2nd post. First one was deleted - iOS 7 has pretty much bricked my 64gb iphone. Any fix?
The title says it all. My phone has become fairly useless since around October when I "updated" to iOS 7. I seriously can't text lose my contacts my phone won't work and apps constantly shut down. What am I to do?
Start with the standard troubleshooting steps.
Reboot the phone
Restore the phone (and your backup)
Restore your phone as new (do NOT restore your backup).
Test after each step.
Something was most likely corrupted when you updated. That corruption may very well be contained in your backup. You will most likely have to set it up as a new phone and re-sync your apps and data (without restoring your backup) to correct the problem.

Like I said I tryed to make another library, I did what Itunes told me to do but it only erased the library I had and made a new one. So I did it again but I now have duplicates of every song. How do I get my it back to the way it was, before I tried to make a second library?
C:\Users\Cheye\Music\iTunes should be the original library. You should be able to connect to it as follows.
Close iTunes, wait a few seconds, click the icon that starts iTunes and immediately press and hold down the shift key. Keep holding until asked to choose or create a library. Click choose and browse to the file C:\Users\Cheye\Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl.
Depending upon exactly what you did this has either restored your library, or done absolutely nothing at all. That was the reason for asking you to check using the script.
Assuming you still have a library full of dupes there are a number of ways to go. I've written a script called DeDuper which can help remove unwanted duplicates which I discuss in some detail in this thread. While it should work it will be ideal if it discards the copies that are outside the media folder C:\Users\Cheye\Music\iTunes\iTunes\iTunes Media. I've a feeling it will do exactly that, but it depends in part on exactly you got into this mess. It would be worth doing a few sample runs of just a few sets of duplicate files first.

Hello, I just activated another iphone4 on my account and it is now linked to my other iphone. If I delete a contact on one it deletes it on the other. Does anyone know how to fix?
One of the phones can keep the current account; on the one that will be moving go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The other phone will not be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account on this phone using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account. At this point you will have two different iCloud accounts, one for each phone, with identical data on them.
You will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the unwanted data (such as deleting the original phone's contacts from the new phone's account, and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each phone. -

Troubleshooting a start up script can be difficult. There are some third party programs that also keep logs of start up programs, however for Firefox this may be different.

In the control panel there is also Administrative tools to view event logs, but this may be something a local technician can walk you through. -
That's pretty much what I would like to know so I can stop trying to make endless corrections when Itunes wants to entertain me with Blink 182. I would way that any personalized radio service that means serious business and wants to extend beyond the hit crowd needs an equallly serious algorithm to edit the music.
Unfortunately, the message pretty much says it all.
What it does not tell you is that your Time Machine backups are corrupted and Time Machine cannot repair them, so it wants to delete your entire backup file and start with a new one.
I'm afraid that AppleCare will tell you the same thing, but it's worth checking with them to see if there are any new developments in this regard for this puzzling issue which affects a small percentage of users.
Please post back on your findings if you pickup some additional useful information when you speak to Apple. -

I've had no problems with my episodes appearing on iTunes. However, when I just uploaded the 11th episode, the first episdoe no longer appears in the iTunes store.
The first e[pisode was called "The first episode". The second episode is "Illegal colors."
I've checked the enclosure tag for the first episode and have pinged my podcast.
Please help. (But if you write out instructions please write them as if I am a three year old as I have NO IDEA what relays, and syndication, and other things are.)Whatever method you are using to make your podcast is set to show only ten episodes in the feed, so from the eleventh onwards it will delete old ones to make way for new ones. There will probably be a setting somewhere where you can specify how many podcasts to show: as far as the podcasting process itself is concerned there is no limit and probably there isn't with your method.

How to enter printer code into new eprint acount. first acount was deleted. (photosmart 7510)
I eneterd my printer code into my eprint account, then mistakenly deleted the account. I set up a new account, but now I can't add the printer. I get the message "invalid code". The printer is a photosmart 7510.
You may need to disable and then enable Web Services from your printer to get a new printer code and then register that code.

You are selecting the images from the Previous Import collection, go to the folder where the images are contained, e.g. probably in Associate Laptop in your case because all the other entries in Folders have ? which means they aren't there.
After going to the folder (you can also right-click on one image and select 'Go to Folder in Library' if you don't know where it is) then select the images again and LR/Enfuse will process them BUT not from the 'Previous Import' collection. -
Just as it says in the description. I've looked through solutions for similar issues, but to no avail.
A funny thing is that in the "restore tabs" window that appeared after I tried to start Firefox again, it listed a number of my tabs among other blank tabs (of course they were not originally blank). None of these actually showed up, however. Confusing.HI toothandclaw,
When you restored the window and clicked on the tabs that were blank, did the page show up? It could be that you have the do not load tabs until selected preference on. This can be changed in the Options/Preferences Menu.
However since the session is blank, it could also be that Firefox did not close properly because of a crash or a force quit. How did you quit Firefox before the session looked like this? Could you also show a screenshot? -
i updated to ios 6 on the 19th. i went into echofon and tried to save a photo and it asked me to grant echofon access to my photos. Without thinking, I said no. I realize now that inorder to save photos, I have to grant this access but I can't figure it out. I have deleted the app and re-installed it. I have searched the web and everything possible place on the phone itself hoping i could change it or something. But I can't find anything. Their website is of no help at all. Anybody got any ideas!?!?

IPad 2 (Wi-Fi) iOS 5.1 black screen crash to home regularly, any fix?
This iPad has likely not been backed up recently, so I'm hoping to not have to restore the client's device. Any known solutions?
To understand what I mean by crash: regardless of what Im doing (Settings, Apps, Web, Mail) the device will often just black screen (no apple logo) for half a second, then go to the home screen quitting whatever you were doing; I've turned off the device completely, and also tried force quitting all the apps.
Disregard below, it's actually iPad 2 iOS 5.1 (client device, not mine).You may have turned it off but did you reboot the iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I have the latest ipod nano (7th gen, 16gb) and I use it mostly on bluetooth. When the battery dies during use with the Bluetooth it doesn't take a charge, the battery doesn't turn on and of course the computer doesn't even acknowledge that it's plugged in. This is my second nano in just over a month, the same thing happen with the first one. I just want to know if their is a way to fix this so I don't have to keep sending it in? Or maybe pay the difference to upgrade to a touch?
If the battery has been completely depleted on the Nano (not really a good idea) then it is going to take 15 to 30 minutes before your computer can see it. Same thing will happen with an iPod Touch.

Ipad2: Imovie was deleted, re-install doesn't show original created movies
My daughter had created a number of movies in iMovie on the iPad. Our first one was dropped and I took it to the Apple store and they replaced it (Thank You, Apple store Pioneer Square!!!!)
When I plugged the new one in, it re-installed everything, including all the movies that my daughter created, just as if it was the first iPad we had.
Now, my other daughter(#2) just deleted iMovie, and when I re-installed it, it's like a new program, none of the movies daughter #1 created are on there.
Seems like they must be on my computer if they re-installed on the new iPad after the first was broken. Should I click "restore"? Does that bring it back to factory specs or to the last backup?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Note: I've searched for this answer on my own for quite awhile now, through norums and Apple help, with no luck.If via iTunes on your computer you restore to the last backup then you will get whatever was stored in that backup back on the iPad - so anything that you've changed on the iPad since the backup was made will be removed from the iPad. You will need all the relevant apps on your computer's iTunes for the restore to work, as a backup contains an app's data and content, but not the actual apps themselves (so for the restore to work iTunes needs access to the apps so that it can install them and therefore their content).

If you archived (deleted) permanently, then using archival history only, you can check I guess.

Hi Go to Settings Restore to Factory, Settings. This will get rid of any bugs. Use same Apple id & password then you will get all your Apps, & Data back. I do a Restore, every 2 months or so it speeds, iphone & ipad up a bit. Cheers Brian

Audio books are only partial, I can't get the entire book halfway through it starts beeping
My audible audiobooks are not being completely syncing. Of a 33hour book I only get half then my iPod starts with a skipping noise. I tried using an enhanced format same thing. I can listen to the entire book on my computer, just not my iPod.
