You put both the .7z and the .exe in the same folder. Run the .exe (double-click it) and it will automatically unzip the file and start the setup program for you.

How do I download digital photoshop elements 11 purchased on amazon to 2nd computer?

I purchased a digital copy of photoshop elements 11 and adobe premiere 11 elements from amazon. I have registered them with Adobe. But, When I log in to Adobe, though I see them under my registered products, I don't see anywhere I can download these products again. I have a license to load them on two computers where only one of them can be used at a time.
How do I get a copy of photoshop or premier to my other computer?

So... you downloaded a digital copy from Amazon... why would Adobe have a download link for you, since you did not buy directly from Adobe?
Why don't you just download again... from Amazon?
Or... since you should ALWAYS write digital downloads to CD/DVD to be able to reinstall (1) just pop your CD/DVD in the other computer and install from there
(1) When you write your digital download to CD/DVD, also write a TEXT file containing your serial number to the same CD/DVD

Installation problem with Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10

I purchased in a package Photoshop Elements 10 as well as Premiere Elements 10. It comes with 5 disc....When I install the first disc it does not ask for the 2nd disc once the first disc is done. When the first one was done the option was hit finish and I did and that was it. It did not request the next disc. What do I do?

I have to say that for a reputable company such as Adobe, the instructions for download are totally non existent. The download for purchases on line are controlled by Digital River. I had problems with downloading as the link on the email confirming my purchase didn't work finally found the url link by pasting the email in Front Page and reading the source.
When I finally got through I was advised by the Digital River customer service that I had had too many attempts at downloading the software. When I sent a mail to CS at Digital I received this reply:
"Unfortunately, we do not handle the customer service for Adobe Systems,
Inc. Home. Please contact them directly with your request through one of
the following methods:
Customer Service URL: http://www.adobe.com/ap/support
Customer Service Phone: If available, the regional numbers will be
listed at the URL above.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
I have now run around the adobe site trying to find a way to download the products, but no joy so far.
I tried to get customer serice to call me back , but this service is not available for my country, Thailand.
The final way I am told is to make a call to the customer service at the number listed on my confirmation email.
I already called this number (which I believe I have to pay for) and spent some 10 minutes on the line to what I believe was someone located in India who said he would send me a link for downloading the software.
As they say in the song .... I'm still waiting!!!!!
Adobe, shame on you. Please get your act together. Why can't you handle your own customer service rather than sub contract it out. You charge enough for the product which more than covers the cost

Installation Problem With Photoshop Elements 7

I am trying to install Photoshop elements 7 on a PC running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1, 64-bit.
I also have Norton software, so disabled the virus protection, firewall etc for the installation as per the Readme file.
The installation appears to progress OK after entering the serial number of the product, then after a minute or so I get "Error 2902. Operation ixoFileCopy called out of sequence".
The installation then unwinds itself and stops.
Any suggestions?

Hi all I needed to format my computer and so need to reinstall photoshop elements which I purchased online. The serial number is in my account but not the installation file to download.. so can't find file to install anywhere and the email address I received from adobe in first place is no longer in use it appears ([email protected])

Silent installation of Adobe Photoshop element 10

I installed Adobe Photoshop Element 10 without silent installtion. then following products are installed.
1.Element 10 organiser
2.Adobe Air
3. Adobe Community Help
4.Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser
5.Adobe Photoshop Element10
These 5 products installed
But when i installed the application with silent call then "Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser" this product not getting installed.
In following way i installed yhe package:
1. Create an “application.xml.override” file:
2. Paste the following code into Notepad.

7. Save a copy of the file to the root of the “Adobe Photoshop Elements 10” folder and to the root of the “ElementsOrganizer” folder in the “Adobe Photoshop Elements 10” folder copied in Step 1.
8. (Optional) Open the Setup.ini file from the “Adobe Photoshop Elements 10” folder copied in Step 1 in Notepad and change it as follows:
9. Set DISABLEEMSFEATURES to 1. A value of 1 (DISABLEEMSFEATURES=1) turns off the Photoshop.com membership features.
10. Set DISABLEOLSFEATURES to 1. A value of 1 (DISABLEOLSFEATURES=1) disables retail online services and to display available educational online services.
11. Save the Setup.ini file and close Notepad.

So please suggest that why the Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser is not getting installed by Silent call.

I have a 32-bit operating system. I was able to install Elements 11 using the setup.exe file but would like to deploy to 60 computers silently using Altiris or SCCM.

This works on my 64bit Windows 7 machines but not on 32bit.

Installation old version Photoshop Elements 4.0 Windows 7, IE 4.0 required, what if you have IE 11.0

I have an old Version of Photoshop Elements 4.0 on CD and used it long time on Win XP, now i use Win 7.1 and need a new installation.
Worked till i was asked after Internetexplorer 4.0 was required, and i have IE 11.0 - that is higher - and the Install stopped and doesn't go further.
How can i install it? IE 6 or 7 won't work with Win7.
Any ideas? Will not buy another PSE, for my business it's good.

You might try XP mode if you have the right version of Windows 7:

Installation de Premiere & Photoshop Elements 13

Bonjour,
J'ai pu télécharger sans problème les fichiers de Premiere & Photoshop Elements 13 en version Windows 32 bits.
Ensuite pour procéder à l'installation sur mon PC, je clique sur le fichier "Set-up.exe" et l'initialisation du programme d'installation démarre correctement.
Puis, un écran "Bienvenue" s'affiche, je clique sur "Installer - J'ai acheté le logiciel"
Puis, j'ai un écran "Se connecter" où je renseigne mon ID Adobe et mon mot de passe et je clique sur "Se connecter".
Mais, après cela, je reste indéfiniment sur cet écran de connexion, il mouline pendant des heures mais plus rien ne se passe.
Avez-vous une solution à me proposer ?

if you downloaded both the exe and 7z files to the same directory, double click the exe.

Cannot finish the installation of Purchased Photoshop Elements 12, getting error message

After downloading a payed-for Photoshop Elements 12 , I have been trying to installl it, everything seems to work until near the end, when I get an error message and the process is rolling back.
