2LIS_08TRFKZ - Tariff zone of point of destination

Hallo together,
does somebody mayby solved the following problem:
we use datasource 2LIS_08TRFKZ. We have some reports who use the field:
TarifZone at PoDest. We found this field in the SAP R/3 table
VFKP. But the problem ist sometimes it is not field in this table. In this case it is also emty in BW.
CAN someone help?
Thanks Santra

Hallo Siggi,
thank you for your answer. We are not looking for a dummy value. The user just want te field to be filled all the time.
From the point of the source system:
The field: TfZone dest is field, but than when someone makes manual changes in the freght cost (Frachtkostensatz) it is empty and the field VFSI-MPROK shows: " A manual price change carried out". So i think ther should be a solution to fill it all the time.
Thanks Santra

  • Determination of Tariff Zones in Shipping

    Dear All,
Can anyone explain how tariff zones are determined & whats its role in Shipment cost pricing?
    Regards,

    Hi LakshmiPathi,
    Thanks for the response.
Please note that I have maintained postal codes in my Shipping point also in my customer master.
For the combination of TP Point, Service agent, Shipping type & Country I have made the following assignment.
I have given my shipping point Postal code in both the Postal code columns of Tarff zone assignment (say Tariff) & my customer master Postal code in both the Postal code columns of Tariff zone assignment (say Tariff1).
Now I have maintained the condition records in TK11 for the combination of Depart. Tariff zone/Destn.Tariff zone/Service Agent i.e. Tariff/Tariff1/Service Agent
But my condition record value is not getting determined & when I simulate my shipment cost I am getting the following error message.
    Shipment costs not yet calculated
Shipment costs item 000001 w/ ref. to doc. $0001 item 0001
    Message no. VY104

Please help to reolve this issue.

  • Tariff Zones

    Hi All
I am trying to find in SAP where I can maintain distance, like master data between 2 Tariff Zones .
    Ex. Tariff Zone a to Tariff Zone B = 25 kms .
I know I can maintain the distance in the route and then the calculation of the surcharge will be very easy to determine what the cost will be but the client is insist that the Tariff Zones be used , but I can't find an area where the distance can be maintained and then used for the calculation of the surcharge.
Please can you advise where would be the gest area to look or what other possible options are avilable?
    Points will be awarded.
    Kind Regards
    Kasy

    Dear Kasy,
You can't maintain the distance in the Tariff Zone
You better to maintain the Distance in the route it self.
I hope this will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

Microsoft Azure Backups not reducing available recovery points or destination usage after retention period has been reduced.
I had the retention period set to 30 day with around 6.8TB of backups. Over a week ago I changed the retention period down to 7 days, and it took a couple of days for the total recovery points to go down to 7. The destination usage was still going up.
I have come in today (monday) and the total backups is now 10 and the destination usage is now 7.57TB.
I only have the one server backing up to Azure Backups Services.
    My questions are;
    1. how long does it take for azure to delete backups from outside the retention period*
    2. why are there move recovery points that the retention period?
    3. Is there a way to purge just the backups outside the retention period?
*It does say the backup agent, "space allocation data is updated on a daily basis".
It would be a great help if anyone had some information on this as the storage costs are getting very high.
Thanks for the help in advance

  • Sparse Root Zone Mount Points

In my zone xml files I have configured filesystems to be mounted in the non global zones.
The filesystems exists on separate SAN storage.
    filesystem special=/dev/dsk/controllerdisknumber raw=/dev/dsk/controllerdisknumber directory=/somemountpoint
The problem we are experiencing is that occasionally our path to the SAN goes down. Yes these are multipathed but we still experience the outage.
What happens is that the filesystems that are mounted in the NGZ's go away. So the zone is left running
but the mountpoints are not mounted any longer.
When the path to the SAN comes back, the global zone sees that the devices are back, but the NGZ still
does not mount their filesystems as specified in their specific xml.
The only way for the mount points to come back is to 1) reboot the zone or 2) manually mount the filesystems from the global zone, specifying that they be mounted in the NGZ.
Is this working as it should? Should the zone not attempt to remount its filesystems if they are lost?
Instead of specifying a filesystem in the zoneconfig, should we just be giving the devices to the zone and then use the NGZ /etc/vfstab to mount ?
    Thank you for the help.

I've seen this issue also, but not aware of a good fix.
One possibility that comes to mind but I havent actually tested is to do a NFS export from the global zone and automount it in the local zone.
The automounter shoud deal with mountpoint reliability issues OK.
Its kind of ugly and isnt likely to be as efficient as a loopback mount though.

  • Access Points and Destinations

    Hi,
I love the destinations feature of the N8, and like the idea of it switching to WLAN automatically. However, when apps (some/most) need to go online, they still bring up the list of individual accesspoints and not the destinatinos!
What's the point then, although some apps (world traveler IIRC) brings up the destinations instead of individual accesspoints. Is there anything I can do about this?

it takes a bit of getting used to moving from the access point lists to the destinations list they use now.
a couple of points i would suggest that are useful is that
1 many applications will inherit the settings specified in the browser or the 'default' setting in the destinations menu
2 you can add destinations and copy access points to them, if say you want some things to use wifi and an internet cell access point in that order, but you want something else to only only the internet cell access point you can add it to a new destination.
3 some apps that bring up the destinations list allow you to select access points from the options menu.
There's no dignity in begging for kudos. Do it for the karma.

  • Where is the point to destination application ?

    Hi,
I have bought the Nokia C7, but i can't find the application (as in the previous Nokia GPS phones) which shows the direction and  distance to your destination using the GPS antenna. Where has it gone and when will it be available ?

Well, it was a very good application, here in Pakistan there are no detailed Ovi maps, so the Ovi maps application is useless in Pakistan; the below application is irreplaceable for people who can't use maps for some reason.
I am talking about the following application (as in Nokia 5800)
Nokia, are you working on providing it for symbian 3 ? if not then why ??
    Please reply.

  • Freight Amount-KF00 in Sales Order/Invoice

    Hi All,
requirement is regarding Capturing Freight costs involved in Transportation.
Transportation charges are based on ,
    Incoterms_INCO1 ,
    Transporter_LIFNR ,
    Departure zone(Ship.Point)_LZONEA,
    Destination Zone(Customer-Ship to Party)_LZONEZ ,
    Shipping conditions - VSBED
I have created cond table with the above mentioned fileds & assign it to the KF00 access sequence. Condition record has been maintianed.
But its not picking while creating sales order-
    In Pricing analysis -
    Transporter/Vendor
    Dep.Zone
    Dest.Zone
    is not picking.
fyi: - Transporter, am using Partner Function_CR
    anythoughts would be highly appreciated

    Hi!
You can try with traffic points insted of zones (KNOTA and KNOTZ). If you need departure and destination zones, verify those appears on the cost document you may see those doesnt appears. Maybe an exit could help you.
For the transporter, maybe TDLNR field (forwarding agent) could be an option insted LIFNR.

  • Lead Time - Customizatiou0131n steps: Shipping point, route, and loading group

It says about delivery scheduling that "The lead time considers the shipping point, route, and loading group". Can anybody explain me briefly the customization menu steps about this sentence?
    Thanks in advance.

Please go through this document it will help you
    1) Maintain transportation planning point through Menu as follows:
IMG Maintain Logistic Execution  Definition Enterprise Structure  transportation planning point.
Create your own like BP01 enter the general data¡¯s required
    2) Defining modes of transport:
    IMG RoutesBasic Transportation Functions  Transportation Logistic Execution Define modes of transportDefine routes
    Use the standard like:
    Shipping type: 01
    Description: Road
    3) Define shipping types :
    Basic Transportation Transportation Logistic ExecutionIMG Define shipping types Route Functions
    Or through T-code: SM30
    PT: 01
    Description: Truck
    Mdtr: 01
    STPG: 0001
    4) Define transportation connecting point :
    LogisticIMG DefineRoutes  Basic Transportation Functions  Transportation Execution Define transportation connection pointsroutes
Copy the std point and make it FB01 as departure zone and FB02 as destination zone
    5) Define routes and stages.
 Logistic Execution IMG Define Define routes Routes  Basic Transportation Functions Transportation routes and stages
Use the standard route and copy it as FB0001 and enter the departure zone and destination as what we created.
    6) Defining Transportation Zone:
    Basic Transportation Logistic Execution IMG Define transportation Router determination  Route Transportation Functions zones
Use the standard transportation zone depending on the route so as for the example use 0000000003 - Southern Region
    7) Maintain country or transportation zone for shipping points
 Logistic Execution IMG  Route determination  Route  Basic Transportation Functions Transportation Maintain country and transportation zone for shipping point
Shipping point be ASH1 and route as 0000000003 which is assigned to country India
    8) Maintain route determination:
Logistic ExecutionIMG Route determination Route  Basic Transportation Functions  Transportation  Maintain route determination
    Country of departure: India
    Departure Zone: 0000000003
    Country of destination: India
    Destination Zone: 0000000003
And enter the data’s needed like shipping condition 01, etc.
Maintain Transportation relevance for shipping point, sales document type and delivery types.
    9) Now create shipping types
    IMG Define shipment Shipments  Transportation Logistic Execution types
Copy the standard 0001 and make it to AFIL
    10) Define and assign traffic zones through T-Code: T_76 (or) thru menu as follows
IMG Define Basic functions  Shipments cost  Transportation Logistic Execution and assign tariff zones
Copy the standard and make it to FABTARIFF and assign our transportation planning point as ATP1, ATP2 assign tariff zone to every particular transportation planning point
    11) Define and assign pricing procedures
Shipments Transportation  Logistic Execution IMG define and assign pricing Price control  Pricing cost procedures
Copy the standard shipping cost pricing procedure SDFC00 to FBSC01
    12) Assign purchasing data:
     Logistic Execution IMG Assign purchasing data Settlement  Shipments cost Transportation
    13) Assign transportation planning point to shipping condition, purchase organization, purchasing group and to plants.
    14) Define Automatic G/L account determination:
     Transportation  Logistics Execution IMG Automatic G/L Account Determination Settlement Shipment Costs
    Or through T-code: OMWB
Use G/L account 614000 as used in standard
    15) Automatic determination of CO assignments:
IMG Automatic Settlement  Shipment Costs  Transportation Logistics Execution Determination of CO Assignments
    Or T-code: OKB9
    16) Maintain shipping point address.
 Logistics Execution  Definition Enterprise Structure Define, copy, delete, check shipping point
    17) Creating G/L account centrally.
    Financial AccountingAccounting  Master Records  General Ledger 
    Individual Processing Centrally
    Or through T-Code: FS00
    18) Enter the G/L account 614000 to the company code AFIL
    19) Create transportation condition records:
     Shipment cost  Transportation  Master data Logistic Execution createPrices
    Or thru T-code: TK11
Enter condition type FB00 that is freight condition type, which is used as standard in the shipping cost pricing procedure.
Enter the price and save it
    Process:
    1. The system determines the pricing procedure for the shipment cost item-using transportation planning point, service agent and shipment cost item category
    2. Calculation Basis
    3. Condition Record
    4. Access sequence.
For the sales order, create a delivery using VL01N and pick the goods. Now create a shipment using VT01N and assign the delivery to the shipment document. Make sure to enter the carrier and other details before performing the transportation planning and execution. Save the shipment document and PGI for the delivery would be done automatically.
A shipment represents a physical goods movement between two or more locations.
For the system to create a shipment, shipping-relevant deliveries must exist.
You use Transportation Planning to group pending deliveries into shipments and then to perform the shipments.
The outbound delivery documents contain routes that the system calculates in route determination, and a transportation planning date for the delivery.
Dynamic transportation planning is responsible for grouping together outbound deliveries into shipments that have at least the same route, visit plan type and the same transportation planning date.
The following restrictions can be taken into account for a shipment in Dynamic Transportation Planning:
    • Weight
    • Volume
    • Variable capacity
    • Number of stops
    • Maximum duration
    • Loading units
    Create Shipment Document

You cannot carry out transportation planning or creation of shipment after the goods issue has been executed. Once goods issue is done it means that the material has left your premises so there is no need for a transportation planning after it.
In case you need carry out the shipment documents at the end of the day you could just create the delivery documents during the day and at end of the day create the shipment documents and the goods issue

  • Using a interface in a sparse-root zone on a different subnet

    Hello,
is it possible to use interface ce0 for the global zone and configure interface ce1 for the non-global zone, but the interfaces are on a different subnet?

I haven't done a lot of work with time zones, but I have some ideas that just
may work. If it is important for this object to pass in and out of time-zones
untouched by the destination try passing it by reference. The idea is that the
actual object will remain in one time zone. You may need to "anchor it down"
somehow where it resides (Make it private, READ_ONLY or ??).
Another thing to try is: If it is passed via a method set the mechanism as
"input". I believe this will stop the destination from changing it. (i.e. It
will receive it as input only).
    Just some ideas. Good luck.

    Help, I'm drowning and Fort

I haven't done a lot of work with time zones, but I have some ideas that just
may work. If it is important for this object to pass in and out of time-zones
untouched by the destination try passing it by reference. The idea is that the
actual object will remain in one time zone. You may need to "anchor it down"
somehow where it resides (Make it private, READ_ONLY or ??).
Another thing to try is: If it is passed via a method set the mechanism as
"input". I believe this will stop the destination from changing it. (i.e. It
will receive it as input only).
    Just some ideas. Good luck.

  • SAP/ORACLE File Systems Disappeared in Local Zone

I created some 20-30 files systems as meta devices for a SAP/Oracle installation on my 6320 SAN for a local zone.
I did a newfs on all of them and then mounted them in the global zone with their appropriate mount points.
I then did a zonecfg with the following input.

***********more available but I truncated it here**********************
I successfully installed and configured the zone.
I then logged into the local zone and installed a new version of Oracle and a working SAP instance. I know that it worked because I was able to log into it.
Upon rebooting the server and the local zone I have lost access to all of my file systems in the Oracle/SAP zone.
It's almost as if the global zone has not mounted its file systems over the local zones mount points. In the local zone I can see no files in the directories where I would expect Oracle or SAP files.
I either mis-configured the zonecfg or missed a step somewhere.
I suspect that my file system contents are still around somewhere waiting to be hooked up with a zone's mount point.
In the local zone a df -k shows all of the file systems (like the local zone knows about what file systems belong) but they all have the same size and free space (probably from the root zone).
    Any thoughts appreciated.

Do you have amount point within the zone path for these oradb mounts?
You have to add a directory entry for /oradb in the zone's root directory, i.e. ``zone_path''/root/oradb

  • Tariff Zone_Postal Codes

    Hi All
I have created new Tariff Zone for Export to England. Now as per configuration you need to assign this new tariff zone to Country and Range of Postal code. But in our business the postal code for England is not a number range but it is u201CME 17 54XZu201D.
So I have assigned postal code as ME 17 54XZ  in first postal code column and other postal code column is blank.
Now when I am creating Shipment cost document my first fright condition is not getting calculated and in analysis I can see that in front of that u201CTariff Zone of Destinationu201D system is showing YELLOW mark saying u201CAccess not made-initialized fieldu201D
But I have maintained shipment cost Condtion record properly in TK11.
Is it necessary that postal code should always be a numeric number like 1700 or 1800?
    Am missing something? Please help.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Alternatively you can use postal codes "Fields- PSTLZA and PSTLZZ" to determine shipment costs.
