2lis_11_vascl and 2lis_11_vaitm delta issues

Hi ALL,
I am pulling data from Sales order datasources like 2lis_11_vahdr, 2lis_11_vaitm, 2lis_11_vascl, 2lis_11_vasti and 2lis_11_vasth.
I have some problem with standard extractor of 2lis_11_vascl and 2lis_11_vaitm of not capturing the delta properly. I am currently analysing the issue.
Could any one please clear my below doubts.
1. When ever there is a change to schedule line 2lis_11_vascl to a sales order - does the header and item level also come as a delta?.
2. Secondly i find the delta is correctly captured in Item status datasource 2lis_11_vasti whereas i am missing many documents in item level details datasource 2lis_11_vaitm. Have any one faced this issue. Really finding it difficult to debug the standard extractor.
I could sense that i am missing documents in item level only for a particular item category(Third part order).
It would be great if anyone could explain the above two questions to clear my doubt.

2LIS_11_VASCL : This DataSource provides the BW with data from the Sales area and supplies the InfoSource
                                2AF_SD_SLS_1 with data. Extraction records are generated for the sales order event.
2LIS_11_V_SCL : This DataSource provides the BW with data from the Sales area and supplies the key figure Open Order
                              Quantity in the InfoSource 2AF_SD_SLS_2 with data. Extraction records are generated for the sales order
                               and delivery events.

Hi experts,
I am having problems with 2LIS_04_P_COMP and 2LIS_04_P_MATNR delta extraction.
I run the init, it is ok. I create an order and then I run DELTA expecting to get more record(s).
DELTA will bring no records. But if I delete set up tables LBWE, initialize them again, and then run the init again, the new records will be available.
Has someone had the same issue? I can't find the reason why the delta extraction does not bring the new records, if I don't re-setup the tables in LBWE.

In job control window I do not have the green check button, only the cancel (red cross). When I try to schedule the job it gives me an error "error creating a job", so only I can do is save a start date and periodicity in job parameters. Is this ok?!
I also wrote sap a message because I am trying to enhance it with two fields (they are in LBEW), but same happens... I just see a cancel button, never a green check to validate and accept. I have done all the recomendations. I put the message I wrote below hoping you can give me some insight on this issue:
am trying to do an enhancement to extractor 2LIS_04_P_COMP.
+I go to LBWE and select these 2 fields:

MCAFKO GMEIN UM básica
The problem is that in the selection window to select these fields from
pool (scroll down box) to selection criteria (scroll down box) the
button to accept these changes does not appear (I mean the button with
the green check). So it is impossible to add this fields to the
structure. Is there any reason for this not to appear?
I think I have done everything that was needed:
LBWG: delete setup tables for 04 (production application)
RSA7: delete 04 queues
LBWQ: delete 04 queues
LBWF: check for active maintenance logs (does not exist any)+
Some points already assigned.

Issue With R/3 Extractor 2LIS_13_VDITM and 2LIS_11_VAITM during Delta Updat

Hi all,
We are using 2LIS_13_VDITM and 2LIS_11_VAITM Datasources to upload sales overview cube directly as well as a custome ODS seperately using Direct Delta method.
Now first time upload was perfect(Initialization) but if any changes are made to the existing data or if any new entries are entered in the source system, R/3 extractor (2LIS_13_VDITM and 2LIS_11_VAITM) is not pulling those records.
Once we tried deleting SETUP table and reloaded it, extractor was able to pull the records but again the issue crops up for any new entries or changes made in source system.
This is stopping us from completing the project. So any suggestions the would help us solving the issue is most welcome.

Hi,
If you have selected the 'Queue delta' Update method for applications 11 and 13,then make sure that the "update" job is scheduled to move the data from LBWQ to RSA7. Once the data available in RSA7, you can execute the infopackage with delta load.
If you have selected the 'Direct delta' Update method for applications 11 and 13,then there is no need of "update" job to move the data from LBWQ to RSA7. Once the data available in RSA7, you can execute the infopackage with delta load.

Delta issue on a Generic Datasource

   I had a Generic Datasource on a Z table.
   The Z table had a Date field on which Delta is based.The Postings are performed manually.
How to solve the delta issue in the below scenario.
Ex; A user made a manual posting with a date 09AUG2010 today and delta is extracted to BW.
    But tommorow a used made another posting with a date 14JULY2010....
Currently that record is not being extracted....how can i resolve this

Hi,
Once the data source is created you will extract the data till that date and as the delta is set it will fetch the newly updated records .But i dont think one can post with the back dates in R/3 side.
If i'm not wrong if you are asking regarding record got missed out them wht need to be done?
Then do the repair full request and pull the missed delta records and it wont effect the delta settings.

GI quantity Delta issue with 2LIS_02_SCL

We are facing delta issue in the BI Prod. Hence to look into the issue, performed few steps in Test environment to check whether delta is performing or not. Mentioned below are the steps which are carried :
1. BW Setup
a. Deletion of queues for Purchasing data in ECC
b. Data collection of purchasing documents for March 1 u2013 March 31 in ECC
c. Deletion of source system initialization in BW
d. Loaded collected data into SAP as delta initialization
Result - OK
2. ECC data entry
a. Created PO #5052422, intracompany STO from DDP1 to USC1
i. 1 line item (qty 5) with two schedule lines (qty 2 & 3)
3. First delta run
a. BW brings over 2 schedule lines for PO #5052422
Result - OK
4. ECC data entry
a. Created PO #5052423, intercompany from DDP1 (USC1) to IRP3 (BV11)
i. 1 line item (qty 5) with two schedule lines (qty 2 & 3)
5. Second delta run
a. BW brings over 2 schedule lines for PO #5052423
Result - OK
6. ECC data entry

Good afternoon Rehka,
I believe that it is correct that the GL change you mention will not trigger a delta on the BW side. This functionality appears to be missing.
If you check in LBWE you will see that the EVENTS for 02: Purchasing -> MC02M_0SCL include the following:
MA: Purchase order
MB: Goods receipt
MC: Invoice receipt
MD: Scheduling agreement
The event associated with a Goods Issue is ML and not included in the list of events for this structure. This is the standard behavior.
I checked and I was unable to find a datastructure that does handle event ML. From what I see the only way to do this is through a custom datasource.

Delta Issue in Generic data source

HI all ,
    I have a HR generic data source .which extracts only two records ffrom the source for so many days during delta.
   I checked in RSA3 .It shows 16000 records nearly. I did init without data transfer and then delta,still it picks onlys same 2 records .
   Delta setting in RSO2 is Numeric pointer with new status for changed records with field name as"cheque number"
   In BWdatasourceExtraction tab--Deltaprocess is AIE After Image by extractor.Iam not able to choose any other delta process type as it is built from R/3 .I think because of this process type.
anybody faced the same problem .. I tried many ways.. please guide me how to solve. this issue.

                    I checked RSA7 now and I found the problem .In RSA7 the pointer for cheque number is 991749. The delta record created has cheque number 005409 which is lesser than the pointer ,thats why the record is not picking i guess.
       now ,If this is the case ,How can I give delta field.The generic datasource is built on only one table PAYR ,and having cheque number and other fields as keys in the table PAYR.Date is not a key in the table. Please help how to proceed

Sales Header and Item integration issues.

If I integrate 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM into an ODS:
Issues:
1) If I make my SO # as a Key Field: then I cannot capture all my item level details since they will be overwritten as the key is just SO #.
2) If i make both SO # and SO Item # as key fields: I can capture all my item details with out any problem since VAITM will have both SO # and SO Item # but how do I capture specifically header details as header DS does not have SO Item #

0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H delta issue (returning 0 records)

Hello experts,
I was wondering is someone faced the issue I'm about to describe? The problem looks like this: standard extractor 0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H doesn't load deltas. It does full loads perfectly though.
I have tried deleting initialization for the source in the InfoPackage, re-initialize, create new service request and run delta once again to see if it will be picked up. This approach didn't help.
Bdocs on CRM side look OK: all Bdocs with type BUS_TRANS_MSG in smw01 are green. Delta queue in RSA7 is green, but it always has 0 records (even when I create new Service Requests or change existing ones). 0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H is active in BWA5 and in BWA7 (although in BWA7 check box Queue exists is not checked).

0FI_GL_6 Delta issue

Hi friends!
I'm having some issue with 0FI_GL_6. It was initialized correctly but in sucesive deltas it gets 0 records when it shouldn´t. I've read a note (619454) wich talks about the same problem.
We are on BI7.0 and the source system is a 4.6B, could you tell me if that note is the solution?.

Let me also brief you more what we did previously.
We were doing following things couple of days back earlier and delta worked.
1.Init with data transfer
2.delta
and delta was running smoothly and picks up data regularly.
After that, we manually changed the ROOSOURCE table for safety interval to 3600 seconds ( if you please know the OSS Note to change the safety interval, pls pass on ).
After the changes to ROOSOURCE table, we tried with the below approach,
1.Full Update
2.Init w/o data transfer
3.delta
This time, delta doesn't bring any data(0 records ) and it doesn't have any timestamp entries in BWOM2_TIMEST.
Can you please tell me , 0 records could me because we did
Full first, Init w/o data transfer after the full update and then delta?
I will assign full points if i resolve this issue.

Gmail/Exchange email and calendar syncing issues

I have wiped my email accounts several times and entered in my data in the various ways as shown through the forums but my email accounts do no sync properly whether it is manual or active synced.
I read my emails in my gmail and my Microsoft exchange account and will delete or file them away but then when I check my accounts on my desktop, they are not synced as I've done so on my phone. I've also noticed that my calendars are not synced correctly either.
Could someone help me understand why and how these issues can be fixed? I'm in meetings for most of the day so I rely on my phone to keep me mobile. Was this a bad purchase?!?!

My experience with Apple TV and HDMI/HDCP issues

I am convinced that it is the software update to 4.2.2 from 4.2.1 that is causing this issue. All forms of applications only worked once for me and then it reverted back to HDCP issues. I read several postings everywhere including plenty at Apple's forum and AVS where people were very frustrated with this HDCP issues. Anyways, here is what I did before taking it back to Apple store....I bought AUVIO high speed cables from Radio Shack which is rated very high and tried that and I still got HDCP issues when using NetFlix or AirPlay from iPad. Youtube from Apple TV always worked well without HDCP complaints.
I packed everything back and took it to Apple Store (you can return without re-stocking fee up to 14 days from the day of purchase). After 14 days, you cannot even return it and you can ONLY fix it. I waited for a Technician. They heard my complaints but didn't refute any of it (possibly because they have had numerous complaints on this product). It took 5 minutes inside for them to test and see similar issues with the box that I had. So, they have swapped it for a new box. Before I left the store, I checked the settings including software version and Audio/Video settings in the Apple TV that is connected at the store. I found three main differences none of which the Apple customer service staff agreed could be the reason for my problems (surprise!!)
1. The software update from the shelf and the one they were using was NOT updated to 4.2.2 (it was still running 4.2.1)
2. Because of the software update, the Audio/Video setting for HDMI had the options to toggle between Auto, RGBy, RGBhi & RGBlo bandwidth. I believe this was in place to make the HDMI interface output as component with higher or lower bandwidth but the newer update will ONLY give you the Auto option (!!!)
3. They had this directly Ethernet wired and not through Wireless network and were recieving the all the full bar strength signals. On the box that I returned, eventhough I have 18 Mbps speed at the house (any given time of the day), the Network speed test was taking a long time. Moreover, after the Apple TV network test, it doesn't spit out the outcome of the tests (a BIG bummer and useless for testing).
Anyways, I took the new box and hooked it up directly to my SONY BRAVIA XBR3 TV to one of the HDMI ports, disabled the feature to send or recieve data to Apple directly and did NOT update the software. It worked fine and have tested all of the options. From what I have read so far (I have only spent 30 hours of my weekend on this when Apple product hookups are supposed to take 5 minutes ONLY), there is NO guarantee that it will work continuously as people have had things work on them for 6 months and then suddenly have the HDCP issues.
Will wait to see....if it continues to work....

I figured it out. Had to go to general settings on the main screen and restart. Synch of audio is much better.

(Clearly i'm not alone in this problem, although i think i figured out what's going wrong a little more than he did...read on!)
his solution, to put mainstage in jump mode, is very unsatisfactory to me, as it bounces all of a sudden to drastically different settings.
basically, my analysis is that my controller is NOT receiving MIDI date from mainstage. in other words, mainstage knows what my controller is doing, but my controller doens't know what mainstage is doing.
let's say i turn the knob all the way to the right ... 127...and the virtual fader goes to the right like it's supposed to.
now...next...let's say i change to a different patch, where that same VIRTUAL fader is not at the max clockwise position..maybe it's only at 1pm. now when i turn the physical knob to the RIGHT, the midi data is still at 127 on the controller! it didn't "reset" to sync up with the new level (say 80 or so) setting on the new patch. so i can't increase that new setting of 80 by continuing to turn the knob to the right. i have to turn it all the way to zero,...and then continue PAST zero until the controller thinks that IT is at 0...at that point the controller and mainstage are in agreement, and things work fine....so bascially, the keyboard thinks the level is at max...but mainstage thinks the level is at 1pm.
i am using Logic 9, and i have a macbook pro 2.9 Ghz I7 with 8 gigs of memory and OS X 10.8.4

interesting and an imporatant issue at sales order schedule line.
i created a sales order with 10 qty.and the system proposed a two schedule lines.
let's say to order created date is 27.11.2008.and the requested delivery date is 27.11.2008.
but the stock is not available today then the system proposed two more schedule lines apart from the 27.11.2008.so now there are three schedule lines like below.
schedule line date                      Material availabilyt date   delivery date
27.10.2008 with zero quantity.
28.10.2008 with 5 qty.                28.10.2008                     29.10.2008
02.10.2008 with 5 qty.                02.10.2008                     03.10.2008
now the delivery and pgi already for the schedule line 28.10.2008.
then when i run the availability check on 01.11.2008 system is over writing the material vailability date as today at the scheduleline number two.
now i can able to view only two schedule lines only.

now my concern when we reschedule the avalability check it should notchange the Material availability date of the schedule line which i already delivered.

Oh boy! Acting kind of weird seems to be an understatement, aquaequus!
What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.
