We have 3 machines in my house and I want all the machines to have the same media on all .
Not sure how to go ab out it.

My iPhone won't arrive for a little while, but my wife already got hers and she wants to set it up now. Using my Apple ID for the purchases, if she starts setting hers up, can she change her iCloud ID to something else quickly? It keeps telling us that we have to sign in with the AppleID first.
Should we just set up an iCloud account via normal internet before trying all this via iPhone?

But if the same index.app file is double clicked in Mac 10.6.7 at out clients location, its not opening. For your information the client is able to open this same application by double clicking on index.swf file. The main problem is that client is not able to open the application using index.app file at their office whereas we are able to do so at our office. Can anyone give some suggestions to sort this problem?

The most common reason is different versions of Flash, or different versions of web browsers used. Some users may elect to not have Flash installed at all because of the processor overhead of Flash. If you are going to make an application for a client, check what operating system and browser versions they are using first. Then determine if a stand alone application is required, or if they have the necessary plugins to run specific browser enhanced code.

You should be able to turn on Automatic Downloads under iTunes > Preferences > Store and it should automatically get a copy of anything you buy.
If you only want stream it and have it show as an iTunes in the Cloud item make sure that is checked on the Preferences > Store

I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. This has increased in frequency over the past two months. We've checked with the various firms, and their other clients are not having problems. Some pdfs open but with a lot of missing content and strange formatting, others won't open at all. There are different error messaged depending upon the doc. Some are regarding the fonts, for example "can't extract the embedded font...." Others are "insufficient data" errors. There are more, but for purposes of keeping this short, I won't include them. Another unrelated issue is that we are having trouble printing excel files to pdf. The files end up with bad formatting. I've worked with adobe "chat" support, our IT consultants with no resolution. I also haven't found any similar "known issue" online Would very much appreciate any assistance. Thank you

The font embedding can be a problem if not done and you are trying to view the PDF and do not have the font on your machine. Acrobat will often try to find a replacement, but it is not always a good choice. Sometimes the "Use Local Fonts" button can be changed in state to resolve some of the viewing issues.
If you are trying to copy or export info, then it is important that you have the fonts on your system. Otherwise, the message you are getting about embedded fonts would not be showing up.
As for Excel formatting, be sure that the Adobe PDF printer is selected in the printer screen before you look for the paging and formatting of the file. In most OFFICE programs, if you change the printer the application will reflow the document to best match the printer (called "using printer metrics"). So check before you create the PDF that the layout is correct.

Can two Macbook Pro's share the same Itunes folder(all media in Ituens) on an external drive (like Time Capsule)? How and what issues may arise?

Hey, I have two macbook pros (250 gb). They are both running out of space. My first thought was to share an iphoto library off of Dropbox or our Time Capsule. But, I heard that if one file gets corrupted (interenet cuts out, for example) then the whole library gets corrupted. Well, we're full again and now I am wondering if I could move our Itunes folders to our Time Capsule, sync/sort them both so there won't be any duplicates and then use this as a shared itunes library. So first, is this possible? Both computers share the same itunes account.
Second, if I do, and I purchase a song, show, whatever, does it automatically be added to the itunes library on our Time Capsule and then it is available for both computers to access? Or do I need to "import" it on both?
Third, does the "file corruption" issue listed above pertain to itunes?
I saw a discussion about this but it was form 2008. I am sure things have changed a bit since then.

Each of you should set up your separate iCloud account on your own computer using your Apple ID. This gives you two independent iCloud accounts.
Note that an iPad is not a multi-user device. It can only be synced with one account.
