3 facebook in bb hub

every since the second lat update my phone has been acting up. i now have 3 facebook in the bb hub. how do i only have one in there. i have a q10

Mine was originally in german. I set my languages to English even tho they already said English and it solved the issue

The only easy fix I can think of is to remove / delete all the Twiter accounts on your phone, reboot the phone then add the Twitter account again

Facebook Notifications on Hub don't appear

I updated my Z10 recently with os 10.1. After the update, I noticed that Facebook notifications dont appear in the hub like they used to.
I tried performing a system restore to the extent of losing all my contacts in full hope of it solving the problem. But still, the notifications dont appear in the hub.
I hope theres a solution to this asap.

Do you have Facebook enabled in your Hub settings and do you currently have notification enabled withing your Facebook settings? Tap the menu icon in the top right of the application. Select Account Settings - Notifications - Notifications from apps. Is Facebook for BlackBerry 10 checked?

Can't delete some facebook messages from hub

emails get deleted but fb messages i click on delete in hub but they are still there.z10 os 10.2.1.2102.two days old phone

1. Resetting a device such as your Z10 involves only removing the battery while powered on. You will lose no data or anything, it is a simple reboot, not a factory reset.

How do you remove Facebook from the Hub?

I don't use Facebook, so have deleted the app. In the Hub settings, you have the option of turning off unwanted apps, so I have switched off Facebook.
However, when I look at my Hub screen, Facebook is still there - and it's pushing a useful notification (Voicemail) off the bottom off the screen.
How come it is still there even though the app has been deleted and I have switched it off in the Hub settings? Is there anything else I can do to remove it?

To delete an account from your hub, you will need to delete it from your Accounts. From home page, go into settings, select accounts,click facebook account and click on delete. You can refresh your hub from five quick swipes from the top right hand corner of the hub diagonally down or just restart your z10 to rebuild the hub.

Sending facebook message in Hub

One thing I noticed yesterday , is that when I sent a facebook message, while in the Hub, when I actually checked facebook, the same message appeared about a 100 times, over and over again. Whats up with that ???
And I just noticed now, that the same message resends itself every half hour, as its still sending the same message. **bleep**, there is a serious problem there.

Yeah, something's definitely up.
It's obviously an issue related to software so start with a battery pull. Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
Do that and report back with your results.

Can't delete a Facebook message from Hub list

After a solid week of problems, my Z30 is or was fully functional...except I am not able to delete a pvt faceboook message on the the Hub list. It has been deleted on my fb page, but the greyed out fb icon and the message on the Hub does not respond to the pressing of the "This will delete the selected item" button....please, please, please don't tell me I have to do a factory reset after what I've already gone thru!....thanks for any help anyone can give me!....Bill

Arthur, OK that is easier...also, I was able to find another solution on the CB forum. Just go to Settings>Accounts>unselect sync messages. That gets rid of all the messages, then go back and select turn sync messages back on. That seems to be a reset that is a permanent fix. Don't know how I missed that setting to begin with...maybe age something to do with it? Anyway, thanks Arthur and I hope you have a merry Christmas!

How to copy text from facebook app or hub in BlackBerry 10 or higher?

Click on "Comment" then click "Menu" (the blackberry button), and click "Share", it will show like you wrote the text! Just select the text and copy/paste.

Thanks for the link though -- not sure how I missed that thread in my searching. Have downloaded Print Window's "Standard/Trial" version, and will give it a whirl. Meantime, I guess I'll be submitting another of those "back to the future" feature requests.
(It does always seem bizarre though when newer software -- in this case the whole OS -- can't do some basic meat-and-potatoes operation which its predecessor handled with ease.)

Not sure if this is the right board to post this query.. Just updated my OS and not able to see facebook in my hub.. no notifications and not able to compose messages either. How do I get it back? Thanks.

Facebook is showing more than once in the HUB !

Dear All,
I noticed that my Facebook is showing more than once in the HUB ! and everything instance of it is displaying something different than the other. Old instances are displaying old notifications that I have deleted a long time ago!
Each time a login and logout of the Facebook app, a new instance is created inside the HUB ! it seems that there is a serious bug in either the HUB or Facebook !!
How can I fix this ?

Facebook cant load photos from hub

I'm having an issue with the Facebook and hub. For some reason I can't load or view post or pictures from Facebook in the hub. This started to occur just recently. Please advise on a resolution.

To better assist you do you receive an error message when attempting to view post or pictures from the Hub? And have you tried removing the Facebook account from the BlackBerry smartphone and re-adding the account?

Missing Facebook in Hub

Hi, i just installed the new OS, 10.3.1.1565 but i can not see facebook in the hub. the facebook app is already installed and i can see facebook listed in my accounts, so not sure why it is gone? thanks, Brian

had to log out of the facebook app on my Z10 and go back in (and for some reason re-setting my password)

Lumia 620 - Unable to connect to Facebook over Wif...

Lumia 620 is able to connect to my router (Netgear 3700) and able to access windows store, configure and download e-mails, browse web sites.
But not able to connect to facebook with "people hub" or Facebook app. Similarly Youtube also does not connect.
Any suggestions

Issue getting Facebook notifications

I just got the new BlackBerry Q10 and am not getting any push notications from Facebook on the HUB. I have updated the BlackBerry OS to 10.2.1.2112. I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version of Facebook and when installed, set the notifications to ON and still nothing. The worst part is that I also set the Facebook settings to NOT sync calendar or contacts and yet BOTH of these are syncing. I see others have same issue, both on the CrackBerry site and the BlackBerry forum site. And solutions out there? I'm super frustrated to NOT see notifications yet I DO see 500 Facebook friends in my contact list!
Help...

Have you Tried a Power Cycle.. Maybe that might jar it enough to get it to work...

Newest update and Facebook

Hi, downloaded the newest update and it has changed the entire look of my phone. Not sure if I like it yet. But, it deleted Facebook from my HUB and I can't figure out how to get it back. It is still in my accounts but I am no longer receiving notifications from FB. Any suggestions/ideas?
