3.1.2 no Baseband and error 1013 when recovering iPhone3GS

Hi. I'm having this strange problem that it actually seems like im the only guy with a 3GS that have ever had that problem.
well here it goes, i have my lovely iphone 3GS with firmware 3.1.2 but it crashed earlier yesterday when i tried to restore my device in order to have it fully reset, i now really regret i didn't just use the delete all and reset function in the iphone.
But i've been unable to restore my device until i after several restarts of the pc and both trying to restore in DFU and recover mode it finally happened that myiphone got detected.
But when i then try to update it with the stock 3.1.2 it goes fine until it reaches the point where the baseband is installed, it keep pinging but nothing happens, and after a quite while Itunes end up saying the error 1013.
The only possible way to get it to the screen is by jailbreaking the device and that still doesn't help me since no one have ever posted about it on the internet.
And just the make sure that you doesn't suggest or ask about this, i can't install any Firmware that is not directly from Apple since it just says that my iphone is not elligible to that software.
the main thing that is wrong is the fact that i don't have any; Network, Carrier, Wi-Fi adress, Bluetooth, IMEI, ICCID nor Modem Firmware, they are either blank or just showing up like N/A and the bluetooth with a adress like 00:00:00

i can see why you think its related to jailbreaking because i say the stock 3.1.2 which means i've been trying to use a version not downloaded by itunes itself but saved to a known direction and then tried to update it with the windows+recover method.
it wasn't jailbreaked until i started seeking any possible way to fix it
since Apple seriously fail at their support site i don't get any help from that site you reffered to, i've tried every solution but still not a thing have been changed.
EDIT: by failing i mean that the site is refering to a lot of error messages but it doesn't tell how to solve a specific error.

Hey there! I see you have Tiger...grrr...I love Tiger. But, is this a Windows problem? I am going to assume that this is a Mac OSX problem. Although, I own several Mac's, I have not run into that problem, But perhaps you could find the help on the iTunes for Mac forum:

As a registered developer which should be the only way you have access to the iTunes and iOS BETA, you have access to direct communication with the appropriate Apple personnel and/or access to the Apple forums for registered developers.

In pages it shows and error message when I try to share a document

I get and error message when I try to use Share in sharing a document in pages and cannot email any documents

OK, I tried a few things, and I do not understand the results.
1) I opened the document in Preview, and it would only recognize the three initial pages which I typed using the Pages App. It did not recognize the bulk of the text which I copied from Appleworks 6. It also did not recognize any of the scans.
2) I tried opening a pdf in Preview, and it would only recognize the scans. (No Text!)
3) I tried copying everything (select all, and command-c) in Pages, and then opened a blank Pages doc, and typed Command-v. This got me all of the text, but none of the scans!
4) I was worried that my Pages app might be corrupted, but I successfully converted a similar 78-page document with copied materials from Appleworks 6 and similar scans, ant this worked perfectly.
My conclusion is that my file must be corrupted. Is there any way to check this? shabda88

i tried udating my iphone 3GS with my itunes and it failed asked me to restore my iphone and now wont restore, i just get a message saying "unknown error 1013, unable to restore"?!

First delete all .ipsw files on your computer. In OSX they are located here:
~/Library/Application Support/iTunes/iPod/iphone Firmware
If you have your firewall turned on, disable it. Then see if you can force the phone into recovery mode:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, itunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Also, any reason why you have not updated to 10.6.2? You might try updating to 10.6.2 FIRST & also make sure itunes is up to date, version 9.0.3.

3 GS with error 1013 when almost 100% restored. Stuck in recovery!

I have a 3GS that after updating it through iTunes, I received a message the next day to plug it into iTunes. iTunes tells me that it needs to be restored but when it gets to almost 100% complete, I keep getting error 1013. I'm running Vista and I've restarted my computer several times, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and various other solutions that I've found. Please help!

There should not be. gs.apple.com entries will only be in the hosts file if an app has been run on the computer to hack or jailbreak an iphone. The way it works is the hacking program redirects activation requests to a different server that pretends to be Apple.
As this is clean there is something blocking access to gs.apple.com. It could be your firewall or antivirus, or some newer routers now have built in firewalls. If your computer is connected to an office network, either directly or via VPN, that network could be blocking the connection.
Try a different computer on a different local network.
If none of these fix it you may have a hardware problem; take it to an Apple store. If they can't restore it they should replace it if it's still in warranty.

I keep getting and error message when i try to set up a new email in facetime. Has this happened to anyone else?

In listener.log are only simple data and there are no usernames and procedure names...

I am not working with Python but Oracle Call Interface (OCI) should also return some error code to Python layer if the called PL/SQL code has failed even if you don't use PL/SQL exception handling.

Hp g6-1278sa get blue screen and error message when trying to load xp pro

I have setup a new 500gb toshiba SATA 2 harddrive to run daul boot.
Windows XP pro 32bit and windows 64bit.
Unable to install XP pro, just goes into error and blue screen.
Ive removed the harddrive and placed it in my Packard Bell, loaded XP pro 32bit and win 8 64bit with no problem, and both run fine.
Removed the harddrive from the packard bell laptop and place it back into the HP g6-1278sa, daul boot screen on start up.
Opptions windows 8 or earlyer windows.
Windows 8 works fine.
Windows XP pro starts to load and then we get the blue screen with error message.
