Dear all,
I add WEMNG (GR QTY) and MEINS( Uom) from LBWE to 2lis_04_p_arbpl ,now when i see the data in RSA3,it does not show me data for these two fileds though it has data
I remove unhide fileds also.

hi abhi,
i think u need to delete the set up table from SBIW (t-code) and initialize it again.
then u will be able to see the data in your new field which u have added in your extractor.
Else you can check your extractor once by executing it once in Debug mode.

Hi experts;
Iu2019m having a problem regarding the delta of datasource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL.
The problem is that some fields assign to the operations arenu2019t updated (fields like BMSCH u2013 standard from the datasource u2013 and VGW01/VGW02u2026/VGW06 u2013enhancements in the INCLUDE ZXRSAU01)
Looking at PSA, the data assign to these fields doesnu2019t have minus in the records assign to u2018Reversal Indicatoru2019. Also, these key figures get
double entries (the news and the originals).
Other fields like MGVRG or PSMNG are correct.
Looking to SNOTE 787807, we have our customization like this (OPL5):
The Shop floor info flag as u201CUpdateu201D.
The options for Release Version arenu2019t marked.
Can any one help?

Enhancing 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL with Shift

We need to report production data by shift in our BW system. It is not available in the 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL datasource. I planned to costomize this extractor to include the shift from AFRU-KAPTPROG. But the 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL extractor did not have the confirmation number & and the counter needed to get the information from AFRU. I was able to enhance the 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL data source in LBWE to include the confirmation number. But the only counter availalble there is not the one needed to get the AFRU record.
Is there a way I can get the shift or the confirmation counter in this extract?

Hi,
If you just need the confirmation counter, that I guess is the number of Confirmation that happens after the TECO at the R/3 side (I guess you can check the same at the R3 side using Report COOIS). Have you considered the option of managing the same at the reporting level.
At the Bex level you can get the number of confirmation (Counter) for a period. This can be achieved by multiple ways, the simples one is
- Create one formula (while creation of formula give 1 in the Formula box then go to Aggregation tab in the formula then select reference infoobject as confirmation number then save, it will work)
1 = Numeric one constant in the formula
go to calculation tab then select as sum or total .

Hi Prasad,
First check the Communicaiton structure of this data source "2lis_04_p_arbpl " about the field exisists or not.
A).If Field is exists in Communicaiton Struc then floow below steps:
1. Select the required filed in communication structure.
2. Move the field into Enhance structure.
3. Save the activate.
4. Select the datasource "2lis_04_p_arbpl "> Goto Change mode> Unhide the New field.
5. Save and activate the datasource.
6. Check the data in RSA3.
B).If field is not exists perform below steps:
i). Goto RSA6-->Select Datasoruce("2lis_04_p_arbpl ")
ii). Select Enhance Extract structure.
iii) Select the "Append Structure"-->Add the field with ZZ/YY(field Name).
iv)Save and activate the Append structure.
v)Goto CMOD>Give the "Project">Click on "Component"
vi) Select the Exit(EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001)-->Click on "ZXRSAU01".
vii)Write the Code for populate the data to new field.
viii) Save and activate the datasource
ix)Goto Datasoruce>Select the and goto Change Mode>unhide the newfield (ZZ/YYnerfield)in Datasource.
x)check the data in RSA3.
from the above A or B activities will help you to solve your problem.

InfoPackage Hangs when called from Process Chain

We recently implemented the 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL DataSource and have scheduled the execution of a Delta InfoPackage in our nightly Process Chains.
After working correctly for 2 weeks the InfoPackage has hung the last 3 nights. It is being called and when I view the process chain log it is in the yellow (in process) status. When I look in SM37 in R/3 the extractor has not been called.
All of our master data and transactional data from other areas runs prior to this extractor and works perfectly via the process chain and if I force the InfoPackage to red and re-execute manually for 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL I have no problems.
How/where should I troubleshoot this?

Hi Jonathan,
Goto your process chain-> Select the delta infopackage -> right click and select wait time and enter the time in seconds. You could set it to 600 secs(10 minutes).
This would be a permanent solution to your problem as you need not go to BD87 each time for your data load.

Enhance DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

Hello,
I tried to enhance the DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL with informations from the table AFRU in the SAP R/3-System (RSA6). But I can't see a possibilty to read the table AFRU (Keyfields: RUECK and RMZHL)with the informations I get from the extractor for this DataSource. I only get the confirmation number RUECK with the transaction LBWE, but this is not enough to read the table AFRU.
Perhaps I choose a wrong DataSource to extract informations for confirmations (PP).
Has somebody an idea?

As I understand, you need both fields RUECK and RMZHL in order to search table AFRU and you only have RUECK from the Data Source? You need RMZHL and the question is where?
Where should RMZHL come from? If it comes from another table, draw on the board the path on how you can obtain the fields you need to select table AFRU. There is a way, it could be long cut. Start from SAP R/3 GUI transaction for maintaining this info. See how to obtain field RMZHL. ask assistance from Functional people that concentrates on Confirmations. They can draw you a path to obtain your missing fields...

PP DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL - Incorrect extraction of latest scheduled start dates (SSAVD)

Hi experts,
we use the SAP Business Content Standard DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL "Work Center View PP" and need the latest scheduled start date each production order operation.
In the production order operation overview (t/code CO03) on the ERP-side we have the expected latest scheduled start (Source AFVGD-SSAVD)
But in the DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL (PSA-Table) we become the incorrect latest scheduled start dates (DataSource field SSAVD)
Any ideas or experiences why the latest scheduled start date not up-to-date?

I have tested the scenario again...
At the header level of test production order 1000381 I have changed the basic dates (Start/End) from 22.04.2014 to 24.04.2014.
As a result the start dates at operation level also changed...
After the above changes I have extracted the Data. The Delta-Queue (RSA7) for the relevant DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL looks nearly good.
For the both operations 20 and 30 the delta update for the field "Latest start date" (SSAV) works correct. But the delta update for the first operation "10" not processed.
Is it possible that the delta update only works for specific system status? Or any other ideas?

Incorrect Header Dates in DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL after enhancement of AFKO fields GLTRP, GSTRP, GLTRS, GSTRS

we enhanced the BI Standard content DataSource 2LIS_P_ARBPL "Work Center View from PP/PP-PI" with the AFKO (Order Header) Date fields
- GLTRP (Basic fin. date)
- GSTRP (Bas. start date)
- GLTRS (Sched. finish)
- GSTRS (Sched. start)
- GLTRI (Actual finish)
- GSTRI (Actual start)
After the statistical setup of the application 04 (t/code OLI4BW) there are incorrect (regarding to the AFKO table) Date information for the fields GLTRP, GSTRP, GLTRS, GSTRS.
t/code CO03 "Production order: Header"

Table CAUFV
PSA Table of DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

Not able to get the data from 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

Hi all,
I am not able to get data for info object 0Calday in PP Cube.
So I checked as per the data flow
So from Datasource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL its not getting data for that particular object
I check in RSA3 its showing " 0 records extracted"
So I have checked in LBWE to check from which tables its getting data.
So there I found its getting data from 3 tables AFKO, AFPO and AFVG.
When I am checking the tables data am able to open AFKO and AFPO but
for AFVG its saying "No active table available".
and the infoobject 0calday is mapped with Posting date of AFVG table only.
Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to see the data in that particular table and structrure.

Unable to find data in RSA3 for particular fields2lis_04_p_arbpl datasource

I am working with datasource 2lis_04_p_arbpl to construct Yield Report. I have a field GAMNG(Target Quantity) in the table AFKO, so I added it to the communication structure and activated it. I also want the field IGMNG(confirmed quantity) which is available in the table AFKO but not appearing in the pool tables of ARBPL datasource, so I have done datasource enhancement and obtained the field in the datasource. When I am checking for the data in RSA3, unable to find data(zero values) for both the fields.

Hi ,
Please make sure that you are doing the extractor check in Update mode 'Full' .If the setup tables are filled then this should pick the data for the 2 newly added fields .
check and update accordingly later .

Custom DataSource plays in JMStudio, but not in my application

hello everyone. I need someone to help me out who has played around a lot with DataSources.
I have been playing around with custom DataSources for a small while and I have not been able to figure out something and its starting to get frustrating.
First let me tell you what process I exactly follow when I want to create a Custom DataSource (using the "Generating Live Audio/Video Data" datasource code sample as an example - from JMF solutions http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/solutions/LiveData.html):
1. Suppose the source files (DataSource.java and LiveStream.java) are lying at C:\customds\.
I compile the files like this:
javac -d . DataSource.java LiveStream.java
As a result this directory is formed C:\customds\jmfsample\media\protocol\live which contains all the compiled (interpreted) files.
2. Then I register 'jmfsample' in the Protocol Prefix list and commit the changes using the JMFRegistry GUI.
3. Now if I run JMStudio and enter the URL live: it gives me an error that it can't create a player. I feel this is happening because some classpaths haven't been set correctly. Eventually I figured out that I have to place the \jmfsample\media\protocol\live\ directory inside the <JMF install dir>\lib\. Doing this fixes the problem and now I can go to JMStudio and run the protocol using the 'Open URL'. Giving it 'live://' plays the 'blue screen' like a gem.
4. But here is the catch now. When I create an application which tries to create a player using live:// as a source, it doesn't run and keeps giving me a noPlayerException, or a noDataSourceException (as the case would apply; code given below).
The funny part is that i checked the JMStudio source code for the method that is used to 'Open URL'. I haven't found any siginificant change in the way it opens urls.
I also went a step further and tried to compile and run the JMStudio code myself to trace the code when it is in the process of opening a url. The weird thing is that when I try to do that, giving live:// as a URL gives me the same error that is given by my application. In other words JMStudio when compiled by me gives me same the error of "can't create a player..." when I open the url live://. Has Sun used a JMStudio compiled using a different source file?
Please please anyone tell me what is wrong here.
I have basically tried out these two kinds of things in my code, and both give me a noPlayerException error:
Player guiPlayer = Manager.createRealizedPlayer(new MediaLocator("live://"));and
DataSource ds = Manager.createDataSource("live://");

Would it be possible for you to expand on your solution a little bit? I'm trying a similar approach, and having a similar problem to yours. From Googling, it appears as if this is a very common problem, and a lot of people give up before they solve it.
I'm trying to use jmf.jag (and optionally add fobs4jmf.jar), not compile it from source. But I am trying to compile my own protocol from source and run it in a debugger. I have all the class files going out to the same output directory, and IntelliJ generally adds them all to the CLASSPATH automatically. But I keep getting NoPlayerException. (If I break down the players construction step-by-step, it seems to fail on "Processor ps = Manager.createProcessor(ds);".)
I'm trying to play a Quicktime movie from memory, and I've confirmed that I'm returning "video.quicktime", that my stream is Seekable and isRandomAccess returns true, my prefix is in the protocol list, and that the package name is correct. I've tried with PLUGIN_PLAYER being true or false, media type being video.quicktime or unknown, and every other permutation I can think of.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adding field GAMNG ( Target Quantity )in the Data Source 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

We are adding field GAMNG ( Target Quantity ) in the Data Source 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL ( Work Center View from PP/PP-PI )
The field GAMNG is available in the communication structure maintainace.
The problem is- We are not able to drag & drap field GAMNG from the Communication structure LBWE. Getting the error - End phase 002 ***********************************************************
Message no. D0322 ..
We deleted Setup table , Meins field already exist in comm str.
1. How we able to drag the field from the communication structure as getting the above error. We searched SDN & try to follow that method but not working.
2. We can add the field in SE11 - Structure -Manually, then we have to write ABAP code.
Kindly suggest correct answer.

Hi,
There could be a number of reasons why you are getting the error:
1. Fields are not assigned to datatypes.
- Check structure in SE11 and assign to datatypes.
2. There are inactive appends in the extract structure.
- Double-click one of the includes. You will get a new screen with the INCLUDE structure. Click the button append-structure. Check if the append is inactive.
3. The appended structure is in a different development class from the one of the structure it is being appended to.
Please review and apply the following notes carefully :
766603 Activation problems with extract structures
623411 LBWE: Gener. terminates with D0 322 (end phase 002)
757923 LBWE: Generation terminates with D0 322 (end phase
600708 D0 322: End phase 002
It is not possible to enhance the datasource 2lis_04_MATNR with the field GAMNG (so its possible that its the same for 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL) because GAMNG has the reference field AMEIN, which has a STATE F (forbidden) in table TMCEXCFS .
Check to see if this is the same on your system.

Replication of DataSource

Hi,
i have issue with the replication of DataSource 0CUST_SALES_ATTR.
when i replicate the datasource it is shown as replicated, but the
structure for the new fields are not getting copyed at the Bi side.
new Enhanced fild is found at r3 side fot this data source, and data
for this new field is found for this data source at r3 side in rsa3,
but when i am doing the replication at BI side the new structure
is not replicated .
Please sugest in this regard

In ECC
Goto RSA6 in ECC and expand the SAP R/3 and find your datasource and then place cursor on that and click on Chnage Icon it will takes to you to RSO2 screen internally and if teh fileds are check with HIDE/FIeld only , then UN CHACK it and then Generate it and check in RSA3 for Data.
Then goto BW and then Replicate the DS and see it, if you didn't find then Right click on DS in BW and Change and then Activate it.

Expand FI_GL_4 by BSEG and PUR fields

Hi Experts,
I am trying to expand FI-data from standard datasource FI_GL_4 by purchase information.
Above all: EBELN & EBELP
Additionally fields (BSEG): MWART, ZUONR,
Additionally fields (EKBE, for Scheduling agreements): MENGE, MEINS
Due to the fact that I am unexperienced to FI-extraction I was searching for notes, hints etc.
I found thread: 0FI_GL_4 customer exit
, which seemed to be very helpful.
But after studying that, I am facing some (similar) problems:
1) Expanding FI_GL_4 by append fields to Customer Include CI_BSIS (as recommended in note 410799)
After creating CI_BSIS and adding EBELN & EBELP to it I cannot activate the include, because there are some dependend tables (other own datasources) which already contain these fields. That brings up some errors.
How can I activate the extract structure?
Should I let begin these fields with ZZ*, but in that case I think it will not be filled automatically.
I cannot implement note 430303 as all these fields are contained in DTFIGL_WF.
2) Field ZUONR not filled
This component is already in the structure DTFIGL_4, but it is not filled (RSA3 shows no data in that field, however it is filled in table BSEG for a acc-nr)
It seems to be that it has been added by a SAP enhancement to that datasource afterwards.
As shown in http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/f2/f7e93a4295ac61e10000000a114084/frameset.htm
the column Table of Origin is empty.
How can I get data into that field?
3) How should I append fields to FI_GL_4 to be filled by EKBE (MENGE, MEINS).
Do I have to create a new append and fill them via CMOD?
Or can I also use CI_BSIS and fill them by a function module?
I would be really happy, if you could help me asap!
Maybe Mr. Simon Turnbull has an idea to get along with it?

somehow used in 2 customer-spezific datasources (Lets call them ZBW_t1 & ZBW_t2).
I guess the CI_BSIS is used within these DS, too. Maybe that's why there are some dependencies and this trouble.
