3 emails with redemption codes (up-to-date)

After two days of wait I finaly got my redemption code emails yesterday. However there was not one mail with the passcode to the pdf and one with the pdf as it was supposed to be, but two emails with two different passcodes and three!!! mails with three redmption code pdf-files attached. Generally I wouldn't mind, but in neither combination was able to open any of the pdfs.
Anybody with simmilar experiences? I did send an email to support but haven't heard back from them yet...

Since I didn't get any feedback to my mail, today I called support. The guy said he knows bout the Problem, that codes already have been used. I explained that this wasn't the case here though I honestly doubt that he understood the problem. Anyhow he triggered the resending of the two emails and within 5 minutes I received them. This time only two and the code to open the PDF worked! Not sure whether the redemption code will work as I am not at home and therefore cannot try it.
To sum up: anyone with the same problem should probably call support to get them resend the mails. I wouldn't count on any feedback via mail soon, as they seem pretty busy.

You will get a .pdf file with the Redemption Code in it in your registered email inbox. You will have to enter the Redemption Code into the Redeem link on the right in App Store.
You will also receive an additional email with a password to open the .pdf file from the first email.
Enter the password to .pdf file > Copy the redemption code and enter it in App Store > Enter your Apple ID and password in the App Store pop-up > Poof!!! Magic! Your OS X Lion icon shows up in your dock and the download begins!

I have a problem with generating HTML based email.
BPEL code example:

Not sure what you expect. Your URL is absolute and pointing to a local file resource. It's not a proper relative HTML link. Beyond that it's toatlly unclear how you actually plan to load your image and where they are hosted, so nobody can tell you anything. Either way, there is an obviously painful lack of understanding of even the most basic web techniques, so the best advise anyone would give you is to spend some time with a web search and actualyl learn some of that stuff...

Attempting to select Adobe E-mail service in the "preferences",am not receiving email with verification code to continue

I am trying to select Adobe e-mail service in the "preferences", but am not getting an email with verification code that allows me to continue. Anyone else with this problem? Probably need to contact Adobe directly, but so far not find that option.

Didn't you understand what BalusC said? You're closing the connection and then trying to use the ResultSet. The ResultSet will be closed when you close the connection so you can't use it anymore.
You should close the connection last thing in your code, probably in a finally. And after you close your ResultSet and Statement.

Problem with Redemption Code Recognition

Adobe does not accept the Redemption Code that was emailed to me that will enable me to receive my serial code and complete the registration/activation process. There does not appear to be a mechanism to have this number varified. What is my next step???

What do I do when I get repeated error message with redemption code?

When I go to adobe.com/go/getserial to get my serial number, I get an error message repeatedly when I put in my redemption code. I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements at Best Buy and they scanned the package to activate.

The purchase history on your iTunes account will only show purchases from the iTunes stores (iTunes, app store, ibookstore, Mac app store), not from Apple online or bricks-and-mortar stores.
Does anything show on your credit card ? If the email is genuine then it's possible that your and their email addresses are similar and that they gave the wrong id (or the store typed it incorrectly), it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody has access to your account.
For the contact, you will initially just receive an acknowledgement email, the proper reply may take 24 (possibly 48) hours.

Help with downloading Mountain Lion with redemption code, please

I bought a new MacBook Pro. I was able to get a redemption code, but I don't know where to plug in the redemption code. I've been on the App store web site, but I don't see where to put in the code. Also, if my OS says version 10.8, do I already have it installed?

I have been happily using the Prepare panel in Apple Configurator to install apps for months, but now I can no longer do that. This change came with configurator 1.2:

Signed up for my free copy of Mountain Lion yesterday but still haven't received an email with a code - do you think it is because Apple is having an issue with having sent out invalid codes?

On the webpage it says you must prove your purchase with a copy of your receipt but it never gave me the option to attach it to the request so I am thinking they are unable to verify my MacBook was purchased after 6/11. Also, when I went to re-request my free copy of ML it said my Serial Number was already redeemed. Should I contact support or just wait it out?

I think it is all messed up. Many of us are in the same boat. I'm patiently waiting to hear something from Apple.
