2LIS_11_VAHDR Problem.

I am getting 0 records when trying to do a full load in our Quality system. I am getting 0 even in RSA3 in source system with update mode set to F.

PS: the logistics extractors doesn't extract the data out of the application tables. They only use the setup tables for full loads and the delta queue for the delta loads.

Problem to extract data using DS 2LIS_11_VAHDR & 2LIS_11_VAITM

Hello Experts,
my requirement is to extract the SD sales Item & sales header data int BI. while executing the Reports in BI I find some incosistencies in data
Ex: for for some Sales organizations
      0CRM_NUMDOC = 17 and the corresponding   0NETVALORD = 0,00
and for some sales organization
     0CRM_NUMDOC = 0 and the corresponding   0NETVALORD = 5200,00
we are using the data sopurce 2LIS_11_VAHDR to load Document header data and the data sopurce 2LIS_11_VAITM to get Item Net value data. and used two trtansformations to the same SAP standard cubes 0CSAL_C05 & 0CSAL_C03.
asper my analysis in development system I find
       VBAK contains 1405 records but the DS 2LIS_11_VAHDR extracts only 1235 records.
but
       VBAP conains   2665 records and the DS 2LIS_11_VAITM extracts all 2665 records.
is it creats the problem?
I deleted the setuptables and again fill them even thought I have the same problem ?
If you have any idea regarding this issue please share with me.

HI,
Check indeed the extraction in your source system with RSA3.
Also perform the load and check your data in PSA (before any transformation takes place).
Are you going to use delta or full loading? I assume it's delta? So if you perform your initial load with data, no use of the setup table is required...
If you have too much data to do this, try an initial load without data, first delta load and next a full repair load (which will read your setup table). Do not forget to fill your setup table with all the historical data you need in transaction SBIW.

Problems with 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM IS and DS

I'm working on a project under BW 7.0 release. Actually,I'm facing a problem between standard 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM (IS and DS). I activated both of them from BC (IS and DS), but the IS is under 3.5 release and DS under 7.0 release. The problem is how I can take either IS from 3.5 to 7.0 or DS from 7.0 to 3.5 in order to have both objects in the same release, so that I can create a transter rule between them.
I really appreciate help any help you can give me.

Try T code se16 in BI..give table name RSOSFIELDMAP..next give OLTP source as 2LIS_11_VAHDR( Ur data source) in IOBJNM filed give ur respective target field name. This will give u the corresponding source field name....hope this helps

Sales Report problem with 2LIS_11_VAHDR, 2LIS_11_VAITM and other DS

Hi Experts,
I need your help in following topic. I have a requirement to build a big (overall) sales report in BI (NW2004s).
I would like to use BI Content because I'm running out of time and try to use all preconfigured stuff if possible.
In the requirement a bunch of fields of different SD DataSources are used (mostly 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM but also some fields of other Datasources).
In SE16 I know how to locate all the field in the tables VBAK, VBAP, KNA1, VBKD,
LIKP, VBRK and of course some texts. Some fields could already be located by me, others couldn't even be found in BI.
The difficulty I have is to bring all the DataSources together so that the data is displayed correct - even if there are redundant parts.
For example:
For sales orders the doc no, sales org, distr. channel (and a lot of other header data) should be displayed in each line together with item data such as item no., material code, quantity (and a lot of other item data). If an order has multiple items each item should be diplayed in one row in the report.
In the Query the report should look like a common table (e.g. as in an ALV Grid if you model a query with SQ01) --> a lot of columns.
I'm not sure if I should use one big DSO with multiple InfoSources or if I should create a MultiCube and add the BI DSOs 0SD_O03 (Orders) and 0SD_O01(Order Items).
I know this is a very common requirement in SD. Do you know how to combine the most common SD datasources that no issues come up?

Hi Horst,
Reporting on ODS / DSo is slow. I'm here at a cleint where we have lots of reports on SD_O01 and SD_O03. The best way to have good query performance is to build cubes on top of your ODS. Build a sales cube on top of SD_O03 with all fields and a billing cube on top of SD_O01. Load the data from your ODS to your new cubes. Then create a multipovider on top of both cubes, identify the keyfigures and characteristics required for your queries. Build the queries on top of the multiprovider.
You can display all items of a bill in one row if you choose drill-across for the irems in the query, instead of drill-down. So it looks for a standard SD report.

Problem in filling up the setup tables for 2LIS_11_VAHDR (All SD Data sources)

I have been trying to fillup the setup tables for SD datasources( Application-11 Ex:2LIS_11_VAHDR), but it was not allowing me to do that.
Below are the steps i have followed,
1.Deleted the setup tables using tcode-LBWG- Application-11
2.Cleared the queues in RSA7 and found 0 queues for 2LIS_11_VAHDR D.S by triggereing the I.P till it get zeroes.
3.Checked the data in RSA3-No data found.
4.Filling the setup tables using OLI7BW t-code, got a popu(Data for 2LIS_11_VAHDR has to still transfered)
Do i need clear all the queues for SD-Billings,Orders e.t.c since i have 8 data sources to be cleared apart from 2LIS_11_VAHDR .
Could you please suggest any other option to fillup the setup tables.

Did you run the infopackage twice pertaining to 2lis_11_vahdr.One for delta and another time for repeat delta.As delta queue will hold the records in repeat delta mode as well.
Also in case of Direct Delta --Data is transferred to Base tables and delta queue (RSA7) at the same time.So extraction queue (LBWG )and update tables(SM13) does not come into the picture.

Check in RSA3 if you are getting records then you should be able to get it to PSA and then ODS.
If not then replicate the data source activaet the transfer structure and again laod . This will help.

Check the same in extract checker.i.e RSA3 in source system. If you are geeting records then you should be able to laod the same to PSA and then to ODS. Else also you can check if the connection between 2 systems is up and running fine.

Problem Regarding Changes in field in Table VBAK

I am facing problem with data extraction for data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR. There is a field Request Delivery Date -VDATU, which was not picking data as the settings in Sales Order Creation were not set. Now the changes have been made while creation of sales document and the field is now geting populated in table VBAK.
This table feeds the data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR. But the changes have not been reflected while extracting data to BW while checking in RSA3. The field Delivery date (VDATU) is still empty and in Transfer rules there is formula written to derive Posting date based on Request Delivery date(VDATU) and Fisc year Variant.
The extraction ends with error saying problem in Formula for Fiscper3(posting Period).
Do I have to run the setup tables in order to reflect the changes in the Data
sources.
Suggest with suitable solution.

RSA3 picks data from set up tabel and since set up table is not refreshed since the new change done by you....... it will not bring the new data from the VBAK table...... but the old data from the set up table will be displayed in RSA3.
But in the delta in the BW you should get the records with the following filed populated since your old records will not change now but the new records will bring this change into BW.
If you want to see the data in RSA3 you will have to delete and fill the set up tables for that for the new data.

Connection Problem

I am new to SDN and my query is with regard to SAP BW / SAP R/3 connection. I checked in rsa1 source system right click and check and that worked fine for r/3 source system. And also checked sm59 in both r/3 and bw and found both the logical systems defined.
Now I started working with LO cockpit customization(lbwe screen). First maintained the extract structure for sales, then went deleted the setup tables and activated the data source. I started filling the setup tables and I get the message no activated extract structures available or no bw connection will be available.i used oli7bw and also tried using stand tcode sbiw for filling setup tables.
I am surprised becoz the extract structures and datasource 2lis_11_vahdr were active and green in colour. I am not able to run the job in job control. I hope i am clear. Pls tell me how to identify the basis problems and report the same to the appropriate persons. Or there is anything wrong from my side.

Symptom
Within an instance, you use the NetWeaver components of SAP ERP and BW.
When you execute transactions like to fill rebuild tables in Logistics, the system issues the termination message M2 630:
No extraction structure active or no BW connected
The connection test and the settings for the Myself source system are definitely correctly maintained.

Reason and Prerequisites
The problem is caused by a program error.
Prerequisites:
Within an instance, you are using the NetWeaver components of SAP ERP and BW. Thus, potential data loading processes are executed by using the Myself source system connection.
No other BW system is connected for data as a target system.
Cause:
Prior to NetWeaver, you could not operate ERP and BW in one common system. For this reason, the case that Logistics data need to be loaded into the same system for BW functions was not considered. The system as "source system" does not recognize that the system is connected as a "BW system".
Solution
To correct the problem, you need Service API 7.00 Support Package 08 or PI 2004.1 4.6C Support Package 13 in the affected source system. The attached composite SAP note informs you on which software components contain Service API 7.0 and lists the corresponding Support Packages of these components.
Alternatively, implement the attached program corrections.
In the BW system, you only need to implement the correction if the BW system is affected in its role as a source system for itselt (myself connection) or for another BW system.
Caution: Service API is an internal component. Therfore, it is not delivered separately but as a part of other software components: PI, CRM, PI_BASIS and several others. Thus, a composite SAP note is created for each SAPI correction note. This composite note describes which Support Packages of the above mentioned software components contain the SAPI correction. However, the composite SAP note will only be released when the corresponding SAPI Support Packages are released.

Problem in Monitor ('391 From 0 Records')

Hi Guys,
My standard extrator (2LIS_11_VAHDR) is extracting records properly.
When i am uploading the data to BW, data has added properly into the cube.
But in the monitor it is giving '391 From 0 Records' and always in yellow state.
I am waiting more than an hour, but now also same thing.
Can anyone give suggestion to overcome this problem?

Hi Vivek,
It is sometimes happens that, though the job is completed successfully it has still in yellow. Check in SM37 or SM50 or SM66 and see if the process is really completed or not. if so, you can change the status to green provided you make sure that the data is updated in data target and is also available for reporting.

DataSource 2LIS_11_VAHDR is not defined in the source system

I have a problem when I had activated the Data Source called 2LIS_11_VAHDR in ERP DEV and then put it in a request to be transfered to ERP Prod
Then I am using RSA3 I receive the following error
DataSource 2LIS_11_VAHDR is not defined in the source system
I tried to activate this data source several times in ERP Dev and send it to production without any success

I am sure you would have done these steps, but just a double-check.
1. RSA5 - Install the data source
2. RSA6 - Activate the data source
Check in LBWE if the data source is available.
All this will be captured in a transport request(s) - you may may have a Workbench request & a Customizing request.
Also, before transporting, please check in your target system whether the datasource is available or not (RSA5).
Further to the above, do a check in Dev for the following.
After activating it in RSA6, fill the setup tables for 2LIS_11_VAHDR - i.e. thru' transaction OLI7BW.
And check the data in RSA3.

Procedure for delta intialization of datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR

Missing records in 2LIS_11_VAHDR

Hello Everybody
In the outbound queue in LBWQ , I have one record concerning a modification of a header of a sales document. Ok.
When I run the job LIS-BW_APPLICATION-11_xxx to fill the Delta queue (RSA7), only 2LIS_11_VAITM is filled but not 2LIS_11_VAHDR....
This problem is only for specific type of sales document (AUART = 'ZSPE')....
Any idea ??

Go to transaction code LBWE and make sure the Extractor 2LIS_11_VAHDR is active, additionally review if you have marked an init load for 2LIS_11_VAHDR (you should see 2LIS_11_VAHDR on Delta queue-RSA7).

Is SAP 2LIS_11_VAHDR filled in real time

We have a problem with our extractors :
We have planned a chain to delta load data from that extractor right after our commands are integrated in our R3 system.
However the chain doesn't load anything.
If we re-launch it later it load those data.
Therefore my question is the following :
How long after I have updated/created my commands does it get info my SAP 2LIS_11_VAHDR and other related extractors.
Couln't find any clue either on SDN or documentation I have.

I don't want to initialize a delta queue.
What I want is to understand why, while my commands where integrated a 1:28 am in my R3 system, and that my process chain start at 1.38am didn't brought any of those new data.
But if we relaunch the process chain a 3am, then I got the new data.

RSA3 - 2LIS_11_VAHDR

Hello,
I have a record that posted into BW a long time ago. It is sales document 10000181. It is from datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR.
I go to RSA 3 and use that sales document as a selection criteria against datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR.
I do not get any results? Why would that be?
I have entered it with leading zero's as well and still no luck. I would have guessed that since it was extracted at some point from this datasource, that I would be able to extract it again.
Can anyone help me with an explanation?

Thanks for the reply, you cleared up a little of my confusion regarding this situation.
I had thought that you could always get data results from RSA3, I thought that RSA3 actually grabbed the record from the tables. Not just the setup tables, and the last delta to process.
So I should always be able to get data from RSA3 records that are in the setup tables, right? In regards to delta's I won't be able to see their data from in RSA3 unless it was the last delta, is that right?
hmmm, I am probably going to have to start over with the data loading for this....since I do have some 'mysterious' gaps (may be the result of some LBWQ problems a while back).
Any advice on the process of reloading/resetting up data from Application area 11 and 13? I am thinking that I will
1. Stop my hourly scheduled V3 job from running and ensure that I have no data in the RSA7 queues (the job that moves the data from the extraction queue to the Delta Queue).
2. Clear out all my data in BW, (that I am going to re extract)
3. I will then delete the setup tables on the R/3 side (apps 11 and 13)
4. I will then fill the setup tables (apps 11 and 13)
5. Once the setup tables are completely reloaded I will run my Delta Init's
6. Next I will schedule the V3 jobs to run (we use Queued Delta)
6. Finally I will reschedule my Delta Process chains
Does that sound sensible...have I missed or overlooked anything?
