29 59 error flicker on white HBO only

I have been using the same dedicated media center computer with a ceton tuner card and cablecard for the last year or so and every thing was fine until 2 weeks ago when HBO HD only started severe flickering on white areas.
I have been able to discover that it is caused by the rapid switching between 29 and 59 frame rates in the incoming signal on HBO.
This has never happened before and the computer is unchanged, so the problem is due to some change you made in the encoding at the head end.
This can be fixed by unchecking the dynamic contrast in the video driver as it can't keep up with the rapid frame rate change, but it then makes other dark non HBO programs un-watchable.
I am both a Microsoft and Intel gold certified system builder and you can be assured that this is not an error on my end, this is a known problem and can be fixed with a change in the encoding at the source.
Could you please address this.

thanks for the info...so after trying lots of random fixes - i figured out a solution for my issue
i have the gtx 550 ti card and never had this issue until september of this year. i realized that my nvidea driver was recently updated - so i simply "rolled back" the driver and my problem is corrected!
the 29/59 frame rate issue still exists but i do not see the "flickering" anymore on hbo channels (only ones to be affected for me).
just thought id share in case helpful for anyone else.

I am absolutely disgusted by this; clearly a scam from HP to make more money by selling extra ink cartridges!! I will make sure to never buy any products from the shoddy rip off merchants at HP ever again!!

The website is not centered in the middle of my screen, right side is gone and left side is white. Only in safetymode the screen is centered in the middle

Websites are dislayed in the middle of the screen. Half the website is gone on the right side. on the left side it is white. Only when i startup in safetymode the websites are displayed in the center of the screen

When going to a website the picture was small - tried changing the Zoom size , tried Zoom Reset - the text did change size but the layout distorts - found under View - Zoom - Zoom Text Only was checked --- Removed this check mark and the website returned to normal size and Zoom worked normally again. I am 99.9999% sure I did NOT check this myself and there is no one else on the computer to cause it. Maybe this will help.

Doublechecking something Emcee. I see you've got Windows 7 x64, so I'm assuming you've got at least 4 GB of RAM. Do you also have an NVIDIA USB EHCI chipset on that PC? If so, see the following Microsoft document:

I´m getting this error: "Vendor can supply material only until 31.12.2006" while using ME38 txn and adding manually a schedule line.
I review the Sched Agreement and
1.- No Cancel
2.- No Delivery Completed
3.- It is Valid until 2009
Also Check the Source list.-
1.- Valid until 2016
And Also check the Quality Info Record and
1.- Valid until 2016.
What else could be generating this problem?

Run Disk Utility and try to verify/repair the drive to see if it reports and fixes anything.

We have developed the Adobe form in Webdynpro ABAP (NW04S SP9).When we test the form in the ABAP side it works fine. But when we deploy the form in the portal and try to perform the same action we get the error "This operation is available only for certified forms". Could someone let us know what the problem could be?

the first thing to check would be that there's
no logic error in your application that's causing multiple threads to try to close
the same folder.... and if there is, note that there is a timing-window problem between calling imapFolder.isOpen() and imapFolder.close(). Only one thread should be doing this anyway.

The normal suggestions.
Close the app,off fully. Double tap the home screen then touch and hold any of the icons on the task bar until they jiggle, then close them all off by touching the - sign.
Then reboot the pad and try the spp again. If same issue, delete the app, then reload it. ( no charge). You may just have a bad copy. If continues, write to the developer, they may need to do an update. I have an older version of the same app and it works fine.
Since yours is the ad supported version, they are maing real sure you see the ad. Is it as simple as you need to click thru the ad to get to the game?

shutdown your mac by holding power button. Then Hold CMD+V and press power button now it will start to show some text wait for few minutes and somewhere it will stop post that screenshot

What is your SAP version, including EHP and SP levels? See if SAP note 1818992 is relevant for your system and if it is make sure it is applied.

It's a Finder feature, related to Quick Look. You can hit the space bar in the file list to get a preview.
If that doesn't work, you may have an issue witha preference file or similar. I find rebuilding the launch databse works quite well resilving tis kind of thing, as does trashing Finder preferences

How are you?
Well, I have an iPod Classic, it gave me the error -1436 error and would not restore on iTunes.
I did the following:
My Boss (@work) has a fairly old iBook but it has OS-X, so I decided to give it a try and connected my iPod to it.
The system showed a window telling me that the disk is not MAC formated and needs to be validated prior further action. Snce it is a Mac product, I thought "yeah, go ahead".
It then opens the disk manager utility for the Mac and showed the disk. It's window has some tabs, one is to verify the disk, so I verified it. Guess what, it had some invalid clusters.
Then I formatted the iPod to OS-X Plus file system (next tab to the right). After formating the iPod, I "ejected" the iPod and reconnected to my PC. The Windows iTunes found an iPod with Mac file system and asked me to restore it. As I clicked on the "restore" button, I crossed my fingers as this was the last resource I have.
Finally, after the file extraction was done, it began to restore the iPod!!
I'm so happy about being able to restore the iPod that I decided to share with all you guys this solution as it is the most usefull, in my opinion.
Hope you can find someone with an iBook or a desktop Mac, so you can fix yours.
