3 incompatible headsets...any way around this?

OK, this is probably a strange question...
I have 3 phones with 3 incompatible headsets: iPhone (3.5mm I think), office phone (2.5mm I think) and SIP (skype, USB headset).
So, depending on which phone I am using, I am constantly changing headsets.
Is there some type of adapter that would make them all work with the same headset?
One idea I though of was bluetooth (which would cover iphone and skype, but not office) and I don't know of any bluetooth that can connect to 3 devices (I know plantronics has a two device unit).
Any ideas?
thanks
bob
