3 Months 800 minutes UIndia subscription not activ...

Ihaveprevious Subscription ended on April1st and due to some payment issues it was not renewed automatically. Now I subcribed for a new subscription today and it is not active yet. Its still showing my renewal date as 25th April but my subscriptin end date as 22nd July, which is exactly three months from today. There is some problem and I request you to please do the needful for the same ASAP

Your Subscription will allow you to call within your Subscription coverage for a total of 800 minutes per your billing monrh. Any unused minutes are not carried over to your next billing month.

    Your account shows that the transaction today wasn't a new Subscription purchase. It was the renewal of your monthly Subscription which you took out on April 6th 2015. You have used your full 60 minutes allocation for your current billing cycle and the next 60 minutes purchased today will be added to your account on May 7th 2015.
    Please note that your billing cycle starts on the 7th of each month.

  • Subscription not active still

    My subscription amount every month deducts on 23rd and subscription gets activated only after 26th even my earlier subscription minutes are used completely..
    I am actually stuck and even after paying, I cannot use my Skype subscription. This is really disgusting..there should be some way to prepond the subscription date so that a person after paying can enjoy talking continuously..

    Well I'm no expert but after having similar problems myself I try my best here to help I suppose the system works similar to a cell/mobile contract mins renew on a set date each month. Yes I agree with you there should be a simple motion set in place so if you use your mins then you shall be able to make an early repayment as where mins is concerned the only thing I can suggest is perhaps buy some credit to use as a back up so it's there as emergency, buy the skype unlimited package which I must say is a little dear up front but in the long run u save a little bit or maybe perhaps contact customer support. I hate to divert you there because countless times since Microsoft took over the system is absolute garbage if you ask me but they are the only guys that can ultimately get things done on here all you may receive is advice and directed to the scrutiny of the devil spawn of Skype customer support I hope you get your problem solved sorry I can not be of any help

  • Update minutes for subscription not showing in acc...

    I have taken 1 month - 800 mins subscription for India on 19-Sep-14.
    After expiry of one month it got automatically updated for one more one month on 19-Oct-14. The amount got debited from my credit card and got a confirmation from Skype regarding the same.
    This is fine with me. However, in my account it is still showing the balance of previous month i.e., 60mins left out of 800 mins. Can any one please suggest me when the account gets updated against the new payment.

    Skype time is based o n GMT.  i think it will reset on the exact time your subscription was first purchased/activated.

  • Minutes for subscription not availavle

    Heya,
    had signed up 4 a monthly subsription since last month it was set to renew today the 9th of November but however i got a notification taking payments 4 this months subsription 2 days ago. I went on after to cancel the subsription cos thought it was a mistake. However checked my account a few minutes ago and the money has been taken from my account so wanna know where my minutes are if i have been charged for the subsription already.

    Subscription minutes are reset based on initial purchase date and time.
    If you purchase subscription on the 9th 8pm then minutes will be reset on the 9th next month at the same time.
    In your case you would need to wait till 20.30 GMT
    Recurring payment is taken 3 days in advance in order to avoid any delays or issues. For example sometimes it happens that customer's credit card has expired and payment can't go through. Then customer has 3 days to update credit card details before subscription expires.
    These 3 days will not be lost, payment is just taken in advance.

    hi, i am having the same issue. i have purchased an unlimited worldwide and have a free 1 month trial. It shows up on my account as this sub is active. However when i try to call it says that i need to buy credit or take out a sub. i am going around in circles trying to solve it.

    You have a totally different issue.
    Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Ireland. Please note that only calls to landlines in Ireland are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.
    Check your coverage carefully.

    I have a "Visual Studio Ultimate with MSDN" subscription. As part of the subscription is the bundled "Office 365 Developer Subscription". I tried to activate the subscription 3 months ago but it failed with some temporary error. Now if I
    try to reactivate the subscription, it says 
    "It’s no longer offered by Microsoft.
    You’ve already tried this service. You can sign up for a trial only once.
    The beta or trial you’re requesting has expired.
    The promotion code has already been used."
    How do I avail the benefit of the subscription?

    I have already called the support helpline there 3 times and it was of no use. (My company is based in India and our experience for MSDN support here hasn't been that good compared to US support).

  • Creative suite 5.5 subscription not activating any more. Keeps on saying "check internet connection"

    For last 2 days I'm not able to activate/work because of this error. Tried to activate it on another PC but still get this error!!

  • Subscription not activating & duplicate

    I have subscribed to creative cloud and also purchased annual subscription for the Illustrator. However it doesnt show a product in my list and also keeps saying trial expired. So i purchased again and now in my login it shows i have two subscriptions for the same thing but cant activate as i dont have any product key. can you advise what to do and how to cancel one.

    Is there any special plan for the Hot spot. In Bsnl all are having not much Knowledge about BB plans. We are very helpless. In the begining when I purchased the device it was working and I have used to send mails out of office during my field work. 
    But six months back only It was not active. I will try to contact and let you know. Thanks for your kind advise.

    what do I have to do to get my subscription become active? I have payed, everything ok (it says that my subscription is valid), but Adobe Flash CS6 says that is has expired!! I am correctly logged in with my ID.
    Please help Adobe! Buying online a subscription means: I want to use it now, not tomorrow!

    2 months ago I have subscribed to Uzbekistan 400 min subscription. It recharges automatically on 17th of each month. This month it has been recharged again on on March 17, 2012 at 18:46 (GMT/UTC). But I have not been given any free minutes so far. It says "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Mar 18, 2012". It is already 2 days passed and I still wasn't given any free minutes. Every time when I call it charges to my Skype Credit account. Please help me to resolve this issue, since I have to make a call to Uzbekistan urgently. Thank you.

    My 800 minutes montly package to Pakistan was supposed to be re-activated today on 20th August after autorecharging debited to my account on 17th of August......causing great stress as today is Eid day in Pakistan and skype monthly package.
    It is very strange to see skype team very efficient in debiting the recharging amount while extremely sluggish in re-activation of package on due date , it should be automatic in my opinion other wise no use to subscribe.

  • Subscription shows delivered but not active. What ...

    Before posting this thread, I read most of the subscriptions forms, but none is much of help. 
    I have purchased the 400 mints to Laos subscription last month (works great), noticing I am running low on minutes, I purchased another 400 mints to Laos last night. Hoping that the new minutes will just kick in when I am done with the minutes I had from previous.
    It shows that my purchased has been delievered of first payment (feb 12. 2012), next payment will be taken on (april 4,2012) with conformation numbers and all.
    When i used all my minutes from the first month, no minutes kick in and it did not show anything of my order of purchased.
    On my 400 mints to laos subscription setting now, it says 0 minutes left, renew minutes on march 7th. But my order was successfull and active (feb 12, 2012) WTHECK? Can someone please help me? I dont understand? Im trying to get those minutes i purchased. 
    Plus, when i tried to buy more skype credits, it wont let me buy it. Keeps saying I've reach my options not aviable because im using the using the same card of payment...why is that?

    1. Your newly purchased minutes will be added to your account on March 7th 2012 which is the monthly anniversary of your original prurchase. It doesn't matter when you buy the minutes. They can't be added to a monthly Plan before a month has been completed.

    It was working ok, BUT this month on 19 Mar 2012, skype AutoReCharged me 49.99$ using Paypal, .... BUT I can not call because it still show 0 Minutes !!
    Today is 21 Mar 2012 so it's already 2 days passed !!, and it say Delivered! why it's not working ... please help.
