2nd Xfi and Still No Joy!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!

Really annoyed now, im in my 2nd sound card and still having game lock ups in all games, but seems to be ok at the desktop, all the help i get from creative is to see support for the game its causing problems with. If im luck i can play a game for 30min max before the video locks up and the loops over and over. I then have to re-start the PC. i see most people are experiencing these problems has anyone found a fix yet?Cheers?

Yes after the computer locks up i have to hit the restart button and when windows loadsup it informs me of this problem

But it cant be any of these; i never have any problems with the PC using onboard sound can play BF2 for 8hours straight but with the?X-FI im lucky if i get past the login screen!!

OH motherboard is GA-K8NXP SLI - has been no bios update but after contacting gigabyte they say there is no problem between the X-Fi and there motherboards anyone else got a gigabyte board that has an X-Fi working?

Tried a number of "fixes" from blogs. No joy. Deleted all my adobe apps, rebooted, and Creative Cloud says it needs to reload. Went through that process, and it quit near the end, saying it needed to reload and directed me back to same Adobe site. Hmm. Round and round we go. How do I get off of this loop and get my Adobe Lightroom and PS working fine again? Whole episode started after loading CC and then PS said it didn't have Camera Raw. Went and downloaded that, wouldn't load and said I needed Adobe Download Diagnostic (or something like that) went to suggested link, whereupon it tells me it is no loger available.
Looking forward to cleaning everything off and starting over!! Any input gratefully accepted and I will NOT be trying CC again. I am sure it is just fine, just not for me, now.

FireFox auto updated to 6.0 this weekend and has not worked properly since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Made sure all windows componets were up to date and still no joy. Any idea? Windows 7, 64 bit, normal configfuration. It is extreamly slow.

I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.

Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call? You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

Changed Trackpad and still no joy

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help I have a Curve 8520 and have had the usual trackpad problems the first time I changed it and it worked well for about 6 months then started to go again so I changed it again. Tis was about 3 months ago and now it has given up on me. I have tried changing the trackpad again but with no joy. Has anyone got any suggestions or suffered this problem?

Check that the torque screw has not loosened.
I assume that you have pulled the battery while powered-on.
Please decribe the latest symptoms? Are these the same as before? Have you ruled-out interference from an app?

Yes, I had MBA burn Apple's Window support software to a DVD. In Windows I am getting "Hardware not found" and during another attempt (using windows's update driver) "driver not found".

I have win7 64 bit, and when I tried installing the new update, it failed. I tried reinstalling and still no joy. I have attempted this several times. This is first time experiencing this. Is there a fix in the works?

I have attempted this several times already even after following the recommendations from Apple website to correct this problem. I have installed numerous updates for I-Tunes and this is the first one to fail. Is there a fix in the works from Apple for this? I believe the update is flawed and should be re-evaluated by Apple and this update re-issued with different version #.

IOS 7.0.3 download errors out without any details, is there a fix or do we wait for yet another update? Apple is channeling the MS monster... 3 updates and still no joy!

iPad2 ... 7.0.3 acts just like 7.0.2, it won't download / install. No error code, no details, I guess the programmers were on leave or working at MicroSoft on the Windows 8 failures :) Should we wait for 7.0.4 or better yet IOS 8 ... ironic *(

I am certain too that it is possibly the 7.0.3 update. Have you tried restoring from backup? I am uncertain that might work but its worth a try.
If that doesn't work I suggest that you give feedback to Apple directly. The more about this problem, the quicker it will get resolved.

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

Okay, well I have just bought a AirPort Express Base Station ( 2nd Generation ) and I'm new to it, but I wanted to ask that if it join's a network you have setup at home, will it still run with the 2.4 GHz and the 5.0 GHz.

The AirPort Express will "extend" both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks and provide more wireless signal coverage when it is connected to another Apple AirPort router and configured correctly.
The AirPort Express cannot provide more wireless coverage though, if you are trying to connect it to another 3rd party wireless router using wireless only.
It should be possible to set up the Express to provide more signal coverage if you connect it back to the main router using a wired Ethernet connection or using Ethernet powerline adapters.

When Zeen's battery level goes below 5 %; it tends to Reset to Default where it looses all the connections and sync to the printer or router.
So its very important to make sure that Zeen's battery does not go to low. To avoid this I would suggest to charge Zeen regularly.
You may try the steps below as of now and check the results.
We need to Factory Reset the Zeen making sure it is connected (Docked) on the C510a printer.
Once it is docked try the steps below:-
