What happens when you try? Any messages?
Do other devices connect to the internet by the same router?
Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Are wifi bands showing?

- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

This is could be due to the cookie settings update that was made with iOS7.
Try the following:
1) Kill the iTunes App (if running in background)
2) Goto Settings/Safari/Block Cookies
3) Select 'Never' or 'From Third Parties and advertisers'
4) Launch iTunes App again
See if that addresses the issue.

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

i can't access the itunes store on my pc using windows 7. it works on my home computer but my pc allows me to download shows

I wasted a lot of time doing the same this worked for me:
I found a solution posted from Rodfromnework for PC users. It worked for me and easy to do.
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in:
Netsh winsock reset
Hit enter, restart PC, open iTunes, go to Store
Hope it works for you too.

Why can't I access iTunes from my new iPod touch?

I have my new iPod touch for three days now. I got it on Christmas December 25, 2013. iTunes is working fine up until yesterday(December 27, 2013) Every time I try to open iTunes it says feature is no supported and then under that it says this feature is no longer supported and then has an okay button. I tested it and iTunes on my mom's iPhone works perfectly fine. I would like to purchase some new music. Can anyone tell me why it says "this feature no longer supported"? Please help!

I can only get mail when I log into my MobileMe account. When I click on the Mail Icon on my desktop,
my Mailboxes are all empty. Was working fine until I changed my iTunes password earlier today.
I'm also getting an error message in iCal: "the server doesn't recognize your username or password."

Hi apple, I can't watch video unless I use 3g service of mobile, there is no problem in viewing pages or downloading but i couldn't open video by wifi anywhere.

I unable to watch all videos via wi-fi but there is no problem via 3g and there are no error messages.the issue of outlook is not important for now but there are one new problem that is in bold text function. when I use the function, The text of keyboard is not bold.
