I am Activating BI Content in Transfer Rules I am getting following error.
But this Datasource available in 400 Client, But still I am getting this error.
DataSource 2LIS_12_VCITM does not exist in source system GQACLNT400 of version A
Can you please provide me ASAP......

Please check in your source system whether the datasource is in active version or in modified version.

Adding a new field to 2LIS_12_VCITM

Hi Gurus,
I have a standard extractor 2LIS_12_VCITM, the R/3 functional team decided to use to field EXIDV2 instead of EXIDV for tracking. now EXIDV is present in the extractor but since they r using EXIDV2, I need to add that field in this extractor.
Can anyone please tell me the steps in detail as to how do i go about adding the fields,
I went to RSA6 -->function enhancement but I am stuck there.
ANy help would be great and points assured.

Hi All,
I wanted to know which ODS or Cube is generally used for loading data from 2LIS_12_VCITM DataSource. I want the following fields in ODS or Cube
1. Delivery - VBELN
2.Delivery Item - POSNR
3. Reference Order - VGBEL
4. Reference Order Item - VGPOS
5. Batch - CHARG
6. Individual Delivery Qty - LFIMG
7. Description - ATKTX

New deltas are not posted to BI from datasource:2LIS_12_VCITM

Hi All,
recently we integrated new sales organisation to our datasource: 2LIS_12_VCITM,but the data is not coming from this datasource:2LIS_12_VCITM
to BI system.this data is not coming to BI system,but data is available in r/3 tables: likp and lips tables. daily we are loading deltas to our bi system.Could you please provide us the table at r/3 side where i can check the settings of this datasource:2LIS_12_VCITM.

try checking in RSA3 once...
go to lbwe....rsa5 ...install it again...then in LBWE ...Click on Inactive...generate ur datasource again...save it.. and make it ACTIVE....
Now replicate the datasource...now it will prompt u to generate TRANSFER rules......It should generate
I faced it couple of days before....I solved it in the same manner....
Some times ...the datasource will not generate correctly and will throw that error.... if possible check ur fields in the Maintenance and Datasource generation......
Also check authorizations if it fails again.....SU53......

No records in DataSource 2LIS_12_VCITM

Hi,
I need to extract sales data from R/3 to BW. Probably this data could be extracted with a standard extractor (DataSource 2LIS_12_VCITM ). I try to check, if it is the right extractor in rsa3 (in my source system). My problem is that I receive 0 records, but there are some data records for orders and deliverys in my source system.
Does anybody know what the problem could be or where I can find some information how this extractor works?

Sales District problem inn 2LIS_12_VCITM as its available in datasource

Dear All.
i have modify the standard cube 0SD_C03 and added a Sales District in Organization dimension my requirement is to show the Incoming order quantity, Delivery quantity and Billing Quantity with respect to Sales District / Region.
i am filling the 0SD_C03 cube with the following data sources 2LIS_11_VAITM, 2LIS_12_VCITM and 2LIS_13_VDITM
but when i run the report the data is inconsistency due to the document type Deliveries does not filling the Sales District.
when i check the RSA3 extractor program both the other datasource are showing the Sales District data but 2LIS_12_VCITM is not displaying the Sales District field but this field is available in the datasource.
i try alot because according to the documentation it is quite straight that data source 2LIS_12_VCITM contain the Sales District field and it is available in LBWE.
it is not showing in the RSA3 extractor and nor filling the cube.
i am using BI7.0 and connecting with SAP 4.7.
any help will be highly appreciated.

i haven't change the extractor i only change the InfoCube 0SD_C03 by adding the Sales District characteristic the field sales district already there in the datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM i can see it in R/3 using LBWE.
but when i load this datasource in my cube there is all data but the filed sales district is empty and this is only for this datasource the other two datasources fill the data along with sales district field.
then i check this datasource in RSA3 in R/3 side and it also not showing the data for this field, but this filed is part of the datasource.
i hope i have clear the question.

2LIS_12_VCITM populates the same Shipping Point and Receiving Plant

Hi Gurus,
We are using 2LIS_12_VCITM extractor which answers all delivery-related requirements. However when I checked the data in RSA3, Shipping Point and Receiving Plant are the same. So I checked some sample deliveries in table LIKP and it shows the correct shipping point and receiving plant (which are different to each other). I checked VL03N and table LIKP is giving the correct shipping points and receiving plants. Receiving Plant or LIKP-WERKS and Shipping Point or LIKP-VSTEL. My question is how this happened? Consequently, when I initialized in BW, shipping point and receiving plants are the same which should not be.

The data for the 2LIS_12_VCITM is not just sourced by LIKP (Delivery Header), but by LIPS (Delivery Item) too.
Plant, in this extractor, is sourced by LIPS-WERKS instead of LIKP-WERKS. The receiving plant is LIPS-UMWRK. If you require this data, you will have to enhance the structure and create the User Exit code in tcode CMOD to extract that particular data.

Deleted Records in 2LIS_12_VCITM

deleted records in delivery document are not collected by 2LIS_12_VCITM .

Have you run V3 collector job in SAP R/3 after deletion of records in delivery document. You may feel this as stupid question but I have seen people complaining about no delta without running v3 collector job in R/3.

Copy 2LIS_12_VCITM Extractor

Hi, I need to extract the Inbound Deliveries from Table LIKP. Is there a way to copy this extract and modify it so that it only extracts the Inbound Deliveries(Type EL)?
Has anyone ever done this before?

I had the exact same problem with 2LIS_12_VCITM. It does not extract inbound deliveries. More specifically, after some diligent debugging, I discovered the section of code in the LIS setup table program RMCVNEUL that causes any deliveries configured (SPRO -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Deliveries -> Define Delivery Types) as Document Category '7' (Delivery/shipping notification) or 'g' (Rough Goods Receipt (only IS-Retail)) not to be written to the setup. This is in report RMCVNELV2, function call to 'MCV_STAFO_COMPUTE_DELIVERY', line "CHECK t_likp-vbtyp NA '7g'."
I even contacted SAP via a customer message in Support Portal, and they confirmed for me that indeed 2LIS_12_VCITM does not support these delivery types. Their only suggestion was to look into the GR-PO related DataSources, such as 2LIS_02_CGR, 2LIS_02_SCN, and 2LIS_02_SGR. Although these DataSources will not provide the exact fields you will need to extract from LIKP/LIPS, maybe you can use the fact that a delta is triggered on the PO (i.e. if you get a confirmation on the Purchase Order every time an Inbound Delivery is created) and extend these DataSources through the custom enhancement to include your delivery fields?

Missing delivery information in 2LIS_12_VCITM

Please let me know how to check particular sales order details data in 2LIS_12_VCITM delivery data source. my problem here is I am missing delivery data coming from 2LIS_12_VCITM to one of the dso IN BW side. so i need to find out weather particular sales order having the delivery information or not in source system.

Check in the R/3 tablesLIKP and LIPS for the delivery information.
Make a note of the the missing deliveries and resetup them and reload to BW.
You can aslo check from sales order with the tcode Va03. display sales order and goto environment --> document changes
where you can see the sales order attached to delivery info.

Not getting data added to IC for 2LIS_12_VCITM

I am loading datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM to a sales InfoProvider. I got the number of records transferred to BW is 1174, but the number of records added is 0. Has anyone come across this and can advise on how to fix this?

Hi,
It is the prblem with Industory sector setting missing in R/3.
So you need to do 2 settings in r/3 before filling the set uptable :
1) Industory sector selcetion
2) tick mark for BW in BF11 Tcode.
Search the forums with BF11 for more information.

DTP can Not extract data of date field from PSA to Target DSO

Hi everyone.
I enhanced several fields in datasource "2LIS_12_VCITM". that is date field "BLDAT" and another date type fields.
The data of date type fields are extracted very well from datasource to PSA.
But only field "BLDAT" among them are NOT extracted from PSA to target DSO.
Another date type fields is good. but only "BLDAT" field is empty.
I added "BLDAT" later than another date fields.
Is that the reason??
I don't know why.
Let me know the solution. pls~~~~

This solution refers to note 925941 and should be solved in SPS10.

We are Transferring 2LIS_13_VDITM Datasource---->> 0SD_CO3 Infocube .
After Data Replication ,
1. Data Transferred to PSA .
2. During Transformation Creation Manuel Mapping is performed . Activated .
3. During DTP Creation Only Following Warning Messages Occur , Status s not Transferred to Green .
Data is not coming Cube , No Error Messages. (Totally 29000 Records have to transfer to BI Cube)
Warning Messages are,
1.No Message: Write to Fact table.
2.No Message:Infocube Update Completed .

Fields BWGEO, BWGEOO, BWGVP, BWGVO, BWNETWR, BWMNG, etc. of DataSources 2LIS_02_SCL, 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM, 2LIS_40_REVAL are not filled.
This may lead to the following:
The system does not perform any update into an InfoCube (for example: 0RT_C*, 0PUR_C01, 0CP_PURC1 and so on), even though data arrives in BW.
This occurs with the following InfoSources:
2LIS_02_SCL, 2LIS_02_ITM
2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM
2LIS_40_REVAL
With some restriction, this symptom also occurs with the following InfoSources if they are used in connection with retail or consumer products. (InfoCube: 0RT_* or 0CP_* ).

Reason and Prerequisites
The process key (0PROCESSKEY and 0BWAPPLNM) of the InfoSources has not been filled. As a result, no key figures are updated because of the update routine of the participating InfoCube and along with it no records are inserted into the InfoCube. In each update routine, the system checks the content of the PROCESSKEY. If this field has no contents, then no data is written into the InfoCube because of the IF condition in the update rules.
Solution
So that you can work in the above mentioned InfoSources, you MUST activate the determination of the process key. This is done with the help of Transaction MCB_ which you can find in the OLTP IMG for BW (Transaction SBIW) in your attached R/3 source system.
Here you can choose your industry sector. 'Standard' and 'Consumer products' are for R/3 standard customers, whereas 'Retail' is intended for customers with R/3 Retail only.
You can display the characteristics of the process key (R/3 field BWVORG, BW field 0PROCESSKEY) by using Transaction MCB0.
If you have already set up historical data (for example for testing purposes) by using the setup transactions (Statistical Setup Programs) (for example: Purchasing: Tx OLI3BW, material movements: OLI1BW) into the provided setup tables (for example: MC02M_0SCLSETUP, MC03BF0SETUP), you unfortunately have to delete this data (Tx LBWG). After you have chosen the industry sector by using MCB_, perform the setup again, so that the system fills a valid transaction key for each data record generated. Then load this data into your connected BW by using 'Full update' or 'Initialization of the delta process'. Check, whether the system updates data into the involved InfoCubes now.
If all this is not successful, please see Note 315880, and set the application indicator 'BW' to active using Transaction 'BF11'.
