttons on the cord connected when this happens? If so, if you connect a different set of headphones (any type), does it still happen?

Rebooting when turning off and percentage problems

i have downloaded 3.1.3 and since then when i turn my iphone on in the morning my percentage will show the wrong amount, then when i unlock it a second later it will jump to the right percentage, an example is this morning i knew it was at about 45% but i turned on the iphone and it said 19% and a warning flashed up that i was at 20% then when i unlocked it it jumped back to 45%, it is so annoying..also it reboots when i turn it off at night which ruins my usage and standby times..and yes i have tried everything even restoring to a new iphone..anyone else having this? im going to send feedback i urge everyone else too.

I have a Dell U2515h connected via DP to my Radeon R9 280X with radeon driver.
When I turn the display off with the hardware button and turn it back on, I don't get an output from the default screen - but the framebuffer console works.
The normal set up looks like this:

Even with the --crtc option and 0..5 as parameters (as shown with xrandr -q --verbose | grep CRTCs) this doesn't work.

I've been having problems in the last couple of days, I tried resetting everything in my house including my router and modem and still doesn't work. I tried resetting SMC (command + option +p+r) but that didn't work at all. I've been finding ways to fix this problem looking at different ways to overcome this. I have 10.9.2 and it works perfectly. I'm really fustrated with this computer and I believe it could be software issue or maybe hardware. ps. apple has replaced my motherboard since it had damage to it last 2 months ago. Please let me know how to fix this thanks.

Hey everyone, I don't know if any of you have already solved this problem, but if not I hope you get to read this and try it out because it worked for me. So, just like most of you here, I used to have my PS4 beeping randomly while it was off, on, suspended; it also did that fan-like sound, as if it was trying to read a disc when nothing was in, and wouldn't let me insert one. The first time this happened to me was when I moved my PS4 from it's original position (my room) in order to play in a bigger TV. After that, the beeping begun and it never stopped (I mean fully) until a few days ago. Basically what I did was to remove two rubber triangles that the PS4 has on it's bottom. One at the front, and one at the back. Here is a picture of both of them: http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u214/Z-Ron/DSC_0264_zpslkpbdeyl.jpg Apparently, when you use the PS4 horizontally, and depending on which surface you have it placed, this two guys can make enough pressure on the over-sensitive eject button, that it makes the console flip out and torture us with it's screeches. Maybe the rubber at the back doesn't matter, but I took it out as well just to be safe. Anyway, since then the beeping finally ended, so I hope this works for you too. Sorry for any misspelling!
